Donna is hands down no doubt about it the best! I had gone somewhere else first to have some stockings embroidered and I was so upset by the work the first place did. I had a few more to do so I took the originals and the ones that I still needed done to Donna and she helped me and did an amazing job on the others that needed done. I can’t say enough good things about the ladies at All American Embroidery. They are soooo talented, professional, and amazing to work with.

I needed rodeo team shirts done quickly and American Embroidery did not disappoint. She charged me half of what several other local shops quoted me. Quality was fantastic! I will definitely be back! Thanks again!!!

All American Embroidery went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I had a last minute logo added to a competition singlet and not only did they do a fantastic job, they truly made big accommodations to make sure I had it in time for competition. Great family business!

When a spoke to the young lady that answered the phone, she was rude and had a horrible attitude. Ive been in retail for most my life and have never been spoken to that way. If you actually want good customer service, go anywhere but here.

I wasn’t able to get in with the place that I usually go so I decided that I would give All American Embroidery a chance. I called them up to ask if they could have my order done by a certain date and the owner informed me that it could be done.. They had my blanket for almost 2 weeks and I hadn’t heard from them so the Friday before I needed my item I called to inquire about the status of my order. The mother who I believe is the owner informed me that it would done the following week. I called back the following Tuesday and was told that it would be done the next morning (Weds). At around 11 A.M. on Weds I called And spoke to the daughter who was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I could come pick my order up and take it elsewhere and that she didn’t have to do anything for me. Keep in mind that I prepaid for my order so they had already been paid. Shortly after getting off the phone I got a call from mother telling me to come pick up my blanket and my money and go elsewhere. She was so unprofessional and when I tried to explain the situation to her she began to yell at me. This is honestly the worst customer service i’ve ever received. After talking to a few people I found out that this occurs regularly and that the mother/daughter team often time take on more orders than they can handle and then get upset when you ask questions about your order. That’s no way to do business. If you would like to ever get your order finished I woundn’t suggest going here. I would take my business 15 minutes up the road to And Sew On where they give you realistic timeframes and have excellent customer service.
