As soon as I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and relaxed, no pressure whatsoever. I picked out the mattress that I wanted and went on my way. I was very thankful that they had a layaway plan, as Im taking full use of the plan. I highly recommend this particular location.

Went in with my wife just to browse and check prices. We were greeted immediately upon entering and asked if we needed help, we replied with a statement of our intention to just browse and we were left alone for the rest of our visit. I appreciate that we did not run into any pushy sales people and were allowed to browse at our own pace.

Went in to compare mattresses, knowing what we needed and what we were willing to spend. We were not pressured or followed around, but educated on the ones we were looking at. Next day, went back and was in and out in 10 minutes. Easy!

Had a bad experience with a mattress I purchased from them not even two years ago. They actually were very quick to contact me and fix the situation and I am now just waiting for our new one! Highly suggest working with Garrett. I am the most indecisive person alive and find large purchases to be worse. I bounced around between the same few mattresses NUMEROUS times while ultimately annoying my spouse. But Garrett never once complained. He was very patient and answered questions very promptly. I even asked the same questions multiple times by accident because I kept forgetting and he didn’t seem to mind one bit! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I went in to buy my second mattress from this place, and I was happy with my experience there. Tyler was very helpful, seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for, and was knowledgeable of the products. The place was clean and had a good selection on the showroom floor for looking at.

I want to thank manager Ethan for his professional knowledge and was very comfortable with Ethan. There was no pressure to buy anything. The store is very organized and clean. I wasn’t able to try out the actual mattress because I had to buy an RV mattress. I did try out two regular mattress that are similar to the RV mattress. It will arrive next week and excited to see how comfortable it will be.
