Very satisfied with the complete exhaust he put on my 69 Chevelle. Work was done very fast and high quality. For all the work it was also a great value. He has put exhaust on several of my trucks and they always come out great.

Called to see if I could have some pipe welded for my exhaust and wasn’t even on the phone for a minute before he hung up on me. Was really rude and disrespectful. Do NOT recommend this place ever even tho I didn’t go then tried calling two more times and he didn’t pick up

Rustys 35+ years of experience shines! I recently Had him do a muffler swap on my 2021 Chevy Trailboss. The welds were PERFECT, and watching him work you could easily see hes an expert and very skilled. Rather than going to another shop where youre not sure who the random kid is doing the work on your vehicle or selling you the muffler, you get the BUSINESS OWNER HIMSELF answering the phone, doing the consulting and performing the labor. This is worth twice what Rusty charges for the work, which is very fair and competitive. Rusty is the only one you should trust for any type of exhaust work. Highly recommended!!! Dont go anywhere else!

Rusty does not diagnose your problems with your catalytic converter, he just fixes them. Dont ask him to diagnose issues, thats not what he does best. Hes very good at what he specializes in, as well as both affordable and timely. I dropped my truck off Thursday afternoon, it was ready to go Friday morning. Hes straightforward, no nonsense. Does great work.

Owner is rude, he does not fix exhaust leaks.. I asked him nicely and get a “ I don’t do that here” in a rude way... also it’s a muffler shop, he’s suppose to know all of that if he’s been in business for so long. A friend of mine had a similar experience too.

Nobody was there and it took a while for him to come to the desk. When he got there he looked lost like he didn’t know what was going on and was no help when we asked what he had or what he could do. He just stood there and said no reapeatedly

This place picks and chooses what they feel like working on. I had car towed there with all brand parts and was told they would only work on it if I use their overpriced parts. Was so rude I called tow truck and was out over $100 and right back where I started. Dont dare waste your time or money. Miss McAlister Muffler was best around..

Went to three different places to see who could fix the exhaust leak on my car for the lowest cost, this shop was the most inexpensive by far, great work also had my car in and out in the same day

My original exhaust shop had been working on my car and I decided to put back my stock muffler back on, but when I brought it into the shop the guy who does welding was not there. So I decided to take it over to Rusty Muffler to see if he could just weld my stock muffler with new tips. However, the hangars were cut off previously and I had new custom hangars on there. The owner of Rusty Muffler pointed this out when I asked him if he could weld the stock muffler back on along with some new tips. He told me he cant do that and walked away. I take it he thought that my muffler had straight pipes in there, but it was actually the stock muffler itself. Im not angry by any means at him for not wanting to do the work since hes scared about it being straight piped. Its just a little painful when someone full out accuses you of something illegal and does it in a fairly rude manner. Unfortunately I would have to recommend to stay clear from this shop.

Im absolutely shocked from my experience today. I showed up early, no other customers and asked for options on my 2015 camaros exhaust. I was told a muffler delete was illegal even though I was keeping the resonators and was treated very rudely for absolutely no reason. Later found out I was talking to the owner who obviously has no regard for customers. All I can say is wow. Im sorry, but I would stay away from this place.
