After calling to price match with these people, I explained to him that I needed a vin verification for the right OEM so that I wont get the wrong part. This dude pretty much caught a attitude because I wouldnt buy from him and hung up the phone. Dude if thats how you handle customers buying or not then you should be ashamed of yourself. I sure hope you were just having a bad day.

Called asking if they had crush washers for oil drain bolt, guy on the phone says yes so I head up there. I get there and ask the manager if they have crush washers and he laughs and says “man I’m not about to look for a washer”. Well I was gonna buy some oil too but not from here.

I was trying to find my son an atv for his upcoming birthday and the guy I spoke with was very helpful and nice! They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock (most likely due to Christmas) but I was still happy with the service I received. I will be back!

I went there to buy from these people. I was very polite and asked for the model I was looking for. They said they would look and see if they could find it. As they were looking i told them my daughter was having a birthday and was getting a ride for us. I was immediately jumped onto and have never been treated so badly in any retail setting. I was asked where I worked and what I was doing there and was accused of trying to fine them 50k. I never raised my voice I politely left.This was several weeks ago and I debated on leaving a review. Beware of the people you do business with.

I bought a Ranger 150cc for my 7 year old. (awesome machine and would recommend it to anyone). After 2 weeks the chain needed to be adjusted. The adjustment nut was cross threaded from the factory. I took it to the service department and was told that warranty denied the claim. They supposedly went ahead and fixed it with no paperwork or bill. Sold me the new part to fix it myself since the repair was only temporary. Took it home and it tore up as soon as I got it off of my trailer. I attached photos of the very horrible repair attempt. The bad part is after destroying this i called Polaris and found out there was never a claim made. Since i have another dealer that is fixing it under warranty.

They were no help i was trying to buy an atv and they wouldnt help me get finacing or anything its just horrible

They are advertising atvs with false information!They clearly advertise the atv comes with a winch, however it does NOT. They sold another ATV right out from under me. They were RUDE, and the owner was no help after the manager hung up in my face. Their word means nothing and they constantly blame Polaris. Do not use this dealer please, for principle alone.

Do not buy here! Cost me back taxes plus interest due to their “farm exemption” scheme to lure people in to buy tax free. Then would not discuss the issue at all even outright hung up on me twice....shady.

Believe the reviews about this place being rude, i told the guy i wasnt sure what model, size i wanted, but nothing huge, as im not a larger guy, nor need the craziness involved with something larger, nothing against others who want/need that, but the guy just doesnt care about anything but making the sell. Decided to go elsewhere.

Had them order me a part, they ordered the wrong thing and still charged me for it. Owner is very rude!!!! WILL NOT do any business there anymore and advise no one to go there...
