Greatest store! I love Target because they always make cleaned up and sanitizing for customers and employees safety. Most shelves were tidy up, usually easy to find what I needed.

My wife and I were buying toys for our kids, and theres a deal spend so much and get $25 off. We didnt know how to get the deal. The cashier was so nice and patient with us, and showed us how to use the app!

Placing this order was a very easy experience. Though the initial chest freezer ordered wasn’t available, Target suggested other options. This was actually a bigger chest freezer and recognized brand name for only $20 more. In the app customers have the option to change from “pick up” to “curb side”. This was done so easily and worked flawlessly. This is a very wonderful feature and made the curbside pick up seemlessly flawless. The price for this product was $149.99 plus tax super!! I got a brand name 7 cubic foot chest freezer for only $20 more!!!! Wonderful online shopping experience at 🎯 ☺️

During the pandemic, Target has made it seem like our safety and their employees safety while shopping has been a top priority. Other stores have not. Easy to Find the things I needed

Well stocked. Neat and orderly, which is saying a lot for these stores. Ive seen some where they let things slip.At checkout there was only one human checker. Everything all was self checkout. Kinda bothered by this. I know its the wave of the future, but its actually much slower and inefficient to put your stuff up on the belt and scan and bag it. Especially if you have a good bit of stuff.Much smoother flow when the effort is spread out like team work between you and the cashier. You putting stuff up on the belt, cashier scanning them. Hopefully stores stop going to such an extreme ratio and have a bit more balance between cashiers versus self checkout.

When my daughter came to pick up my order in Bryant store, they did not give her all the items. When she called me and told me what they had given her, I told her that was not all of them,and she had to go back to the store to get the 4th item, which was the biggest one. She said they were very nice to her and took care of the missing item quickly.When I ordered the items for my granddaughters Baby Shower from her Registry page and went to checkout, I had difficulty getting back to the page after I had selected some of the items and wished to continue shopping.When I checked out, it showed the items in stock, but it was for the Citywide Store or whatever name it is in Garland, TX. I ended up having to call and get it set up again in the Bryant store. The lady i called helped me to get it corrected and spent a lot of minutes getting it cancelled and re-entered. I had never bought anything from Target so I was unfamiliar with the web page.Overall, I am pleased with the service we received. As for the quality of the products, I do not know, since they will not be given until this Saturday. They appear to be as advertised.

I usually love this store but recently had an experience that did not make me want to spend money here again. After buying a TV and opening it at home I noticed the screen was cracked. I took the TV back to the store that same day and they replaced it. Okay, no big deal. Got home with the second TV only for the screen to be defective on this TV as well.I called the store and took the TV back. They replaced the TV for the second time. The manager at the front desk said the box also had a defective sticker. So the person who brought the TV to the front did not pay attention to notice the TV was defective and the lady at the front counter assured me the second TV was good to go. When returning the TV for the second time I felt as if only the bare minimum was done. The manager at the counter did nothing to compensate for the time that I wasted to make two trips in the same week. I left the store very disappointed and will no longer be shopping at this location.

University Target is my go to store for basic shopping, it is clean, friendly and visually pleasing for the best shopping experience.

I have always had a wonderful experience but tonight was exceptional. I had some big ticket items (A car seat and other items for a baby shower) the coupon wasn’t working. The service Lady, Brandy was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Her management team was supportive.

I love Target. But it is frustrating when there is only one cashier. I dont like to use the self-checkout. And your shelves are usually bare of what I am trying to find.

Just not a fan of Target. Friendly store, but prices are much higher than the competition, and same quality. Not sure how they survive in Arkansas, but such as the case may be, there are only a few in the State.

Prices CONSTANTLY ring up higher than what is advertised on the shelf, the number of nice employees arent enough to make up for the staff and management that are unhelpful and rude, and their inventory is often a total mess and lacking. Really a last resort shop.

Target has everything we need! The store layout is excellent and the staff is BEYOND helpful. I always end up finding everything I need (plus a little extra) when I visit.

Needs a better selection of products. Maybe take out the expensive food section and add an automotive and hardware section bigger than one aisle.I dont shop target much, but now I know why. Its for women and children. No mens shoes, 3 racks of clothing, very poor automotive section, no hardware, and just very little for men.

I shop here pretty often ONLY because its a .12 of a mile away from me and only buy what I dyer need, the prices are high and if something rings up wrong you might wanna just deal or put it back. One of the only stores Ive shopped at that will take the price off the shelf before they honor it.

Not really sure why there are complaints on here, sometimes I feel like people just want to complain. Its a great store, if the prices are too high- dont shop there!!! I choose it over Walmart any day! There are always clearance items on the end caps & in the clothing dept. The shelves are fine- maybe you went in on a day they were re-modeling or shifting things around- give me a break!

I love shopping at Target. Target has the items I am looking for at a reasonable price, the stores are always clean and organized, I can grab Starbucks, lunch and/or a snack PLUS I get the bonus of savings with Target circle. For me, shopping at Target is a no-brainer.

I have always had good things to say about this store. For the last 4 months every 2 weeks I’ve been going here to purchase Enfamil Reguline for my baby and also use a 5 rebate check that I get from Enfamil. Today I go to purchase it and the cashier informs me that I can’t use my red card and this rebate check. She then calls the manager over (Nathan) who also doesn’t know how to apply the rebate check and the red card payment no explanation on why either just they didn’t know how to do it. Someone there knows how to do it because I’ve been doing it since my baby was born. I informed them that I will not be coming back there I will take my business elsewhere

Great customer service and helpful

Employees are almost always very friendly and love the drive up. Makes my busy life sooo much easier. Love that I can use my cartwheel coupons on my drive up order and my order is ready within 2 hrs. I have been shopping this store since it opened and the employees are great. Definitely my go to over Walmart and Walmart is 2 min from my house. I will drive the extra 10 min to target.

This is my favorite Target. Its conveniently located, has a great selection, carries more stuff in store than other Central Arkansas locations, has friendly staff, and is by far cleaner than the Little Rock and NLR locations. I find that people love Target in general. I frequently buy gift cards here for my real estate clients who buy a new home and even my daughters elementary aged friends for birthdays. Everyone can find something at Target and you get such an upgraded experience vs shopping at Walmart. If they were open til 11 pm most days like the Little Rock locations they would get 5 stars.

Bad service, I was trying to reach the pull-ups on the top shelf. While I was struggling trying to get it a store worker walked right past me who was tall enough to reach it . Didn’t even stop to help.
