We went in on New Year’s Day looking for a twin mattress for our toddler for his first big boy bed. Daniel helped us & recommended a great mattress that has been great. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mattress (like some places try to do). He also told us about/sold us a low profile base (we didn’t know they existed) to keep toddler from being too far off the ground in case of falls. Daniel was great to work with, professional & not pushy at all. Highly recommend using him!

Went to this location of mattress king and Daniel helped us make a decision on the best mattress for us. He was not pushy and was knowledge about each mattress that we tried. I would buy another bed here, the service and product was excellent.

I purchased two mattress/ box springs sets from here. I’m torn on my review, the lady that works their was very helpful however I didn’t receive the right product at one of the houses. I ordered two twin bed sets with low foundations for my house and my parents house, I got one low foundation at theirs and then at mine I did not. The drivers gave me a regular sized foundation and said they would bring out the low one once they had in in stock which was bothersome. Months later....still no low foundation. In other words...I won’t go back because they delivered the wrong type of foundation which is a constant struggle for my three year old to get in her own bed.

Great people don’t buy a mattress any where else. They will work with you and do any exchanges if need. The manger is a really nice guy.

Mattress I ordered so far is great. Have had it 2mo. Last mattress I ordered only lasted 2 yrs. mattresses should last 5-10yrs. Only reason for 3 stars is because I ordered a Full size. But the person placing the order, ordered a Queen. Both were same price so I did not notice. Really upset when they came to my door with wrong one. Then had trouble getting the correct mattress delivered at a time I’d be home. They wanted me to take off work to deliver first thing in the morning. I get paid hourly and work part-tome. If the guy would have ordered the correct one, we would not have an argument with the warehouse when is a good time to deliver without me missing work. I was so mad, they finally decided I’d be the last delivery for the day. It was 8:30 pm. But I did not care. It should have been done correctly the first tome.Then went to register the mattress for warranty. I had to go back to the store and get the correct receipt for a full mattress instead of the Queen.The guy was nice, but this should not have happened.
