We needed a small scale work in our kitchen that required shaving off a piece of countertop to fit a new electric range. I have contacted a few handyman, some of which were recommended by our realtor but they did not even bother to give us a quote. As we were desperately trying to find a solution on how to get the problem fixed and start using our new range which literally stayed in the living room for over a month, I walked in to the Countertop World one day and greeted by Courtney. She listened and in a couple of days sent a staff to our house to take measurements. We felt very well-cared, more importantly valued. Within the next few days she arranged an electrician to help with electric connections, and sent another staff who amazingly cut the top in our kitchen without damaging any other structure. Even though this was a much smaller scale work than their typical daily business they did not hesitate to step up and help. They did not think about making profit but rather helping a desperate family with a broken range for the last several weeks. Everyone at Countertop was very friendly yet professional. They did a wonderful job in our kitchen at a very reasonable price. We cannot thank them enough for their help and could not ask any nicer people.

Beautiful counters! I live out of town, but these people came in the first day and measured everything and installed next week. Three baths and the kitchen. Took less than a day to install and they look amazing. The whole process was easier than expected and the staff was very knowledgeable. They even adjusted our order to change the sink colors, styles, and faucets every time we changed our minds (which was a few). Installers were very easy to work with. Best part was our kitchen (no seam in the sink). Looks great!

I love my countertops and was very pleased with the job they did. Honestly we were amazed at how quickly and professionally it happened. Their selection was awesome. We went with quartz due to durability. Sherrie was great help. She helped us pick out the stone, edging style and the sink. It was nice that they even have sinks. One less thing you have deal with. It was just a great experience all around.

Used Countertop World to install granite for our new build in Maumelle in 2019. Their price was less but the workmanship for installation was terrible. The granite tops in the kitchen do not match. We ordered two slabs and received one tan and one gray because they didn’t pick slabs from the same lot. They broke an entire corner off the granite as it joins the kitchen sink and glued it back and refused to replace it. They buffed the crack and created a dip in the granite. It looks awful, but the owner said it looks good. They cut a seam in the middle of the granite where the cooktop is placed, a 6 ft section, which should be one piece, so now we have two 3 ft sections and an extra seam. The granite in the half bath is nicked in several places and the owner, who looked at it on two different occasions, refused to replace it or even repair it. It’s all about getting your money and providing the least amount of work.

Went in to price some countertops. The showroom was bare and there was very little on the lot to see. Now this isnt a deal breaker, but to be asked to provide all my personal information the second I walk in the door wasnt a good start. The absolute deal breaker was being lied to repeatedly by the sales person. Luckily I was accompanied by someone who retired from the marble, tile, and granite world. When they pointed out the lies they were quick to get us to leave.You can tell a lot about a place in the first 5 minutes. I should have followed my instincts. If you want nice countertops, support, and to be treated right please look elsewhere. Lastly, looking at the reviews I am mostly sure they have either created a handful of fake accounts to leave reviews or paid for them.

Love my counters. We get so many compliments. They have the best selection and pricing in town. knowledgeable staff. It took us a long time to decide which stone we wanted. They were very patient with us.

Our new countertops transform our kitchen. The entire space looks bigger and brighter. They are beautiful, wipe down easily and make me very happy! The installers were courteous and careful. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

My new countertops are beautiful but I did not have a pleasant customer service experience. Management never had the courtesy to pick up the phone to call me. A text is not satisfactory especially when you do not do what you say you will in the text. Very disappointed.

Each and every person we worked with went out of their way to help us get exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with their expertise as well as their customer-focused approach. My wife and I couldnt have been happier with our new kitchen countertop. Your staff is exceptional and the finished project is better than we could’ve imagined!

I wish they stood behind their work and would correct mistakes instead they lie and say u signed paperwork they cant produce. I have a horrible seam in my quartzite counter top along with huge chips that incurred during installation and were horribly patched. They have yet to adhere my closet counter to the island. They refuse to seal my countertops stating leathered can not be sealed. According to the wholesalers website all natural stone counters especially quartzite should be sealed. They do not know how to install and back up quality. Not to mention all of the rough edges that were left on the edges of my counters. Maybe they only do well with manufactured product

RECOMMENDATION = ZEROThese guys said they would cut our granite countertop to fit our new sink and they did not show up the day they said they would nor did they call us to let us know they couldn’t make it. They kept us hanging on for 4 days and finally said they just couldn’t do it! They were VERY, VERY unprofessional and we would not recommend them because they didn’t even have the decency to contact us...we had to keep calling and calling to try to figure out when they would be heading to our house, which they never did. We VERY HIGHLY recommend STONE WORLD DESIGNS from Hot Springs. They put us on their schedule and actually finished a job early and asked if they could come a day early todo the work and did an outstanding job of trimming our granite countertop to fit our new sink and took the utmost care in keeping dust to a minimum and cleaning up afterwards, not to mention the granite and sink under mounting looks phenomenal!!!

We recently remodeled our house and put new countertops in kitchen and two bathrooms. We went with porcelain. Its pretty much indestructible. They had lots of slabs to pick from. It wasnt an arm and a leg either like i was expecting from porcelain. Anyways they showed up on time, installed everything perfectly, didnt tear anything up. I already referred them couple people. Overall, great experience and customer service.

Countertop World is by far superior to all their competitors. My wife and i looked for countertops for over a year. We actually tried to save a few dollars going to their competition. Boy it was such a mistake. After getting stood up several times, they almost installed the wrong stone, about ruined our cahinets. It was a nightmare. Countertop World saved us, came out immediately, using their latest technology tools we had our countertops done in less than a week of calling them! It took other company 6 weeks, we took off work on 3 different occasions to babysit the process. Countertop World also has an amazing team and huge selection. Our only regret is not choosing them from the beginning.

The hobbit-like Hispanic worker who drives the Dodge truck almost killed me and 2 other people with his truck and trailer yesterday when he decided to purposely and aggressively cut in front of someone with feet to spare carrying a trailer full of product. The said car he cut in front of almost spun out and wrecked trying to avoid the large Dodge truck and trailer. Clearly an incident of road rage. Got it on video too if someone wants to contact me, also some of the countertops and tools are probably still scattered on Cantrell from how hard he swung the trailer. Then he came up to my window in traffic to my window because he was mad I was filming, and started threatening me and almost promoting me to pull my pistol for protection. What a horrible representation for your company, I can guarantee myself and everyone who witnessed it (it was a lot of people) won’t be using your services.

TERRIBLE drivers! Some of their employees clearly have a road-rage problem... just saw the other review about attempted assault. Saw them today blowing through stop signs in neighborhoods near elementary schools in Little Rock. Almost hitting oncoming cars. Watch out for your own safety!
