Window World is the best company I believe. The boys came out early did a wonderful job! They put in 13 windows and were finished right after lunchtime. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the old windows. I would give this crew 110% and the Company also. If you need any work or windows replace this is the company to call. Great job! Window world!

We were trying to have a window replaced in a rental house we owned. We paid up front for half of the job, and then did not hear from them for months. When called, they would tell us, we have the window in our warehouse or we are coming out tomorrow. Took time off from work to meet them, and no show, or we would have the excuse, they loaded the wrong window on our truck, or they did not measure right (they re-measured 3 times). After five months, and us considering that our deposit was just to be written off, and we find someone else, they came and replaced the window. We now have a job of 16 windows to be replaced in a house, and I would NEVER use them, and have told multiple people about how we were treated. Do not use these people. The owner of the company (Jodi) straight out lied to my wife.

I recently had new window’s installed. Doug Vinson and his crew that installed them were very thorough and professional. They were courteous and did a great clean up job after installation. The windows look great. I would highly recommend Window World to friend’s and family.

They put my windows in & were very professional, they cleaned up everything, explained all about the windows, left me window cleaner. I was very pleased with them and would highly recommend them. This post under my grandson, but I Linda Hardin during the review.

Overall bad experience with a window purchase. Timeline was not met and communication was severely lacking. Mass confusion when I was finally told the window was ready for pickup. After 2 trips, the window was located in the warehouse. No empathy for the mistake.

From Chester the guy who came out to measure my window to the installers that installed my window they all were very professional. My new window looks great and I will definitely be ordering the rest of my windows. The price was far out the best price that I received looking at other competitors. I also liked that they dont pressure you to get all your windows done at the same time which is great for people that are on a budget or have other home projects going on.

They had put windows in the rest of my house about 10 years ago and I didnt get my back porch windiws changed out. So I had them done about 2 weeks ago and I love them. Makes the room look SO much bigger!

They did a great job on a duplex that I bought it was built in the fiftys now it looks better thanks window world

Earlier I posted a review that indicated WW wasn’t standing by its warranty. That was my error. Although all the info I had indicated WW provided the windows, they apparently were not the manufacturer and that’s who holds the warranty. It’s all very confusing but it wasn’t WW fault so I wanted to set the record straight.

The workers who installed my windows were awesome they did a fantastic job I am so pleased with my new windows I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new windows thank you so much for your great service

We paid them half of the total cost of windows and siding on May 15th but we have not seen or heard from them since. I called them on July 2nd and was told we were next and it would be about two weeks. As of today July 20th we have heard nothing!!

You wont find a better window or installation at any price. We got estimates from Window World, Wilsons, Pella and Royal. Could not believe the difference in prices. Bill at Window World gave us great prices on quality custom windows. His team installed them exactly as promised, left no mess to clean up inside or out. We could not be more satisfied with the entire process. Bottomline: Call Bill at Window World to get your windows! They are fantastic!

I paid extra for fog i heve asked for replacements and they brought 2 more that do the exact same thing
