Opens at 7:00 am - takes 30 mins for each customer in line to get help person - go to Auto zone friendly staff fast service and Big O tires. Walmart only uses 1 worker because Walmart don’t want to pay for more workers

We had a flat tire when we left for work shortly before closing. Even though they had a couple other cars, they still took us in and changed our tire for us. They didnt get the other cars out until about 40 minutes after closing but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. They were all so nice!

Please if you can go somewhere else do so. Do not go here. Took 4 hrs then was told they did not have the right equipment to take my tires off. Believe me save yourself the headache.

3rd trip in for a bad tire. Balanced and sent me on my way 2 times. I’ve had 3 alignments thinking it was my car and turns out to be a broken belt on the tire. Haven’t seen the mgr any of my trips here. Now they’re charging $71 to replace a 8 month old tire that cost $ to start. Prorated a manufacturer’s defect?? Paid and left and car started pulling to the right. They put the new tire on the front!?! Discount here I come. No customer service, no loyalty and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Never again!

Refused to service my vehicle because apperently it was too low even tho it has been there many times...to me just lazy mechanics...prices are low and they do decent work but i would not recomend unless this is your last hope.

Horrible service. Went in for an oil change and waited 3hrs. Then a week later my car is leaking oil all over my driveway and smoking down the road. Skid plate came loose and started dragging down the road. I then found the source of the leak, they left the oil filter loose. It wasnt even hand tight. Then to top it off they couldnt even reset the change oil soon light for us. These people are a joke.

Never have I ever had an unpleasant experience at the tire/lube services at the Walmart in Buckeye, Az. until this morning. My husband ordered tires online, they were shipped to the Walmart yesterday, and I went to claim them as well as installed. A pleasant representative at the tire/lube approached me when I arrived, directed me to go inside the store as a representative will help me with my order. As I approached the aged representative inside and explained I had tires ordered and would like them installed she stated that they were not doing tires today. I waited for further information on what my options were or reason why they were not providing tire services today, but no information was given. I asked for the reason so that I was able to decide whether to make an appointment or go elsewhere, unpleasantly she stated the tech called out and had no idea when I could come back. The representative continued to mention something about the manager calling someone but I could not deal with her tone and I walked away. I requested to speak to a manager at the electronic department about my tires and the manager from lube/tires helped me with the rest of my transaction. However, she did not ask or expressed concern of the situation, but allowed me to mention I had an unpleasant experience with her representative. The manager was as professional as she could be, and I am pleased, until I was leaving I heard both the representative and manager mock my last words of gratitude. This is by far the most unprofessional service and treatment I have ever received. I immediately went to discount tire and had them check all my tires, as I felt extremely uncomfortable with the service I received at Walmart. Never again will I ever go back.

If i could give it a 0 i would do not go here to get tires mounted or anything i made an appointment for 10 am when i got to the store there was 1 car that was being worked on and mine went in next and it took them 4 hours to mount my tires!!! They started working on my car at around 11am and i didnt leave until 3pm!! Never going back

Just want to give a quick shout out to the auto technicians who installed a new set of tires on my truck today (7/18/18). I was only able to come in after I got off work (shortly before closing) and they were able to get it taken care of. Levi provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products and services Walmart offers. I appreciate everyones hard work and patience. Keep doing what youre doing!

Do not go here!!! They left off something and now my car has no oil in it! It’s on my drive way. An when I called the “Asst Manager” Kendra was rude and has a bad attitude! They messed up my car and could care less. I brought my car to a REAL shop and have several pictures of the mistakes they made. The filter was the wrong size and oil spilling out everywhere. There is oil all under the car and to the back bumper where is was coming from under the car. Thank you Shell for fixing my car! Walmart stay with selling groceries and close your fake oil changing station! By the way my car was not the first or second car that was brought to shell days after going to Walmart! An same situation!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is not the first time we have had issues with this specific tire center. I would drive the extra distance to Goodyear where they actually know what customer service is. The check in lady is always extremely rude and in no rush I will find out her name and edit this later, she has bright colors in her hair. Our car was dropped off right when they opened to change one tire and have waited over four hours with only two people ahead of us. Finally we went and picked up our car that still hadn’t had the tire changed.....then had another woman tell us she had only been there an hour and they had taken her car in! Rude, untrustworthy and a huge waste of time!

Just dont go. Guy checking cars in real slow looking under the hood like looking for something to do. Kept looking over his shoulder to see if I was still there. Waited long enough to look up reviews an was like nope that crew will not touch my car. An two lanes totally full an no cars in garage area. I alone could do 3 to 4 cars in an hour.

This place is unbelievable. 2 hours after I dropped my car off for an oil change, they still werent done when I arrived. And NO ONE in the department seems concerned about it. The lady at the counter had no explanation....just told me they only had 2 techs. Um...there were 5 when I dropped it off!! Save yourself some frustration...take it across the street to Brakes Plus. It might cost a few more $, but it will be worth it. This is not the first time either. I keep giving them chances, hoping they will rectify the issues. They havent. Im done.

Beware of items left in your car. My mom went to have her oil changed and when she left her speaker box was missing from her truck. It took 4 days for someone to have access to view the tapes. When they were viewed nothing was seen. So take it for what its worth. When people know theyre on camera, they dont make it obvious. Shes SOL, so just beware of your belongs.

Called ahead cause I was driving from Phoenix and going to Cali when I realized o should get an oil change done before making that trip and asked what the wait time was. I was told theres no wait time so happily I drive there . Get there at 4pm and the girl at the register in the auto center says that she doesnt take keys and that she just charges things (never heard of anyone doing just that) so she tells us to park car and wait for a tech And while telling us this she does it with an attitude. So we park car and tech comes and he says that theres a few cars ahead of me and PROBABLY wont take more. So I asked what I should do? He said I could come back later but there would still be cars in front of me or wait 3 hours and by the time its my turn they could be closed and wouldnt take me in. Wth are those responses? Honestly not helpful.Never would recommend anyone to go to this place.

So apparently I spent $70 on a new oil filter when I took my truck in for an oil change...Not sure if they couldnt find the drain plug on the oil pan or what. They must of been slammed with business to pull a vehicle in and spin a new oil filter on it and call that an oil change.To call that kind of service sub part would be an understatement.

I live 2 hours away and came into town for shopping and to get an oil change with my family. After almost three hours later at closing time they informed me the employee working on my vehicle unscrewed my control arm bolt instead of the oil bolt. They were unable to fix the error at the shop and my car is now undrivable. Leaving my family and I stranded two hours away from home at 8clock at night on Saturday ! They had no real answers for me to find solution that night and then asked us to leave so they can close up the shop! I do not recommend anyone coming here!!!!!

First lets talk about the Tire & Lube department. Got there early, No cars in line for a simple oil change. The fellow started to take my information and another guy yelled something over at him. Apparently only one person was certified to drain oil. And he was busy. Itd be an hour and a half. I said never mind.Second, electronics people in evening are worthless. One night, we were looking to buy a pricey item from a case. The guy was standing there with no customers. We asked for help and he said he couldnt leave his register area but yet didnt call for anyone else to help. The next night we tried again. He started arguing about the price posted vs. the price on the website, and how they wont price match anything without a paper ad. All before even checking to see if the price was already lower.Overall, the guy was a scuzzy, low-life douche-bag who probably will be living with his parents till hes 40+. And only then will his parents get a break because hell likely swallow a penny. Worst customer service ever.

They are slow, they dont know the proper oil type to put in a Toyota corolla, they call the customer to ask, you choose the $20 oil change and end up paying $45 because they dont understand oil weights. A corolla is a very standard car, ridiculous ( an hour and 45 minutes for an old change!)

No star deserved.. my son put a set of tires on his car. We left the vehicle there, they never called to to tell him it was ready. He showed up at 8pm and paid and got his keys. Next day, my son called me, tire was flat. I had to leave work early to help get it situated. He went back they tried to charge for a new tire and valve stem. I spoke to the manager of the service department .. flat out lied to me, said he inspected the valve stem but didnt. That was the problem, when I had inspected it earlier. Then I tried to charge him for a new valve stem, that would just replace the night before. Its only for bucks but its principal. I know the ladies of front are just doing their job but they have zero knowledge of tires and any questions to the answered about automotive. We purchased the tires on the 13th to 14th is when it was flat. This morning to 17th my son woke up and the same tire was flat. I will be taking it back but to the Goodyear service center.

First time I went there i waited 5 HOURS for them to tell me that they didnt have my car battery. The only person at the counter even told me he wasnt qualified and was just there because no one else was.2nd time I took the battery of another car to get a trade in or a charge. Every time I checked up, they had forgotten to notify me of what was going on, leading me to waste time in the store. In the end they charged it instead of replacing, and the process took 3 hours. I called and waited a few minutes on the phone. No one answered. I went to the store and was told they called me and left a message. I double checked my phone number. No calls, no messages, and they didn’t answer their phone when I called. Good enough to lie to my face I guess.Every other walmart Ive been to has been very quick to check batteries and service tires, but this one is horribly run. The regular store is fine, the auto service center is not. Stay away or go to the goodyear/avondale one!

Called to confirm wait time...was told no wait. Took me less than 5 minutes to get her, and all of a sudden was told there is an hour wait. Yeah right. Going on an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a battery installation. Save your time and go somewhere else. I know I’ll never be back.

Waited 5 hours for a tire change. A new girl worked on it and broke our tire sensors. Had them just put the broken sensor back on because they dont know how to fix it. Have to take it somewhere else just to fix our sensor they broke!! This place is a joke dont ever go here!

Waited an 1hour and a half for oil change with 1car ahead of me. Then I got my keys back without my key FOB. They proceeded to argue I didnt give it to them. The car wont start with out it. Then found out they took it apart and left it in cup holder. Where that would leave it vulnerable to be stolen. All while still arguing I didnt give it to them. Ill just stick to FIRESTONE FOR MY SERVICES!

It got done, eventually. Showed up to an empty parking lot, and still was there for almost two hours. Looking over the paper work my car was done for over twenty minutes while I waited, it was not busy. As I drove away under my hood started smoking from all of the oil that was spilled on my engine block. Id say Id never go back, but there doesnt seem to be any quality competition nearby.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. A misunderstanding arised, instead of the cashier rectifying the situation she instigates by making rude remarks and sarcastic faces. The managers excuse was that she was new.
