Check out their F rating at the Better Business Bureau I have only used the Croc infrared flat iron but it was awful. I took forever to straighten my hair and then a few hours later it was crazy frizzy. The customer service was even worse …. I Did everything they said to return it and they still kept $40…they lied and said that the box was damaged yet I packed it in bubble wrap and took pics of its excellent condition before sending back. So Then they said I broke the seal on iron…how am I supposed to try iron to see if it is a good product without removing seal to try it! Completely unethical
Excellent customer service, I was out of warranty and they were so nice to give me a new iron with an old trade in ... and I only paid 100 bucks for a 200 iron and the new warranties go to 5 years wow! I’m CROCn for life !
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My croc iron was under warranty and it broke and BURNED me so I contacted the company who told me to mail them the iron and receipt and they would replace it. They have had the iron in their possession for 4 months now and have done nothing about it. They are unresponsive for after every exchange Ive had to follow up. My money, time and efforts have ultimately been futile as still the situation has not been rectified. The treatment of a once loyal customer is embarrassing. I would advise against purchasing their products as they do not honor warranties or value good customer service.
Good morning, my name is Marilyn in reference to the iron and I am located in Puerto Rico I do not know how to send the video. The problem with the iron is that when I raise it up to 410 until there are good, but when Im going to go down to 270 and almost with that heat does not iron I spoke with Johana and told me to send the video nothing comes out that tells me how to send it.
