Placed an order for a humidifier and was thrilled that I didnt have to wait long to receive my package. They communicated well and let me know when to expect the items I bought. Once I got my box and opened it I was surprised to see that they included several gifts for free, charcoal toothbrushes and charcoal dental sticks. Also age defying serum and a health book. Absolutely love the breath easy oil. It helps me so much when I get upper respiratory infections, probably saved me from an ER visit a time or two.

Very responsive and helpful. I love these products — especially the one that uses either an adapter or USB connection because I like using it in my car! Especially the lavender if the traffic is heavy ;-).The oils themselves are a very good quality! Very pure and worth the cost!I also bought my step daughter one she can use in her car as she uses essential oils for stress relief. She loves hers as well!

Purchased the true lavender, frankinsence & eucalyptus...they all reeked like smelly sneakers...not at all what any of them should smell like. I would rather purchase the cheap walmart oils before ever wasting the money on this brand again.

I have used several of their essential oils for diffusing, and have not been disappointed yet. My favorite blend is the tranquility blend, which is sold as set including harmony, calming sleep, immunity, breathe easy, and relaxation. I highly recommend this brand.

I was a art naturals customer but I was looking for a good replacement for “art naturals” essential oil.. the oils are good but a bit more price and I had a bad experience with customer service when I ordered online recently so I decided to look for another brand.I was doing a quick buy in Walmart when I happened to see this eye capturing packaging and plus its on sale.I was so delighted that I purchase their products. The essential oil blends are top of quality at a fraction of a cost. 6 pcs of blends cost for 15 dollars and modern mini diffuser for 15 dollars too to my surprise! And the peppermint roll on 2 for 6 dollars.Its not the typical u get what you paid for but you get quality product for less. Thats money’s worth.The packaging like I said is so nifty and colorful plus its cruelty free, sourced sustainably and well thought of.I signed up and planning to purchase in future. They have nice point system.Not going back to the other brand. Found the perfect replacement

Lot of great products for aroma therapy & and health.

I have enjoyed Gurunanda products and great specials for some time now. Even though my last order arrived damaged by the shipper, they were extremely helpful in sending a full replacement quickly. I will be returning as a customer even more frequently now.

They dont have a lot of room for outdoor dining...I felt the tables were too close together, on the front side of restaurant. They should move seating to the parking lot, like a lot of other restaurants. Food was awesome per usual though! Service was great too!

Scams USPS out of postage on what they ship out resulting in the customer having to pay the difference.... not cool.

I had a problem with the humidifier. I emailed costumer service, got a response that same day. Got a call from them the following day, as I was having a problem uploading the picture of the humidifier. I explained to them the problem and by the following week my new Guru Nanda Tower XL 2 arrived. Excellent customer service, quick response and action.As for the product itself, the most is ah-mazing!!! Can’t call them mist but “cold steam.”

Nice people but bad quality of products that break often and they know they have bad quality but lie and say that the products are high qualitylots of the diffusers i bough from them break a within a month and they cost enough money where they should be high quality. i have bough diffusers half of the price of theirs and they lasted years and they are still going strong.

I receive a diffuser for Christmas that was shipped without the power cord. When I made contact with the company they were very prompt on resolving the issue by sending me a whole new diffuser with power cord included. UPDATE: 10/2019 Everything from original post still goes. NEED to be aware of how to try and keep this or any product clean. During regular fill up with water and oil blend, I noticed the top portion was growing mold slightly. Never seemed to get it thoroughly cleaned even after speaking with and following manufacturers reccomend cleaning EACH time I refilled. Finally felt the mold might be more damaging than the benefits.Original post:Delighted with everything from price of $19.99 @ Walmart for honeycomb, to awesome performance. Severe COPD stemming from Systemic Lupus and steroids have taken a severe toll on my overall health. A health NUT I was surprised to have COPD with such severity (NEVER having smoked anything). The use of the diffuser and a blend of oils with eucalyptus was an immediate, IMMEDIATE relief from head congestion, to deep lung clearing in minutes. Wish Id known about this product much earlier. Need info from company and called today 9/25/17. Hopefully their customer service is as good as the product. Definitely an easy, inexpensive, perfect alternative to dangerous medications. I still need medicine but at least 70% less than before using this product and essential oils. Good luck!
