Its your job to see that there is no defect prior to installation. Not my responsibility to make sure its not warped on the passenger side. I don’t do windshields for a living like you do.Had a windshield replaced and few months later noticed it being warped on the passenger side. Obviously didn’t have anyone in the car but myself so didn’t notice. Once it was notice went back to tell the shop and they told me that it has been way too long and that I need to pay for half to get it replaced again for something that is a manufactures defect. “been 5 months” The salesman said that it was my responsibility and not his to make sure there was no defect prior and after the installation. If the warping was on the driver side I’m pretty sure it would have been notice. I will not be paying any additional fees to this shop. I will find myself a more competent one that won’t install a defective windshield and tell me its my fault for not noticing it.

They did such a great job switching out my cracked windshield. It was really fast and they even did at-home service so I was just hanging out at home and they came and completed the switch in 30 min. They are definitely experienced and you can tell by the way they treat your car and how clean they are through the process. The price is cheaper than what you will find at any other shop and they are very flexible. There is no hassle! Just get your window fixed with them cause I know I will if anything happens in the future.

They provide such great service! I have had my windshield replaced before and it was a horrible experience so when my windshield for 4 runnerr cracked, I made sure to find myself a decent shop. I called around few places and one of my friend recommended this shop to me. I took my car into the shop after making a call and was quoted a very fair price compared to other shops. GREAT! Good Auto Glass is amazing! I had called several places and Good Auto Glass was the only one who had a good price and a convenient time and location. When I called them they told me to come right in. Within an hour my cracked windshield was replaced. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs and auto glass work done. The service is excellent, the staff is ideal and the location is very convenient and unexpected. The only downside is that if you dont know where the shop is you may be confused. The shop office is in a small plaza and the shop is in the back. When I pulled up I wasnt sure I was at the right place but as soon as I came in I could see and hear them working in the shop area in the back. Absolutely wonderful business and I will definitely be coming back if anything unfortunate ever happens to my car windows.

I came to this place after I got a crack in the windshield that started to spread with in a day. I spoke to Danny and he was very helpful in providing me with all the information I have requested. I called few places around and chose to go with this place because they had the cheapest price and Danny was very friendly. They came to my house for a extra charge of $20. They still had the cheapest price even with the mobile service charge. The total was $170 and other places were asking for as much as $220. The installation took about an hour and the windshield looked brand spanking new. They also offer life time warranty which was good to know because Ive had a problem with my windshield before. Thanks to random pieces of rocks flying everywhere on the freeway, my windshield cracked like no other. I have a Toyota Highlander that had a crack on the windshield. I had to replace the whole glass cause the crack was growing over the limit of repairing...Found these guys online and email them for a quote. Their price was very budget friendly and they even offer mobile service. Very Convenient and professional. The OEM glass is as good as the Toyota original one. Even tho the rear view mirror fell off from the glass the next day, the owner offer a free fix up...Now I have a good place to call when I (unfortunately) need this kind of service again...

I was referred by a friend about this place when I got my windshield cracked. When I went in, they were friendly and quick on service. They got started right away and took about 30 minutes to replace. in the mean time, I paid and talked to the owner and he was a people person who kept me company to pass time. The price was fair and so far no problems on the new windshield. The windshield is as if it was my original windshield. I would go there again if I need to.

You can throw away all pre-conceived notions of mechanics when you visit here. When I left Long Beach, I was convinced that Id never replace my old mechanic. I just had my windshield replaced for 2003 Honda Odyssey. I made an appointment for today at 8:00am Last night. I didnt think that they would answer their phone at 8:00PM but they did. Recently I had my 2000 Honda civic door broken into right infront of my house. I needed to replace it as soon as possible because I was going out of town the very next day. I searched for several auto glass companies, but decided to choose good auto glass because of the positive reviews it received on google and yelp. I got my front windshield glass replaced here for the second time. The service took no more than 20 minutes and the price was the cheapest of any other place near the area. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend to anybody who needs to replace their windshield glass at the cheapest price in a matter of minutes.

I came in to have a chip on my front windshield repaired the beginning of January 2018. They had the car for about 45 minutes and fixed the chip. However, unknown to me, all of my items in my center console were stolen (Checkbook, passport ID card, 2 credit cards, Drivers License, Firearm Saftey Card, you name it). The only time the car has been out of my possession since New years (when they were all for sure in there) was bringing it to this place. Fountain Valley PD called a few days ago saying they found these items on a person they pulled over at a routine traffic stop. Dont come here unless you want all your stuff stolen.

I was riding through the 91 when all of a sudden sand pieces from a pickup truck began flying towards me and hit me window leaving a crack. I contacted good auto glass because they were right off the exit and asked for their advice. Danny (owner/founder of the business) was very helpful and he advised me to come to the store to get it checked out. When I arrived at their office, which is located on orangethorpe between western and knott, I was greeted by very warm and welcoming people. Danny explained the situation and how much the cost would be to replace my windshield. As expected with great service the price was also cheap compared to other locations. Overall their service, price, and customer service should have everyone coming here for any window issues they might have.

We called and made an appointment, and gave them the make and model of the car. We told them station wagon and they gave us a quote for 220. When we got there the place smelled heavily of cigarettes and he asserted that we said sedan instead of station wagon and tried to charge us 80 dollars more and said itd take 2 hours to fix. We came here because of the good reviews but were not impressed at all.

They are very professional and took customer service very importantly. From beginning to end, they treated me with upmost respect, and were very friendly through the whole process. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I was glad I was able to get it replaced right away too becuase I didnt want to drive my car around with a broken window. Im very pleased with their work.

This is right place to go if you need your windshield replaced! My windshield broke few weeks ago and I had to finally get it replaced because a cop pulled me over. I had a brand new windshield replaced on my 2012 Honda Civic 4 door for only $210, Other shops wanted at least $280 for it. I was actually referred to this place by the car wash place. I am glad I came here and saved some money.
