Great service and very friendly staff in the service dept. Walked around the lot to see many selection of cars. Due to covid 19 restrictions not able to provide shuttle service to its customers at this time. The main show room building is under construction. Ken Grody Ford repeatedly out does themselves with their outstanding level of customer service. I travel more than 30 miles out of my way to use their maintenance services for the overall care of my 2019 Mustang GT, especially in light of the fact there are two other Ford Dealerships & Service Centers within 10 miles of my residence. Not only do they go beyond the call of duty every time, but they are friendly, courteous and do all they can do to see their customers are satisfied.

I have dealt with Ismael Rodriguez a few times now when scheduling service on my car and he is Awesome! He’s extremely patient and always explains everything about my car, from what was done and what needs to be done. Their hours accommodate the working people which is nice I like the location close to my house and work. They will always make sure you are satisfied with the work on your car. They always have very competitive pricing on service.

Not a good experience. My wife and I were looking for a Bronco Sport or Explorer. When we decided the Sport was too small, the salesman just wanted to give us his card. We said we would like to look at the Explorer. When we went to look at the numbers, the salesman was furious I wouldnt give him my info to run the credit and said he couldnt show me anything without knowing my credit. I made a deal somewhere else.

Factory ordered my F150 Hybrid build with Ole just a few weeks before the news of chip shortage hit the auto industry. The ordering process was easy, smooth as well as the buying when the truck finally arrived after around eight weeks from date of order. No pressure sales, not much of financing games played so I was out the door in less than 2 hours coz of document printing issues of their printer after signing all documents inside the finance managers office. In July 2021, I went to this dealership to purchase my Ford lease. A few weeks later I called Ford Credit to check that my account was paid off and turns on out Ken Grody charged me a higher purchase price. My new finance company said they charged me a “mark up” fee twice. I’ve tried calling them to get this resolved but they keep saying they will review. The director of finance, Anthony Raymundo is “never there” and doesn’t call me back. Don’t trust this dealer.

First and foremost, as I had checked and called around I had discovered a few vehicles that were what we were looking for in makes and models. What the Orange county Ford dealer did was to really make it happen, the Edge we wanted, color, features everything. I contacted by phone and it was professional, no nonsense straight to what I needed, and got. The exchange over the phone all the way to doing a contract before seeing the vehicle first hand, know that we had been shopping for a few months so the color and features boxes were all checked. We signed contracts on Friday and went after church Sunday to test drive and inspect the new Edge. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased here, I made it clear we needed a no nonsense, and fair exchange and got it. Superlative and non stressful event. Thanks for listening.

Purchased a KG Custom 2021 F150 Lariat. Armondo Hurtado was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gets five stars in this review. The overall experience was great even though buying a new car always takes forever.All staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend Ken Grody to anyone looking for a new Ford, The reason I gave four stars and this may just be an oversight on their part is that I now have 20 inch tires versus 18 inch tires which are stock for the vehicle. The problem is that the spare is 18 inches and I am not sure how that will work out if I need a spare during a flat. I feel that a 20 inch spare should be provided. Overall everything else was sterling.JC

Everyone that helped me was polite and attentive. They did not hassle me on sale prices or trade-in values. In fact, my experience turned out better than I could have hoped for. I traded in a leased Ford truck and a Tesla Model 3 which I had equity in. The numbers came out fantastic. Right on the mark! Because I needed to leave to go home to get my daughter off the bus, the finance manager sent me e-docs to sign and salesman picked up my two vehicles and brought me my new vehicle. I lease/purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. I love my SUV! Salesman was Jose Solorzano.

I was driving By this evening on my way home from Newport Ca. I told my wife we are going to stop at Ken Grody Ford to check out the New Ranger. But on arrival, the New Bronco caught my eyes. I saw a Cactus Gray Bronco as I was walking towards a Ranger etc. I was able to sit inside the Ranger I parked right next to, then carried on into the Bronco. I finally had the pleasure to be greeted by Jonathan the Sales Associate there at Ken Grody Ford. My wife and I were so Impressed by Jonathans Knowledge and personal attention to detail in every question we had. I must say this Gentleman has it together and One of the best I have ever met in the Automotive Business. I am retired from Toyota/Lexus as a Financial Services Mgr after 30 years of service. I retired from the business in 2015 here locally etc. My uncle use to be the Dealer Principal of Toyota Palo Alto, where I started my career right out of college in 1985. They took care of me with a free rental while my truck was being diagnosed and daily reports on what was being done. Mario in the service Dept. Is very professional and has a great attitude. As well as Eric, manager of the service Dept. And Debbie Buziecki of customer relations. They kept me well informed on the status of my truck and assured me they would take care of me. Turned out my truck had a software issue and the problem was resolved.I would definitely recommend buying your vehicle at Ken Grody Ford . Four years ago, my husband was thrilled to be purchasing his dream truck. Time passed, and my husband has died. My son-in-law is taking the paid-off Raptor, and I wanted to pass along what was left of the maintenance agreement. After at least 4 phone calls, no one is willing to help. One insisted I drive clear to Buena Park from Corona to pick up the transfer form. Since I dont drive, this is impossible. But wouldnt USPS be easier, anyway? A couple people took my email address, but nothing has shown up there (yes, I checked the junk mail). Are they that bent on keeping our money?People, half of the sale is the service behind it. Grody Ford Buena Park customer service ends when I drove off the driveway. Bought from out of state and asking for a letter to simply state I paid the state taxes so I don’t have to pay again in Texas and I bought the truck last thanksgiving and still nothing. I’ve talked to Luis 10 days ago and nothing. Called him again and gives me the run around. I tried to talk to Mr. Grody but his secretary Debbie blocks all communication and she says she’ll help me and that was over a month ago? I’m a two time purchase customer and I’ll I’m asking for us a letter signed to validate. Any dealership can offer competitive pricing but what separates the great from mediocre or a 2 Star is customer service. And Grody Ford doesn’t have it. Will never buy from them again and I encourage everyone else to not listen to their promises of customer service but look at how they have ignored me and not done anything!!!

I recently bought a new ford fusion at Worthington ford, had a terrible experience, so when my boyfriend wanted a new ranger a few months later we decided to go to Ken Grody. Wow this dealer is awesome. I wish I had purchased my car here.The salesman was knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to. Wasnt pushy and we didnt feel rushed. The finance girl was also very friendly and efficient. The process was so incredibly smooth. We used the ford z plan and all the numbers were laid out quickly. They even bumped up our finance tier to the top one due to us using z plan.And to top it off, my boyfriend got a thank you card in the mail a few weeks after he got his truck. I thought it was so incredibly thoughtful! I will for sure bring my car here for service as well as purchase my next vehicle with them.

My last visit at Ford was for a regular checkup and to check on a brake problem I had.... Raul who listened well to my request had a technician come over, who took me on a short ride to try to show the problem... it did not but he understood and gave a way to avoid the problem.... Service Department leave a lot to be desired. Recently took my vehicle in for regular service and was informed I had x amount of services remaining until I had to pay out of pocket. ??? I was never told the service was limited, in fact I was told by the Salesman that the regular interval services were for the life of my owning the vehicle. Clearly not the case. Also, I have a slow leak in a tire and was informed by the Service Department that they do not check tires. The only thing they would do is sell me a new one (big surprise). I would not recommend Ken Grody Buena Park to anyone, including someone I dont like.

I recently visited this dealer considering it was #1 in the OC but the experience went from well to poor. The contact b/t their online sales team and I went well. They were flexible with my availability and were able to find a vehicle comparable to what I was looking for. That is where the positive experience ended. When I went in on 5/28 to see the scheduled sales rep he actually put me with a different salesman (Reuben Cognigni) who I did not originally plan to meet. Rueben had not received any information from the online sales dept and we started from the beginning of what vehicle are you looking for. I told Rueben I had looked up a newly delivered truck and we went to his office to find the vehicle. In his office he connected me with his manager and they both stated that the only way they would get the vehicle to the lot would be if I would buy it that day. After I told them I simply wanted to start by seeing the vehicle Rueben began to pressure me with whether I would be buying it or not. He also attempted to lure me in by stating that the V8 engine is a rare option which rarely occurs and that I should buy the vehicle that day. Ultimately I walked away after having my mechanics experience insulted. BE WARNED Reuben is a typical salesman whose goals is closing the sale over customer service. They get 2 starts because of the prompt contact the online sales dept had with me.

Well first off this isnt based off of a buying experience, I purchased my car elsewhere but I been coming here to get my car fixed cause its closer and if this survey was asked about that a few months back like in 2020 or begining of 2021 Id give it five stars but I keep constantly going back to get two issues repaired but nothing is getting fixed I went at least 8 times to get the same issue taken care of and it still hasnt been fixed the last time I was there was about 3 months ago, I been calling the service manger at least 5 times now with like 2 or 3 voicemails and still no call back...other issues have popped up on my car and to be honest Im most likely to take my care elsewhere....I mean at this point it feels like they stalling for my warranty to expire....

Leased a vehicle from Ken Grody in 2019 and overall I was very pleased with the transaction and service I continue to receive on the car. Recently I was in the process of looking for a used car for my college aged daughter and thought I would reach out to Ken Grody. After calling the used car manager Freddy several times and discovering his voicemail was full for three days, I finally shared my experience with the receptionist, who on two occasions took a written message and assured me she would forward to the used car manager or one of his associates. Three additional days later, still no response. Apparently this dealership has so much business, they are turning customers away. At the end of the day I went to a Ken Grody competitor and purchased the vehicle. As for my vehicle, the lease is up in six months and I will be going somewhere else for a replacement.

My 2017 F-250 truck recently surpassed the 43,000 mile mark and I found a witness mark of an oil leak on the front of the engine pan. No big deal but when I took it in for service I pointed it out to the service manager Eric Romanoff and Tim Prete. Ive known both of these men for quite some time as Ive been a loyal KGF customer ( due to their service and support of FoMoCo ) and the issue was resolved painlessly. All rational customer service options are gone from this place. I went today to get a new battery as they suggested at my last visit. Ive never worn a mask in the past and will never wear a mask. I understand some peoples delusion and offered to stay outside their office while they check my car in. They insisted they would not allow my truck to be serviced unless I put a mask on. Even after my offer to stay outside. Absolutely irrational. Mask police is the only job description for this place as customer service doesnt exist.

Incredibly sexist. Never again will I go to or recommend Ken Grody Ford.As far as getting the car we wanted for a price we were happy with, things were great. The price we got was the mid-range KBB price we had looked up ourselves so we felt like we got an appropriate deal. Thats about where my happy experience ended, although Im sure my husband would say otherwise.Our salesman (whose name I cant even remember because he was always speaking to my husband and not to me) apparently had some aversion to directing questions to me. If I spoke, he would listen and respond, but anytime he had something to say it was directed at my husband. All in all, not that big of a deal because my husband was going to be the primary driver of the car so sure, he can answer your questions, whatever. It was pretty irritating, however, when he and my husband decided to go inside to the office to talk after the test drive while I lagged behind outside getting the kids and their stuff together. Dont mind me, Ill just be here with the children while the men go talk. That was partially my husbands fault though for allowing it, and you better believe he got an earful for that one.My main issues started when we got to finance. Kasey was knowledgeable, quick, always said the right thing (if youre a guy), and genuinely wanted what was best for us. He had the usual talk up sales pitch trying to get us to buy the extra warranty package. He also talked us into financing the second half of our purchase since there was a limit on how much they could swipe a card for. Good job getting your bonus from Chase, Kasey! But Every. Single. Time. he talked to me or about me, it was wifey this or Shelb that. He even had the audacity to throw out a Happy wife, happy life! Am I right?! Right before he highlighted all of the spots I needed to sign in hot pink. This guy is supposed to be the DIRECTOR of finance. He has awards for superior customer service. How in the world did he manage to make it this long by talking down to women this way?Thinking back on it now, we should have walked out then and there, but the fast talking, high pressure environment had me wanting to just get it over with after 3 1/2 hours of telling my kids to chill out and not be wild. No car is worth feeling inferior because I have a uterus. I am absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to the entire time.

SHADY!!! FRAUDELENT!!Its long so Ill try to keep it brief.They post a truck advertising 10k off a truck on facebook adds. I go in and talk to them about it. Turns out they lied since the tires and rims they put on are not included and they added 3 rebates when you can only qualify for one. I end up having to haggle for a fraction of what they advertised off.We finally reach a deal since I liked the truck. At the end of it all I was supposed to get a 500 rebate. I reached out to Armando, which was my sales man and we go back and fourth for 6 months regarding the rebate. These people love wasting your time by beating around the bush. Its been over a year now and I never received my rebate.I will never purchase another ford in my life and we can thank ken grody ford in oc for that.

Josh Banda is absolutely amazing! If you need a car he is your guy! I have never felt so at ease buying a car. I went to their website and found a car within my price range, requested information and within 10 mins or less I received a phone call and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. My husband and I showed up about 30 mins early, and Josh greeted us in the parking lot; it felt like we had known each other for years.Josh made sure that our payment was not going to break us and when it was time to sign the paperwork Jesse Ramos was our finance manager. Both Josh and Jesse went above and beyond and we couldnt be happier. I can honestly say that when it comes time for another new car, I know exactly where Im going; Ken Grody Ford of Buena Park and Josh Banda will be my man! Thank you so much Josh and Jesse!!

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would, this place was a total rip off, we checked their website and saw a great price for a Ford Edge ($27,977) we called and asked if that was the price and Jesus said yes thats the price come over check it out. We arrived, we tell them we just spoke with Jesus about the Edge and they say they know which one we are talking about and take us on a test drive we love the car and said ok we are ready to go over numbers to purchase it, we go in the office and immediately want us to start filling out paperwork for the credit check but we asked ok what is the price and the sales guy (Ernesto) at this point tell us well in order to give you price we need to run your credit first and then we will tell you the price, wait what???? You dont want to tell us the price before we even run our credit we have never heard of that so we asked for the manager (Jonathan) internet sales manager comes in and says the same thing as the sales guy but then starts looking up price in their website and says the car is $32,977. Wait but when we looked online it said 5k less he proceeded to say no this is the price and we even had THEIR website open in our phones with the price of $27,977 and showed to him and all he said I dont know what to tell you my website says the 32k we told him that it was unacceptable they have false advertising and asked to speak to the General manager he leaves the office and comes back to say well the general manager said thats the price and theres nothing we can do, we asked again to speak with the GM and says ok let me get him for you, we waited a little and went out to the receptionist to ask where the GM was and she says oh he is not here on Saturday well so was Jonathan making this up we will never know since we left immediately after that, this was a a total waste of time. So please find a different dealership where they wont try to rip you off so much like this one. Btw I am including the screenshots where it shows both prices with the same VIN and stock #. Sorry for venting but this was probably the WORSE CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Manager Channa Peiries would not allow lease returns on weekends due to no staff being able to process lease returns. If you are the #1 Ford dealer in the OC, how could you not have enough staff for the weekend? Also, what an inconvenience for customers. Most people do not have a lot of time on the weekdays to do this kind of stuff. DO NOT expect good customer service here. The manager is clearly not efficient.

Over priced as are all dealer repairs. The rep i worked with was cool as hell if not available as one would like, but I was not expecting a personal assistant. He was cool and helped as much as he could witching the confines of their screw the customer policy. inspection rate was quoted $150. Once my care was on their lot without even looking at the car, the inspection went to close to $1000. I informed them about outstanding recalls that had not been applied to my vehicle. They didnt even look at those and chose the easy way saying they didnt apply to my VIN. What I expected was for them to take all the research I provided which showed that the recall scope should be expanded but, they did not contact Ford to my knowledge. I got a quote from them for close to $8k + the inspection cost total close to $9K. I reminded them about the recalls they then dropped the inspection to $600. I payed it and had my honest tech fix it for under $2K. 2 stars only cuz of the rep I worked with was cool. they owe me $600 as I see it, they didnt do a thing for me. recalls still un-applied. I had reached out to them via e-Mail about one of the recalls and i never heard back from service, but sales were all over me. unsubscribed many times but you all probably know how sales vulturism works. (its a word I prefer for sales) synonymous with rapacious.

Joe fixed my rear end, and determined that Fairway ford did not add proper friction fluid in November last year.. Another reason I switched over to KG. Thanks !!!
