Ive been here more than 20x with it being less than 5min from my workplace and theyve always been consistent with their stuff. My favorite is the fifth ave lox bagel! Great service and food overall

A dollar for a tiny macaroon, macaroon isn’t even good. It’s like soggy and there’s no crunch to it like there’s supposed to be. Tastes like a freezer. Bagels are good though

The Bagels are awesome but dont drink the coffee! The coffee has a burnt bitter taste that could be easily resolved by a deep cleaning regularly. (The 5 stars are for the bagels)

This is a very good local began shop. They always a have a great selection of bengal freshly made and ready for whatever you want on top. They also have eggs sausage and bacon that can be made into a sandwich or just a cream cheese of your choosing. I also really like the coffee they have usually when I come in there is at least 5 different types of coffee piping hot.

They have really good bagels and bagel sandwiches, at least the one i get 😆 however they charge almost $2-3 for bacon! Only two sad little strips of bacon 😥 i will add a picture next time i get it

I had been craving an everything bagel with cream cheese for a while, so I looked on yelp for bagels and found this place. I placed a delivery order for a Denver omelet bagel sandwich, a bacon, egg & cheese bagel sandwich and a bakers dozen of a variety of bagels & light cream cheese. We received everything except the light cream cheese. I spoke with 2 people about this mistake and was told they would send it out. I advised them this was my first time ordering with their store. 5 minutes later I received a call from the manager (John). He sounded irritated to start. He told me I didnt order correctly. I ordered bagels & spread. I advised John he was being rude on the phone. He said thats how he is. So I advised him, as I did with the others, that this is my first encounter with his company and this is not the best way to begin a relationship. He did not care. You would think that would be the end. You would be incorrect. He called me back, said he was bringing over the cream cheese, but I would be required to listen to his explanation. I told him not to bother, at this point, and hung up. But, yet, I received another call from him. He said he was outside our house with the cream cheese. My husband went outside to collect it. John proceeded to claim that our order was for 1 bagel, not 13. He claimed our order was actually his entire list of bagels available (which it wasnt. They offer more than 13 varieties of bagels). He claimed we were charged less than $5 for our order. We were ACTUALLY charged $32 (food, delivery, service charge, tip & change up to nearest dollar for charity through grubhub). He then said the girl who wrote down the order made the mistake and will be fired! Are! You! Kidding! Me!??! He said she was new and a high school student and she is going to be fired over his mistake! He claimed he lost $15 on this order. He then told my husband to never order from them again. My husband asked, Through Grubhub or your store? John said, My store.So there you have it. Ill be looking for a different bagel shop in the future and will tell literally everyone about this experience.

This place is bagels done right. I had the 5th Avenue. Lox, bagel, cream cheese, tomato, red onion and capers. Hey! forget the chain stores. It was perfect. Served open face you get plenty of salmon. They dont skimp on the cream cheese.If there is a drawback, its only that sometimes they switch to pickup only. But, it worth the wait if you need it delivered.

Good bagels and sandwich

Small hole-in-the-wall type restaurant in a strip mall. Food was fresh, service was good, fresh squeezed orange juice was yummy.

I got the ham, egg and cheese croissant sandwich and its by far the Best croissant breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. Great quality meat and they didnt skimp on it either! My sister got the sausage and egg bagel sandwich and it was perfect and nothing slid out when she ate it, which tends to happen with bagels. Lots of variety of fresh bagels too! The prices are about average for a breakfast spot so you really cant go wrong!

Fresh and delicious bagels! Youll find a big variety of bagels. I had the breakfast bacon, ham, egg with cream cheese onion bagel. It was so delicious, I also had spicy chai latte which was died for. They have smoothies, fruit and yogurt parfaits, fresh orange juice, and they have different kinds of cream cheeses that you can take home! This place gets really busy, so if you decide to give it a try go enough time for you to enjoy it.

This place is my favorite bagel shop in the area. The owners absolutely show their appreciation for their customers. Their bagels are great, and the sandwiches are even better!

Fresh food is always good. I appreciate them making most of there food fresh. The prices are a but high but for fresh food i think its worth it. I only came twice so i need to try new things to rate it a four or five star.

Solid local bagel place. Up there in quality with the well known bagel chains, mom&pop type shop with a wide variety of choices. Smoothies, sandwiches, coffee- no disappointment.Do not pass it up if you want a tasty and fresh bagel!

If you have all the time in the world to wait, its a great spot. Ive tried twice to run in before work for ONE bagel and each time has taken ten minutes. Not sure how toasting a bagel that comes straight from the case takes so long. Today I had to leave without it because they were taking so long. Great spot for locals to sit and eat and not practical.

Not only was the food great (hot Pastrami with Lox), service was also fantastic.The gentleman behind the counter leaped on top of the fridge to plug in my laptop, and was very accommodating.In fact, the ladies that worked there too were very polite and helpful.

Bakery made bagels, spread, and even omelettes. Good spot if you have time to sit and enjoy, or on the go.

Delicious bagels and fresh produce. Plenty of parking and service is quick, friendly and accurate. I personally enjoy the jalapeño cheese bagels and cold pastrami sandwich. The pickle spears are also a nice complement to a great sandwich. I also recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Very average. Sparse toppings on works bagel, hot chocolate powder used to make the mocha, a service mix-up meant the bagel was cold long before the mocha was made. Either bagel place 2 miles south on Valley View (Bagelry and Bistro or Blue Mountain Bagels) makes a better bagel.

My husband and I are truck drivers and looked forward to our early morning deliveries in Cypress when we dropped our trailer and drove to Ralphs to grab groceries and run into 5th ave for croissants and bagels. It was always the highlight of our trip. We havent been running out west for a while but we still dream of toasted bagels, fresh oj, bubble tea and freshly baked buttery croissants! I wish they shipped as we live in GA.We miss you 5th Ave Bagelry!! If you ever decide to ship please let us know! I promise well make it worth while!

They are normally great. However when they screw up they do it in fashion. I normally get $20 in merchandise every business day from them. I get two hot pastrami sandwiches with a couple beverages. I asked for the works roll today and instead they gave me a loyal customer what looked like moldy cheese rolls. When I called them they only offered to give me the same rolls tomorrow for free. The replacements I did get did not even have the rolls toasted. They ruined my lunch. Made me late for a meeting and this is how they take care of their loyal customers. It will take a lot to convince me to go back there again. Very sad. Well there is always Lee’s sandwiches.Before posting this I called them to give them a chance yet again to at least make some sort of gesture in apology for sending me away not only once but twice with screwed up sandwiches. Instead they just wanted to waste my time and make excuses. I will never go back to this place. Too bad their one awesome worker was not there today. This horrible experience would have never happened.

Long wait, but the line moved fast. We asked for dine-in, but our food came in paper bag. One of our bagels still had baking paper stuck to the bottom. Seating area is tight. Orange juice is very good.

One of my favorite places for a quick breakfast. I recommend the heavenly veggie or the Turkey bacon on energy bagel. My gf gets the 5th Avenue bagel 8 grain.

An unexplained extra charge?????The costs of individual bagels arent listed on their menu board.When I asked about the extra charge, I was told that some bagels cost more & there is a sign but when I asked the employee to show me the sign...it was no where to be found.Wont be back.HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I left employees gave me nasty looks for asking about the prices.

Didnt have travel coffee carriers, which was disappointing. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty good but the meat is definitely on the skimpy side (at least on the ham variant).

Fantastic local bakery in Cypress, family owned and they always have fresh bagels and cream cheese. I would personally recommend the Spinach Parmesan bagel with Jalepeno cream cheese

Ho...........ly bagels. This place was a God - send. I was starving and randomly saw this place. I got the veggie bagel and a mocha latte. The prices are crazy reasonable (~$5.25 bagel sandwich and $2.50 latte).The personality of the staff was on par with a cardboard box but I didnt care. My bagel was delish and they used Hershey syrup for the chocolate in the mocha. That made my adulthood. Hershey syrup?!?!??! Seriously?!#winningMan I wished I lived closer. Oh well. Ill stop in whenever Im in the area!Thanks for a life saving caffeine and calorie fix!!

This bagel joint is a favorite among the locals. Saturday mornings the line is to the door.I usually get a sandwich made with the Dutch crunch bread. If youve never had this type of bread before, its fantastic for a good old fashioned sammie. They use Boars Head meats here, so you dont have to worry about the quality.Another favorite of mine is the bagel with lox. They do add an excessive amount of cream cheese, but us Americans like things decadent.Swing by and have a inexpensive, but quality breakfast.

The place was really busy on Sunday morning which would be fine except the customers and employees were impatient and rude. As soon as you say something they start making it so you cant change your mind so we ended up paying for 3 bagels instead of two. Then as soon as you give them an order they say is that it? trying to get you to hurry up and leave. The smoothies were ok but nothing special by any means. And lastly, they are pretty expensive. I wont be returning to this place and if you have never been there and you think you might need a few minutes to decide what you want save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
