The dont actually do curbside, and the managers are all very rude and instantly defensive. And they dont seem to care about how the store looks inside.

The pick up orders are very slow, they dont fill your order quickly. They are constantly understaffed if you go in person for check out. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes. The white haired lady manager is always rude to me. Also theyll threaten to tow your car if you park in the pick up area. (I didnt have anywhere to park on a busy Sunday afternoon).They also dont update their stock online consistently. (Online will say 3 left and then youll order it to have your order cancelled .) Looks like theyll be losing my business soon...

If I had a minus stars this store would get it. After being stalked through the store, they called the cops on me! I didnt steal anything and I wasnt planning on it. This is the worst place ever. The girl stalking me had such a nasty face when her upper lip curled and asked me if I had paid for the drink in my hand. I brought it from home, do they even sell sweet tea there? I went through every inch of that store and I think not. What an awful ugly person. They need to rethink about who they hire. Im definitely not letting this go and contacting corporate. It was so unreal.

Found 20 yards of burlap material to be used as sound deadening wall covering in recording studio. This place is full of decor ideas & materials. Well worth looking around.

I seem to find all Joann locations the same. This isnt a bad thing, but theyre always hit or miss with me. This particular location like most is clean, gas alot of inventory, and a friendly staff. No complaints...😊

Acceptable. Found most things we needed but not everything. Pricing is higher than what we thought it should be. But everything has been going up in price lately.

Of all the Joanns in this area (theres 4 in a 20 min driving radius) this one is the most well stocked. They not only have a larger variety of items, but they seem to restock them quickly when items sell out. Its not uncommon for me to wipe out an item entirely in a visit, and without fail on my next trip theyve been replenished. The fabric counter is well attended and moves quickly. Theres always a good variety of new beads in jewelry. As well as a larger variety of silver, 14k and platinum plated findings than any other location. They have every Jolees sticker that Jolee makes. They also have a large variety of Ott Lights. Models Ive never seen anywhere before.The staff is helpful and for the most part, knowledgeable about their products and new trends. Overall a great local craft store.

Clean and organized. I grabbed a number for the fabric area and only waited 10 min to be helped. I am new to sewing and the associate was very helpful and nice, I forgot her name though.

I was told by an employee from another store that this location was bigger and had a lot more upholstery fabric than her store. She was wrong! Its a bigger store and offer more of a variety and larger quantities for some items. Upholstery fabric isnt one of them. They have a poor selection of solid color fabrics. Im disappointed.

Oh my, do I love JoAnns. I go in there for yarn, bags, beads & findings. Their staff have always been so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful.

Busy line for them to just cut your fabric and a lot of the product for painting or drawing/coloring is locked up so its kind of hard to see. I personally enjoy going to Michaels a little better but they have more sales at joans it seems so it can be cheaper and they mainly sell higher quality craft supplies where as some things from Michaels are more cheaply made but there are better/ bigger joans than this ones

Love everything in the store but with covid right now. They don’t seem to care much.No wipes or sanitizer for carts or anyone cleaning them and the store was pretty empty. First time going since last year and I’d rather just order on Amazon then risk myself at this store

I was just here, needed to buy a whole roll of fabric. I was sent from register to cutting center because they couldnt help me, wemt to cutting center and waited for 20 mins while no one offered to help me. Absolute worst.

Not enough employees for checkout. When i hot in line there were 2 cashiers, one disappeared and only 1 to checkout 5 people in line. I asked the girl once it was my turn where the other girl went & she said they sent her to lunch. Not very customer friendly. I will shop@ Michaels from now on. Very disappointing shopping experience.

Terrible long lines to check out. Almost impossible to get help. Some sale bargains. Cute kids masks $1. Was happy to find Slinkys $5 each for my grandkids who live in big house with lots of stairs. However I had to go to a second JoAnns to get them. Not a good place to shop if handicapped!. Online said one location had ride on carts but was not true. One location the machine to use my debit card did not work. Had to call my bank. My card was not the problem, their machine was defective! Now Im thinking maybe they deserve only 2 stars but unable to change.

The selection is pretty good the problem is checking out!! Never enough checkers and when they call for back up. No one comes. I feel sorry for those girls because they are really trying and customers are annoyed.

Easy parking

This place was a MESS! Fabric was all in disarray and it looked like no one was working there. When my fabric was cut,it was barely folded, more like rolled up and piled up. Check out was terrible. 1 cashier who apparently was new. She couldnt get the coupon reader to work at all. Didnt ask for my phone # . It made me tired just checking out. AND the coupons that were given with receipt expired today. I gave them to someone in line to use.WILL NOT BE BACK

It was AMAZING!! I went in there thinking I knew exactly what I was looking for what I found was much better and cost a lot less than I expected to pay. I am a happy camper.

I went in just to kill a half hour or so, spent about an hour and a half lol. Very large store with many offerings. A large number of clearence isles. However not all the stuff rang up at the clearence price. So watch out for that. But all in all a nice shopping trip. Would I go back there again? I dont really know, I spent more than I wanted to on things I will probably never use. Well played JoAnn well played lol.

Worse customer service Ive experienced. They just make up their rules as they go apparently. Supposedly they close at five but they close the doors on me before that she says sorry we are at capacity i think ok thats fine I just need one item anyhow ill wait until one person leaves and now they wont be at capacity right? Wrong! 7 people left its still wasnt 5pm and they still didnt let myself and now 2 other customers in. (Mind you if 7 people left technically we could all go in. They once again claim its at capacity, I call them out on it so they use a new excuse the cutting table is closed. Supposedly they are calling a manager, manager never arrived. Listen everyone is trying to manage all the restrictions as best we can but not honoring the posted hours, lying about being at capacity, then making up new excuses then the cowardly manager hiding instead of trying to salvage some kind of decent customer service is not the way seriously just do online ordering for the time being this place is a mess and hopefully they get it together.

Love this place! All the associates from the floor to cutting my fabric and ringing my items are all friendly. Always a joy coming to this store.

Seriously uninformed employees but most exasperating is the unnecessarily long lines because they only have 1 or 2 registers open even when its busy!!! Prices are doable but not worth the wait!

Wonderful place.

I was very disappointed that this location did not have a cleaning area or supplies. I carry my own wipes and I shared with another customer. I only bring this up due COVID-19 and the Flu, we need to protect ourselves and your employees. The young lady that cut our fabric was very friendly and helpful. This is not the closest JoAnns to my house but I choose it because of the selection of fabrics. I will still give location one more chance with hope that they fix this.

Completely unprofessional I was just in there and they had a very long line with only two very slow cashiers. When it was finally my turn to purchase my one item the cashier completely walked away and began helping another customer when I was the one next in line and that customer was behind me. Completely made me feel discriminated against. I will never shop at Joanns again if this is the way they treat their Hispanic customers. Complete disappoint as I shop at Joanns almost every week.

Curbside pick-up is a joke. Once you finally receive confirmation that its ready, you have to wait nearly an hour before someone picks up, and doesnt hang-up on you before you can get your order. Weve had to do this a few times while making masks for donating to hospitals, and its always a nightmare. Online ordering from other companies online ends up being easier and faster than doing curbside pick-up here.

Curbside pick up is a joke!!! Dont do it!!! I ordered something on May 20th and still have not received notice that its ready. I have called numerous times and was told that they are behind in orders! Over 10 days? Now they say I can go in and choose what I ordered, show them my order confirmation and they will push my order through????? What kind of service is this? Highly irritated and disappointed. I couldve gotten it sooner with delivery or better yet..I shouldve ordered with another company! NEVER AGAIN!

My girl loves this place idk but I let her and my daughter run lose in that place they love everything about it. Me and my 10 month old son we drift away from the girls. Its nice to have a change of scenery. The check out can be slow every blue moon but besides that have fun shopping.

I always come here for my fabric restock most of the employees are super helpful while others have a little attitude but, one of the girls who work here her name is Lennon I believe was at the register I bought a lot of Halloween theme fabric for my business and was super humble and helpful especially because she helped me with coupons I really appreciated that and her customer service is 💯

This was my 1st time in a Joanns so I was surprised with the wide variety or art supplies that was in the store. I expected mainly fabric. But they have a wide variety of crafts and stuff. My experience was good. The clerks helped me find what I was looking for. Could use a few more csshiers as i was in line for nearly 15 minutes.

Good prices and a great inventory of goods. Lots of deferent materials and fabrics to work with and just about any kind of design you can think of. I just got into making my own clothing and designs and i since then became a Joann addict.

5 days to process an online order for curbside pick up? Really? According to your website, you are now out of stock on the items I ordered. Thanks for nothing. Stop encouraging the BO/PU if you cant handle it.

I needed to find something small quickly. I called the store, the phone was answered quickly and my question was answered quickly. Luckily I was able to get into the parking lot and park quickly, I approached a checkout clerk and she directed me to what I want and I found it quickly. I went back to check out and the line was 18 people deep. It quickly became clear that I was not going to get out of there quickly. So I put my items down and left the store quickly. No sale. Fail

I am a person at risk who placed an order on 4/14 and i called to check on my order and the store associate said that they are selling all fabric and does not care who placed orders online. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I cannot go into a store and the person i have is only available for a certain time. If i go into the store i put myself at risk as well as others surrounding me.Not right. And unfair treatment.
