They told me that they had the dress but the day went go pick it up they said they didnt have so I had another dress from there and yhe dress was to big the next days to pick it up they didnt have my size

I went into the shop and nobody even asked they could help me Ive lost a 133 pounds and I wanted to buy a dress.

Do to covid 19, my prom has been cancelled and I put a down payment for a dress since January but I haven’t received and I wasn’t even finish paying the dress off. So today, I called them and tell the lady I was talking to on the phone that I didn’t have a prom and if I was wondering if I could get back the money I put for the dress, and they said “they couldn’t give back the money” when I didn’t even received my dress and they saying it’s their policy but on the receipt it never mention that at all the only thing it mention was if I wear or received the dress or any damages on it they won’t give back my money, which I totally understand but I never finished the payment or gotten the dress. BUT THEY SAID I COULD GET A “store credit” 😒 yeah okay . It’s a really disappointment to not even have a graduation or at least getting the money I put down for my dress I didn’t even get to wear. The only good thing bout the store are their dresses. And I’m not the only bad comment 😘

I purchased my wedding dress here. Every time I went in to ask about alterations or try on my dress with different shoes, there was always a different teenage girl there to assist you, stepping all over the train of my dress. Then I find out that the lady that sold me the dress and had already given me prices for alterations was fired for giving the clients low prices. I ended up taking my dress to get altered elsewhere. Also, every time I had gone in, there was a customer picking up their purchase and the item was never ready! I decided that I would not risk my dress not being ready on time!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS MAIN QUINCIANERA DRESS AND HER SURPRISE DANCE DRESS 3 MONTHS PRIOR AND RECEIVED IT 1 DAY BEFORE HER EVENT. THE SURPRISE DANCE DRESS WAS THE WRONG SIZE AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO FIX SO I LEFT IT! THE MAIN DRESS $1000! IT WAS SUPER WRINKLED AND THEY TRIED TO GIVE IT TO ME THAT WAY! THE LEVEL OF ANXIETY THAT THIS PLACE GIVES YOU IS TO THE EXTREME! THEN THE SO CALLED MANAGER/OWNER WONT SHOW UP TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES AND JUST HAS THE POOR EMPLOYEES DEALING WITH ALL OF THE MISTAKES! THEY ALSO TRIED TO GIVE ME A DOLL I DIDNT ORDER BUT I WOULDNT TAKE IT AND THEY RE-DID IT WITH THE CORRECT ONE! THE MONEYBOX AND CHAMPAGNE GLASS HOLDER WAS A JOKE! IT WAS CHEAPLY MADE WITH CARDBOARD AND FELL APART BEFORE THE PARTY WAS OVER! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE! READ THE REVIEWS, THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

NO ONE came to help us there was no one at the front and neither at the store. The man that worked there was just sitting in the back he saw us and never acknowledged us. Horrible place to visit, dont waste your time.

Pretty last minute dresses and for cheap

I love this place! The workers are so kind and helpful! I came to get my first communion dress here and they were so helpful and kind they got everything done on time!💕❤️

My fiancé cried so much. Every dress was 4 sizes too big for all the bridesmaids. They refused to correct the problem until she threatened to call the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Worse service ever. Made the entire bridal party return at least three times after the dresses arrived because the alterations were still wrong. Then the owner has the audacity to say, “It’s not my fault the dress doesn’t fit right because the bridesmaids are all fat.” WOW!

This is a good place to look for 15 years dresses and wedding dresses custumer service excellent

I put one star because I had no option, worst bridal boutique! Do not believe the owner at all!!! our Bride ordered our bridesmaid dresses from catalog and we’re not even close to the color and style and worst of all the material and was late on arrival plus it was expensive.

UNLESS YOU ARE A TEENAGER LOOKING FOR A QUINCEANERA OR FORMAL/PROM DRESS, I WOULD NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!I am a bride who ordered my wedding dress through this store last November. They told me it would be in by March so I called 3 weeks into the month and asked if my dress had arrived. They told me it would be delivered on March 30, but could possibly be up to 2 weeks late. So when I didnt get a call after 3 weeks I called and they told me o yeah, your dress is here. You can come in any time after this weekend to pick it up. I told them I probably wouldnt be able to pick it up till the next weekend due to the fact that I work 2 jobs during the week. I then called again during the week to ask about getting the dress fitted when I picked it up and told them I would be coming in on Saturday. I called again Friday to confirm that I was going to be there Saturday. I showed up Saturday with my family, future family and best friend to see my dress for the first time and try it on only to find out that they had moved it that morning into storage. Apparently whoever I talked to at the store didnt put a note on my dress saying it was going to be picked up, and they needed room in their stock room for the formal/prom dresses that were coming in, so they moved the dress to an off-site storage facility. Their excuse was they needed the room and since my wedding isnt till September I wasnt going to be coming for my dress any time soon. They then proceeded to tell me that I could come back next weekend and the dress would be there. They didnt try anything to reconcile the situation except to tell me to come back a week later. This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I have been working in retail for 8 years.As a bride you would expect that a bridal shop would treat you like a princess, with the utmost attention and care, not like you werent as important as a bunch of teenagers looking for a prom dress. My experience here made me feel like my purchase wasnt as important as prom season. I felt embarrassed in front of all my guests and am actually too embarrassed to invite them again when I do go and pick up the dress. This store ruined my whole experience of purchasing a bridal gown, a major milestone as a bride when planning a wedding.I will never do business there again!

I am pregnant girl who order my dress 35 days before my event I left a deposit for my dress so I would be able to get my dress on time... a month a later then call me saying they couldnt get my dress.... they were trying to sell me the display dress they had..... its ridiculous how long it took them to let me know about my dress issue..... I wouldnt recommend to shop at this place... and to top of they were giving a hard time giving me my deposit back..... an brides I dont recommended this place

First time in the store and is the worse tuxedo rental. The tuxedos are old and dirty. Customers paid descent money the least they can do is get good merchandise. Is embarrassing for a store that is located inside a mall.

Went in to measure a tux for my son 4 months in advance of actual event date. Worst customer service.Couple weeks later called to cancel im pretty sure they did nothing with the measurement yet because they were still waiting for all the boys to come in and measure for the same party before they submit the order. They would not refund the deposit Or even offer store credit For sure I will not return but in addition I will tell all the people not to come to this store

I literally went inside and a lady saw me and walked away. I was in there for 15 min and no one ever came up to me. And by reading the other reviews I just wouldnt even trust this place.

Worst customer service. Lady fixing the tuxs is very rude, and dislikes giving your deposit back. This is my second experience and I wouldnt recommend her for another event.

Terrible service I took my wedding dress for alterations and hooks to lift the tail, I called the day of delivery to come and pick it up and they told me I could come when I was not ready, they gave me another date 4 days later. When they gave it to me, I did not have the hooks to lift the tail, I took it and they made me wait 30 min so that they did not put the hooks as they were supposed to. Pure waste of time and turns.
