Awesome place, good rides, food and fun the scooters are cheap and the staff was very friendly to show you how to use them really helps and getting around the park for handicapped and elderly people

Dollywood is a very family oriented theme park. There are so many different things to do and see throughout the year. It is also handicap accessible.

Staff was friendly and rental was easy to process. I reserved 2 ecv ahead of time and they had everything there waiting for me.

Friendly staff scooters in great shape

Having reserved a scooter was a smart idea but it is too pricey! The website says $38, it was $41 and I did not get a gold pass discount. The staff there were very nice and the scooter was cleaned in front of us. I plan to use my season pass a lot and don’t want to have to pay this each time.

Rented 2 of the carts from here for 2 of the people in my family that cant get around well but still wanted to be there for my sons field trip. The prices are a little steep but well worth it for a full days use. The people that work there were friendly and instructed on safety and use down to the letter. Im satisfied with the service they offer and the help they give when you are there.

If people are not handicapped. They should not get a scooter. Then they are saving them for people. If they turn it in they should get in the back of the line. So they tell us u guys can hang around outside...if you see one come in. We will yell out the door if we get one. People was hanging around like animals waiting on food. Not hi let me get your name and number,we will call you. Wow needs attention bad.

They were so helpful when we were there. The chair I had rented because of my knee injury broke down by the train. They were able to bring me one within 15 mins.

My mom rented a scooter chair and it really helped her enjoy the park! Customer service is great too, theyll bring you a new chair right away if the battery dies. You can also rent single and double strollers here by the day or season.

The staff was very good. My disability properly accommodated.

Rode around all day on one of the rovers. Battery never flinched.

Ecvs are ok, but expensive to rent. Discount if you have a gold pass

Besides renting strollers, this is also where you pick up pictures you had taken at the park. Be sure to ask the photographer how long until you can get the pictures.
