Went here with my mom because she needed help in Korean. We were switching 3 lines from Sprint to Verizon and adding another line for our youngest brother. My mom had a lot of questions and needed much more explanation regarding our new contract; thankfully our guy was very knowledgable and patient.

Our son and his friend had referred us to this store after receiving a great deal for their iPhones. We were reluctant about upgrading our old iPhone 7 to the new iPhone 12 because of the the cost it would accrue. Our son reassured us that this Verizon store would assist us in every way that would make us comfortable in making a new purchase. We had made an appointment at 2 pm. Upon entering the store, an associate took our temperature and directed us to Dabin who was wiping down the counter and area where we are to be seated. This gave us comfort knowing that this establishment is truly upholding the safety standards recommended during these unprecedented times. We knew then that we were in the right place!! Dabin was courteous and patient with us. We are 2 elderly couple who are not tech savvy, therefore we needed a lot of help. We are not Koreans and English is our dialect, so we were impressed that Dabin was able to communicate with ease. She was easy to understand and was also very patient with us since we had a ton of questions. She gave us a written breakdown of the monthly cost for our phones. She made sure that we understood all the cost incurred in purchasing our new phones. She knew that we wouldn’t know how to transfer all our data and contacts to our new phone, so she willingly offered to transfer them for us. This is a long and tedious process so we were relieved that Dabin took it upon herself to assist us. She is definitely an asset to your team!! Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable visit! We will definitely refer this store to all our friends and family.

Today i stop by this store to ask how i can remove app which was installed unexpectedly.This app makes my phone massed up.The service man told the phone have to be re-set up and i may lost my kakao talk. So it should be re install with id and password. That explanation makes me disturb. And also to do it, I have to join their membership, feeing $30 for 6 months covering. He said it takes 20 min to be repaired.I did not have enough time so i left.In later, i remove that app installed simply by myself. It was so simple.This man is a expert. He might know it could be repaired simply. But he was trying to make me charge $30 to join membership intentionally to make a money.Is this because of me looking old? Does not look me good on cell?That is very discomfort manner to customer. I never come this store again and will tell everyone in neighbour.

My husband and I came here because we wanted to transfer my husband’s Sprint account to my Verizon account. We arrived pretty late near closing time but the employee there welcomed us with no hint of annoyance or frustration, which we appreciated so much.The transfer process was super smooth (we had finished most annoying parts of the device transfer with Sprint already) and efficient.He answered every question regarding any hidden fees, rates going forward, and the impact on internet speed in such a satisfying way.He even went over what to expect in the new bill after the rate of the plan changes by adding an additional person.We came out of the store feeling great about saving money (thanks to the new promotion from Verizon), spending a minimal amount of time, and having to leave a cell phone store without getting jipped. Highly recommend!

Just visited this verizon store to update my moms ancient galaxy 3...customer service was impeccable. Both Sam Cho and Chad Kang took extra time and effort to explain the whole process to my mom in korean, patiently answering all our questions. All employees were fluently bilingual. We both left extremely satisfied. Definitely will recommend this location to anyone and will repeat as a customer in the future!

Customer service is not a part of this locations business. I walked in with the intent to switch to Verizon and hoped to test out a couple of phones. I was greeted with a stale, Can I help you? I expressed my intent but was not asked any follow up questions.The man watched me like a hawk as if I was going to steal something. I definitely felt some prejudice in this predominantly Korean plaza.I asked if they had any demo phones. And simply got a head shake. No verbal response. I left.Go fly a kite!

Ive been using it for 10 years with only one staff, and there are a lot of friendly people. Also, most of the problems are solvable.If you were uncomfortable with the visit, the employee is a new employee for sure.

This place is scam and fraud people.I ask and they accept my request of replace my phone 4weeks ago.I wait and wait even after 4 weeks but they never give me return call.Therefore I made a call to the guy works at there, when he pick up my call starting to yelling at me we are so busy but we will help you please wait and give us momentReally? yelling at customer? I didnt raise my voice or starting to use bad language on them.5 weeks of waiting is not a joke.So my last option, i called Verizon directly, then what happen?Verizon send me replacement box the next day and replace my phone within 3 days.This place is worst and fraud and lier people down here.Verizon web site and Apple Recycle web site shows my phone can be trade in price was $175 so when to the store show them a web site and other store recommend price list but store refuse itOur best trade in value is $60Dont go this place its fraud and scam people.PS. This place will not explain about your Grandfa Plan they love to delete your plan without telling you.

A man that worked here flatly denied that the nexus 6p would ever work with Verizon.. Even as I pulled up the Google store webpage that explicitly stated so (and which I confirmed with a phone call with Verizon afterwards, I know they dont sell in retail but still). Just to confirm my ears were working right I literally asked so theres no way Verizon customers will ever be able to use the nexus 6p? He says never. LOL. bruh.I asked if theyll be carrying the new lg v10, he had no clue what I was talking about. Really. They just announced it a couple days ago, hello~On top of this they denied me upgrade rebates on new phones when I was due for one. Calling up Verizon later confirmed that I was eligible to get $100 back on any new phone.OK so these guys are either shady or just misinformed. Thats unfortunate.
