I dropped by here today and the middle-aged female cashier was super kind and friendly.
The store walking in was fine. I didnt have a card and didnt have time to get a card with new information so I ask if I could just get a card and file it later i was told no several times which didnt make sense since I can fill out the information later.. so I didnt get the discounts I didnt enjoy shopping i recommend another CVS treat costumers better
I came into to pick up a prescription. That went well. While at the counter the girl asked if I wanted a free flu shot. I said sure. She directed me to wait at another window where a second girl verified I was there for a flu shot, asked me a few questions while she entered the info in the computer, and then said your all set, theyll call you up when ready. She said it would be about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, they called my name and when I went to the counter I was told to wait in the pick up line again. When I got to the register, another girl (not either of the first two) asked why I was there. I said you just called me up for a flu shot. She acted confused, left to talk to one of the other girls, came back and said Im sorry, but you need to fill this paperwork out first and then wait. I left the store due to the stupidity of the situation.
This is a long over due acknowledgement for the very efficient service of the pharmacy department specially to the managers (Chris and Swapna). They always help me for any issues with my familys prescriptions. They patiently call doctors office for refill orders and assist in Kaiser Permanente prescription transfer. They always try to extend an extra mile to help their customer. Thank you everyone for making this easy for me.
You guys are terrible today! i was calling and TWICE you answered saying names and placed me on hold. The third time, someone picked up saying β*name* you can pick up your med in frontβ then hang up. i kept saying hello and didnt even bother to listen... just effin HANG UP ON ME. effin rude! i know you guys gets busy but thats not how you handle phone calls/ customers. just ridiculous!
The staff is always friendly, respectful, professional and a joy to speak with.

Everyone was very nice but ot took 45 minutes. I stopped going here a few years back because there was a long wait time always, but since Aetna is forcing its members to go to CVS i went back. Same thing different year. Maybe a different location might be better.

So many bitter ppl in the reviews lol...its not a McDonalds expect to wait. Its your life in their hands. If it takes longer than expected then so be it. If u struggle with waiting then guess what? Life is much harder than that lol I would rather wait hours if it means they get my prescriptions correctly. Remember if u rush ppl in general they will make mistakes
Pharmacy:I wouldnβt know where to start letβs just say I had to make 3 trips (different days) for 2 simple medications...I tried to prevent from any troubles previous by making the calls needed prior myself ...Iβve been using cvs for 15+ years and this location was by far the worse experience...my only advice for you all is to not just double check but TRIPLE check them on everything #LetsDoBetter
Called to ask a question about moneygram and was helped by Jonathan. Great customer service skills and actually put me on hold to find out instead of telling me he didnt know. He was wonderful
They asked me to wait 25-30 minutes to see if they even had the medications on my prescription. They suggested I go away and the will call me if the have it or not, yet taking my prescription from my doctor so I would have to go back to the store to pick it up if they cant fill it....so here sit waiting to see....??? what a un helpfull bunch of people who dont care at all about anyone. That is the real Rite Aid experience. The y just called to tell me they cant fill it, now I have to drive back there and pick up my prescription. I have never been treated like this.

Ive never had a cvs staff go so out if their way to be rude to me when I checked out for absolutely no reason. It was blatant and odd. I felt like I had a swastica painted on my head or something my presence during check out seemed to annoy the two cashiers so fervently. Ive been there before and not experienced this so I dont know what they were going through today but it was almost comical how rude they were.
Bought a 1pk of 9V batteryCharged me nearly $ 11when sign said $ 5.99.Asked to return it and buy2 pk instead.tells me No return.Never shop at CVS!
I dont have any problems like that when they greet me and i dont have any problems like that when im ready to leave and you never know what wrong in a persons life
There are some good people there worker wise but the manager isnt the nicest shes al right though
The staff is awesome everyone of them are so friendly.
I have been there few times finding Amanda been always so rude . We prefer to wait for someone else to help us rather than her . While waiting on line We werent the only unhappy customers, other ones were really disappointed about Amandas customer service.

Yesterday the pharmacist gave me the wrong medication, usually i check the medication by the bill number on google, so i dont recommend this pharmacy to any body, and the waiting time forget it .
