Large warehouse full of randomness. Halloween year round sounds interesting but it doesn’t feel very festive inside. Just a large space full of unmarked Halloween products which leaves you guessing until you get rung up.

Its gone down hill, use to be great with lots of costumes and you can try on, now you cant and selection is very limited and messy, i really dont blame the employees as their was only 2 if them. But this is still better then party city for any costume party you want items for.

Dont waste your time. This place seemed to be once good, but is now a complete dump. Boxes of random Halloween garbage everywhere, animatronics in shambles, pallets of dusty safes and printers around the store, aswell as computer parts and other random items. I highly doubt the store has been organized or quality checked for years. Id give the store maybe a couple more months open, but they are very clearly barely holding on. Staff was fine which was nice, but doesnt make up for the store itself. Real shame considering I loved what this place distributed to AAHS every year.

Shoutout to the female employee with the dark short hair for being the ONLY cashier. A long line formed while she dealt with difficult customers who took 20 minutes to fuss about nothing and multiple orange shirt employees walked behind the registers, looked at the line, and walked away because they didn’t want to deal with it. So I had to wait a long time to buy one item. Pretty bad customer service, but very impressed by the young short haired girl for handling those difficult people by herself…just a shame everyone else failed to help her and help the customers.

Very cool place where you can find any type of costume for any occasion. Its filled with fun and creepy Halloween props along with a vast array of masks.Fun place to spend a half hour or so just browsing and checking out all they have to offer.

Just a shell of its former self. The company is apparently going under so everything is 20% off but with that the shelves are looking pretty bare costume wise. The decoration section looks good still. Going to Haloween Club was an annual even for us, better than any Spirit Store, but not anymore.........sad.

I dont recommend wasting your time here. Everything was opened at some point. All costumes look like they have been sitting on the shelves for years hence the yellowing on the packaging bags. Probabbly because they have and maybe because they are all incomplete. All other items are damaged or broken and discounted because of this. I have been going to this holloween club location for years and its really gone down hill. I will no longer return to any holloween club. I did manage to find the costume for my daughter I was looking for and bought it but was very unhappy when I went to target right after to do some shopping and found the same costume for half the price. Beware all sales are final and you are not allowed to make an exchange once you make the purchase.

At one time this might have been a good Halloween store but not any longer. The store is a mess! Boxes all over the floors, costumes that look like theyve been worn and returned, and everything else looks like old stock.No animatronics, smoke machines, or any other good Halloween decorations. Dont waste your time driving here.

This is the best Halloween store near La Habra. This store is huge with a big selection, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Definitely going back for my daughters Halloween costumes.

Love this place! Best costume shop around. Good prices and typically good inventory. Parking can be a little chaotic when packed otherwise good. Could use some better lighting in parking lot for safety reasons. I gave 5 stars mainly because they should try harder to keep aisles and product more organized and there was no restrictions it appeared in how many customers could come in this most recent Halloween. Felt very crowded, though everyone was masked.

This place is terrible. Long lines and rude store workers. The parking lot is chaotic and a mess, also this place enforces unconstitutional mask mandates. Go check out Spirit Halloween! Much better selections and better prices

They had a variety of costumes and everything that comes with them, however they are all over the place, maybe because it was close to holloween night, people dont respect the dont open signs . I think they are a bit pricey for the quality, just my opinion.

This store used to have a great selection of outdoor decorations and animated figures They now only have basic decorations but seem to have a good selection of costumes Major disappointment

They use to have way better stuff and stuff that you wouldnt be able to find at spirits. Now its all the same stuff but in worse condition and more pricey. I was very disappointed

If you want a good selection of super cheap customs/masks, this is the store for you. For everything else, I suggest you look elsewhere. As for the price, they are not exactly cheap either. Consider the quality of the item. Oh, the smell. If you like that fresh mint out of bag nasty smell of cheap polyester/plastic/rubber, this is the place for you.

Very well organized u0026 kept pretty clean which as we all know, is not always the case for Halloween stores. The staff there were pretty friendly as well considering we went closer to closing time. Really large selection of costumes for all ages as well as pets.

This may be Open all year around but the selection was great..... Many choices to choose from. The down fall is no changing room to try on the costumes. Not even a curtain. Many people were just buying or trying on in the aisles. The workers were very helpful and knew where the Location of costumes were located. Very helpful and friendly.

I loved the decorations and accessories! This place is big and has a lot of cool stuff. I went looking for costumes for my son and I and they didnt have anything we liked in our sizes. There were lots of costumes to choose from, I just wasnt lucky I guess.

Not much of a selection to piece together a costume however if you were looking for packaged costumes theyve got them.

This is a huge wharehouse full of Halloween related and costume merch. The stuff is pretty light duty so I wouldnt be looking here for any performance or long term pieces. Also since they have to survive all year you will have to pay a hefty markup but thats what year round availability costs. There were a few things I was surprised not to find but I got enough to achieve the look I was after. The staff is super helpful offering ideas and alternatives, then guiding you to the location. I recommend asking for help finding what youre looking for, this place is r we really large and I spent too much time looking for things they immediately helped me with.

Love Halloween Club. Im glad they have their Spooky Show in March.Anyone who is into Halloween would appreciate this place. Glad to have it close by.

Awesome and friendly service and help. Found everything we weve been looking for to do our Halloween theme this year in my fiances rig since were more than likely gonna be on the road during Halloween.Was only able to get a few things we needed due to budget limitations but will definitely be coming back when were back in this part of California and have a bigger budget to work with. Definitely worth it and the prices are perfect, especially if youre on any type of budget.Best part is that theyre open all year long which is wicked awesome, since only a handful of Halloween type stores are only open for the Halloween season and then close up till the following year.

Really cool place. Discounts are great when getting closer to Halloween, but if you want something in particular just get it early because theres a lot of empty shelves in late October.

Best Halloween store by far in So Cal that is open year round. With simple to high quality costumes, decorations, lighting and more! Be prepared to spend time in here as it is enormous and if you dont know exactly what you want to be or what your decorating theme will be, it will take a while. Great prices !!!

Fun place to visit. Adults and children are all smiles while strolling the isles of this huge store.Great options for costumes, masks and decorations. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because weve been shopping here for years. We have gotten lots of our large outdoor props from here. It seems the quality and quantity of the large items have changed with in the last year or 2 and not for the better.Im confident youll find something you like if not LOVE while here. Hopefully the buyers and builders will go back to their original styles and bring back the extraordinary.

The costume inventory is incredible. Worth the drive if your not from the area. I could not believe they carried Once Upon A Time character costumes. Really great place to check out. Youll end up with something, trust me 👍

This place is MAGICAL the people who work there are FANTASTIC abd very helpful for what your looking for! Halloween Club is pretty cool in that it basically has in stock every commercially available costume at the time and then some. The employees were extremely helpful at this store and really helped to find things you need. There are signs abound indicating no returns/refunds, so if you somehow didn’t realize that fact, be forewarned. The prices are not cheap that’s for sure, but for the convenience, I guess you have to pay the premium. Also, don’t go here during the month of October, it’s insanely crowded, go earlier! Anyway, if you’re looking for a last minute costume, don’t mind higher prices, and don’t want to shop online then buy your costume here because odds are they’ll have it.

I have been coming here for years for some of the awesome anamatronics, sadly this year they had next to none. It was a wasted trip and it seemed like they are prepping to shut the doors permanently. I guess I should say thank you for all the years, and my wallet thanks you for not stocking the good stuff this year. Time to find a new Halloween store.

The place has everything, all the accessories, costumes n great masks. The return policy is what you expect from all the places like this, you buy at your own risk dont be butt hurt. Great n i love it, the staff is helpful n know were the location of the products your looking for, theyre not generic employees you find at the Halloween n spirt stores. Yes i use n for and, it my personal preference.

I window shop here. Return policy and customer service are horrible. Employees have no personality, knowledge for what they are selling or love for Halloween. Business as usual. They have great high end stuff that is poorly displayed and stored so most of it is damaged. Dont buy anything electronic here its all refurbished and no returns. Needs new management and a good cleaning. They should charge to get in because for me its just a place to look and get ideas for my own props.

Come here every Halloween to get some cool costumes. Love the store but the prices are a bit high. But hey that can’t stop you from celebrating a cool holiday once a year

Lots of costumes and its 30% off, so its not bad! They also have a section where costumes are incomplete and you can negotiate a price, Ex. $20 you negotiate at $5, thats not bad at all.

Large variety but the service was minimal, the costumes were poor quality (typical discount store quality). Double check packages to make sure all pieces are in there.

Just got back from the Halloween farmers market that the Club put on today and it was absolutely a blast. People were dressed up and great little pop ups. Inside the store out you in the Halloween spirit. So much fun. Hope they do it next year. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃

Tons of decorations and costumes. They were having a sale, so we got a lot for our money. Tge costume I bought looked sealed, but when I put it on a week later, the Cape was missing.

Wasnt too impressed this year!! We always make it a point to stop by there to check out their masks, and decorations, and this year I saw a lot of last years run down decors that looked pretty beat up and old...also prices were a bit high considering the items looked very aged...

This store has almost any costumes any kids and adults can get...plus, decorations. I personally do not like Halloween but, since I have 2 boys now, I have to put up with it.

I only called....the gal that answered the phone said she could not check inventory for the costume I wanted, period. I did not want to drive 45 minutes to not find what I already know I want to purchase. So, all in all, if they had what I wanted they lost a sale; if they didnt have the costume they lost a customer for life.

Parking is a joke, PARK ON THE STREET. Its closer than the lot and I never had to even look for a space.The aisles are narrow and crowded, but with like 100,000 costumes packed into this shop what do you expect this aint Costco.After visiting nearly 20 costume shops in 2 states I was happy to find the costume we were searching for. Fortunately they actually found one in my wifes size, and it did not fit right. I can not tell you how happy I was that I didnt just buy it online. So, we had to buy the next size larger. Dont get me started on how fing annoying womens sizes are.Well, they have the one you try on, then you buy one that is sealed up so everyone isnt mauling your new costume. Well when we got it home and opened it the zipper was broken. So I took it back and expected grief. To my delight there was none! They looked at it, said OK and got another one off the shelf for me. Then THEY inspected it without me even having to ask them to. Everything was perfect.Oh yeah, and it was cheaper than the online price or any of the other stores, if they had had the costume in stock in the right size.

I was not able to find anything for my kids everything looked so unorganized and felt like packages were open and had things damaged.

This place is good but they need to work on customer service... the cashiers mostly all have attitude. The costume areas are very dirty, and we find that most dont have all the items.

Loved the mask selections here. They could use a bit more variety in their blood section. Overall great place. I would definitely go there again.

Everyday is Halloween at this warehouse store. We creeped over to the spook show for the last 2 years and pick up items for our gothic castle at 40% off!. If you are planning to have a haunted house on all hallows eve you can buy supplies a little at a time. This will help you to be inspired early in the year as well as not kill your budget close to the event. Also great for THEME parties. We picked up some cool stuff for our Walking Dead u0026 American Horror Story parties including brain molds u0026 anatomical hearts molds...oh, they have TONS of costumes u0026 accessories for normal people too I guess.

Huge selection, but not organized well. You really have to ask if you want to find the correct size, especially with kids sizes. But staff is super helpful.

I called to get information as this location is not close to where I live. I inquired to find out if they had black angel wings. I was told yes, they do. But when I asked for the price I was informed I would have to come in to the store to check it out. (I understand it is a busy time, but the lack of customer service lost them my business.)

Called to check if they had a costume in stock. She said she couldnt check that because the system was down since 9pm the previous night. I asked her if there was any way someone could walk over and check, and she said no and that the only way for me to find out is for me to drive (an hour) down there. Terrible customer service.
