Our family loves going to In-N-Out. They have the best cheeseburgers, fries and shakes. I like how they put your food in a carryout if you want to eat in their car.The drive thru lines are long. They do have an employee that comes and takes orders as your waiting which speeds up the process of getting your food in a timely manner.

Staff was very kind. And foods are perfect.

The guy working the line was amazing. There were a ton of cars in line and he kept us all organized and took our orders. The next 2 guys at the windows were on it and polite. Great job. I havent eaten the food yet but I am super empressed when the getting us our food.

Burgers are okay but the air conditioning running through the main vent in the dining area renders a strip of tables with seating beneath it, an artic zone.

Yes...In-N-Out. Thats what a hamburgers all about We have been coming here for years now. It is definitely quality you can taste. They do burgers very well. We try to beat the afternoon crowd, by coming about midafternoon, but it is always busy.

This place has a rather shorter and smaller parking lot than many others but they are very much like a good conveyer belt line in good warehouse. Its not perfect but I could get my berger much quicker than many other In n Outs drive throughI have been. Its not just taking orders quicker, almost every time, they hand me hot burgers and fries with not much more waiting at the window.That is a great harmony!!!

Extremely slow service (i.e., walk-in). It was almost 1100 p.m. and still took over 20 minutes. Ive seen other locations with 3 time the customers and they manage to expedite service. I recommend this location consider a more efficient process and or management.

Food was great, no waiting at the counter and relatively quick food time. Inside was clean and maintained.

Ok so no matter which location you go to the food is consistant. My issue was I asked for onion. When I got my burger I looked at it and notciced I didnt see any onion. I asked the drive thru employee if onion was on the burger. She took the bag back into the drive thru window a few moments later she returned my bag and said No I dont see any onion on it. I have no idea how she inspected it I lost sight of her when she took the food back. So I asked if she wouldnt mind adding it. She responded No we cant take the food back I can hand you an onion and you can put it on yourself So she goes and hands me an onion. My confusion was didnt she already take the food back to inspect there was no onion? But she couldnt take it back to add onion?. I guess (shrugging shoulders)

It was ok.. it was lame quick and fast but would not choose it for no other reason other than whats stated above... Just something cheap and will hit the spot for the time being but taste not so great...

Everything great except the drive thru line was 3 times longer than usual and the shake is now only a small size for $2.60.Inflation creeping up on us consumers. Staff is beautiful and kind as usual.

I think they have good food and a great team. There was a young gentleman that was super nice and sweet . His name is Luke. Hope they can keep having great people as he is .

I went late around 1a on a Sunday and the worker didnt even advice they were closed but took the order from a customer in front, could have been kind enough to tell us its closed but no slammed door and walked away. Waited 20mins to notice it was last call in front.

Drive thru is long best to come from valley view turn into parking lot for best access. Food always good. Location has touchless soda machine.

All the staffs are very nice to you and quality of burgers as well as fries are better than other locations.

First time going to In-N-Out. Must say it did not disappoint. Drive thur line was a bit long but when I asked them if it was usually this busy, he said it was since its one of the more popular stores.

Good walk in wait time, drive through is good until 11pm when workers get tired it shows in their preperations. I had got the wettest burger after 11pm. Never again. Other than that.. good food.

In n Out is still in my opinion the burger spot I’d go to for fast good burgers. I’m glad the menu is simple because too many choices would def kill it. I’ve yet to try the “secret” menu items a plain burger with spread and grilled onions can’t get any simpler than that and still enjoy eating it. Still way better than five guys, again my opinion!

This is the most consistent burger joint out!! EXCELLENT customer service and the staff is always on point. The burgers are crazy good and always cooked fresh to order. I have never had a bad meal from here..Gave 4 stars because of the location.. most of the time the line gets crazy long and goes onto the street.. can be hectic but it’s worth the wait and chaos.

Every Californian knows that In-N-Out from store to store, you always get good quality fresh food, this store has been Extra busy, but they handle it with ease.

Great food-long line. They have this location running well for the limited space. Staff always helpful and friendly.This is one of the few locations that I have had order problems, today included. Usually with I&O I do not even check, this location give it a once over.Still better than any other drive thru.

Went when only the drive thru was open but the line went very quickly. They sauced up their animal style fries and didnt throw everything in the bag all messy like some other locations.

This place is Always clean, the staff are friendly, food is Very Good ☺, now the drive-thru line is long but they do have one person helping split the line when it gets busy and that helps 😁

Come all the way from Tampa FL and they talked about this yummy fast food restaurant. It was super busy but we go our food extremely fast and it was delicious!!!!!!!! I cant wait to come back and eat another yummy Burger!!!! Wish we had some in Tampa.

Dont know if it is this place specifically. But a little lower on everything and a tad bit messy. Besides that, in n out quality food. Still tastes good.

In & Out is always good. I got a hamburger protein style with grilled onions. Sat outside in the patio. Indoor dining is not allowed yet. Quick service and courteous staff.

Service was good and fast. Our fries were cold and stale. The double-double burger was small compared to what I was expecting. It actually reminded us of Sonic burgers. Overall it was good but didnt see what the hype was all about.

I dont understand why the workers keep repeating ANIMAL...all the time. They serve meat as such.... But nauseating to hear the word animal all the time. The short time I was waiting for my order I heard aleast 30 times. This looks like they are mocking at the customers. It has to stop.

Definitely do not enter from La Palma like I tried to - you wont be able to get into the drive through or parking lot. Even though it was very busy when I went they did a great job of managing the traffic (I didnt notice anyone having to stop in the middle of the street because of the drive thru lines. Even on a weekday at 2pm it was very busy but the process was smooth and they got my complicated order 100% right.

It had been 2 years since I had in-out. But it was as good as I remember it.

Great service and the people are always friendly and cheerful. The only drawback is the line can be quiet long. Usually, you have to wait at least 10-15 mins before you get your food.

There is long line on drive-through but I can wait.

Definitely the best burgers and fries on the west coast! I order my fries animal style and it comes loaded with melted cheese, grilled onions, and spread sauce on top. Highly recommended!!

MY hubby has been wanting a Double Double xtr onions for about 2 months, SOO MY SON AND DAUGHTER MAMANAPPED ME, WENT TO KNOTS BERRY FARM BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL ON THE WAY I SEEN INN AND OUT,WAY BACK STOPPED GOT HIM ONE COULDNT BELIEVE THE LINE WAS WAY SHORTER, THEN ONE IN PICO RIVERA, HE HATES WAITING IN ANY KIND OF LONG LINES NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE WANTS WHAT EVER,I KEEP TELLING HIM TO GET OVER IT ALL READY YEAH RIGHT ILL WAIT TILL I SEE THAT 🐖 IN THE SKY

Better than your average fast food place. I had the fries animal style and I liked them better than regular ones. Burgers are good for the price.

Food was good, but the location is horrible. The drive thru line goes out into the street, and its in front of an entrance/exit of a gas station. Very hectic and prepare to be cut in line. Better off parking and going inside.
