I was first impressed when I started using All American print for all of our print supplies, inks, and treatment solutions. My second large purchase was when we switched over to our epson printers. I want to thank the entire team for the first class customer service; from the front office & logistics team to our sales person Estevan Ronero who pulled some strings for us in a time sensitive state with us moving into a new building and getting us all set up with all of our new equipment. The delivery was a great experience and we really appreciate Zack Gonzalez for the delivery and going above and beyond during the set up and transition. I havent recieved my order yet but Im already impressed. They had the best price I could find for the 15oz ORCA sublimation mugs I use for my Etsy shop. I found them slighty cheaper on another sight but the shipping was ridiculous. All American Print Supplys shipping rate was very reasonable, especially considering I ordered a case of 36 15oz mugs. When I factored in shipping I found All American to have the best prices on these particular mugs.After I placed my order I recieved an email from Kayla making sure someone was keeping me updated on my order and one from Jake letting me know they were out of stock on the mugs but they would keep me updated on the status. I let Jake know I needed them ASAP and that I might have to cancel the order and order elsewhere because I was running low and needed them for my shop. Jake responded in a very timely manner and let me know he was checking with another store and would see if they could ship from there. I recieved an email and tracking number today saying they were having them shipped from another store. I ordered from All America because of the price and will most likely order from then again for their customer service! Thank you Jake for caring enought to go the extra mile to make sure I get my order as soon as possibly!!
After searching for my products AAPrint Supply had the best value on what I was looking for. Most the order arrived quickly however my heat press has still not arrived. I did reach out via email to customer support who told me they would check on the order and get back to me. I also reach out to the sales rep and a sales manager who has not responded. Finally I call and got Joyce on the phone she was great and has followed up with me on delivery. I understand shipping delays however I dont understand lack of communication. So Joyce get all the stars 5 out of 5 and is the perfect example of customer service
This company has got to get their act together! We made an almost 4K purchase with them and they couldn’t get it to us. They needed verification on our card which we did not find out until over a week after the purchase. They said the emailed us but I never got an email until after we called to get a status on our order. We fulfilled our part to still not have a shipping label created. Poor service we will not be purchasing from here again. They’ve cost us money in lost revenue and the added time to wait on a refund from them.*edit I just received some paper I ordered from them and it has finger prints on it I cannot believe this.
Can’t speak highly enough of the entire staff here, from the delivery driver dropping off equipment to the guys and girls in the shop holding it down. I made a significantly large purchase with this company based on the fact that Estevan assured me the printer I ordered was in stock and Id be looking at 2-3 weeks before delivery. I inquired on my order to get an estimated delivery date so I can coordinate someone to be available as I will be heading out of town around the time Estevan told me I should expect it. I am now being told at least a month or longer more before it delivers. This is extremely disappointing as I could have ordered it from Condé like my friend did and had it already. I chose AA for the fact that I was told it was in stock as well as the shipping. I guess I know now who I wont be ordering an upgrade from in the future as business expands. You cannot tell someone a $2500 piece of equipment is in stock when it isnt. I am extremely disappointed. This is my first and last order from this company.
To whom it may concern, I am forever grateful to kenny your tech. I dont know what I would have done without him. I was behind in my orders and I couldnt get my kothari software IP address to connect with my computer as well as other software problem and I was truely frustrated. But after talking to kenny he calmed me down and slowly walked me through everything that I needed to do. He was so professional, patient, courteous and kind. He worked with me and talked me through it all. I had tried to get this resolved a couple of times to no avail, but kenny stepped up to the plate and assisted me. Although it costed him a lot of time. He refused to hang up until my problem was solved. To top it all off, he told me I could call him if I had any more problems!. I am so disappointed with their customer service.I placed an order of heat press machine and made a payment at the end of November 2020.I still havent received it yet. Its been over the month.I understand there has been a delay by COVID-19 situation, but every time I asked an updated status, they told me Ill get an update for you,and then they have never updated me with anything.They were very quick to reply me “until” I made a payment, which annoys me a lot.Because of their delay, I had to buy what I needed from another company.So I have just requested a refund for my order. I don’t know what they are going to say.
We purchased an Epson sublimation printer and the product was on a national back order. During the process Joyce Park kept me informed and any questions I had were answered within a day. Their customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once I received my product Joyce followed up to ensure that we were satisfied. Definitely reccomend ordering through AA.
Printer is great Printer is great but the ups guy dropped it off with out getting the signature that was required so I do not know who got it.
I spoke to the service technician named Kenny, he worked with me for a day and a half and resolved my problems. The part that he overnighted to me came in fast and perfect. Fantastic customer service with everyone I dealt with. Thank you all so very much.
Josh has been absolutely wonderful in answering any questions Ive had after I was setup with an Epson F2100 printer. I knew absolutely nothing about printing tshirts or running the machines to print them. When something goes wrong I just ask Josh and hes always quick to get back to me. Im so grateful!
I pre ordered the F170 and got it when they said I would. Shortly after ordering they reached out by phone to answer any questions I had. Customer service is great, I reached out by email and they got back to me quick.
I placed an order on July 23rd that contained 4 items. Two of the items shipped 4 days later, and the other 2 items still havent shipped. Its been 7 weeks. I understand backorders, but I have sent numerous messages requesting an updated status, and each time, Im told Ill get an update for you, or Ill look into this for you, and then never hear back. The project I originally needed the items for ended a month ago, so I had to order what I needed from another company. At this point, I just want a refund for my missing items.

Wonderful customer service
Not very smart people. You order a product and they done want to send it. What is so hard about that. Now we needed a part and thought it was coming and they don’t even tell you. Now I am down more time because of them. I’m not sure I will order from them again or tell people to use them.
I placed an order over 30 days ago and still haven’t received it. I have emailed a few times and it usually goes unanswered. They tell me it’s being drop shipping from the manufacturer but I have since ordered from the manufacturer directly becauSe I desperately needed these items and got it from the manufacturer in 5 days so the hand up can’t be with them. I am in a Facebook group and keep hearing about the same issues with their shipping over and over.I understand with Covid there is hang ups with shipping but this isn’t due to Covid. This is due to poor customer service.**after being promised service after they saw this review I received one item and info about another item and then...nothing. No update. No product once again

Poor experience overall. I wasnt told my machine was coming in 4-6 weeks. I asked why Harold told me they had some in stock then didnt. I should have know this before financing it and getting a fee. They gave me $150 credit in store.I waited and waited in the time frame then told me itll be more time.. i complained and Harold told me to talk to Vincent.. then Vincent told me ill get a credit. Then said they already gave me more so they couldnt do anymore. I said you verbally promised me a credit. He said that was before he knew I had a credit already.Then i Made my first payment no machine. Wait more then finally Got my machine... they wanted pictures for activation code for software, I sent it ... waited.. waited. No response back... I emailed twice.. thenI called... told them sam didnt respond. To have Sam call me back.. sam didnt call... Kayla the girl who helped me called me back.. I had to call to make things happened. She said a week for activation code.. i had more questions but Sam didnt want to deal with it.It takes 24 hours from time received from all american to uniney to get a code back via email not weeks or two. From there i found out Sam sent my code when I called.Ashame I have to do the leg work. For what I am paying for. Roughly 7k for heatpress and uninet icolor550 machine.Still missing parchment paper. Emailed vincent... no response yet.
Dont bother. They dont stand by their products and they censor reviews. I bought some face masks for sublimation and had problems when the straps melted at the temperature that was recommended by their customer support person. The masks were obviously defective, but they wouldnt take a return without charging a restocking fee. When I tried to post honest feedback about the mask on their website, they censored it and wont post. Im just glad it was a small order to test the masks instead of a large one.

Sent order in a GIANT box that was filled with packing peanuts. A complete waste of time dealing with the unneeded mess it created. Quit being so fin cheap and buy some boxes that fits the size of the merchandise you sell.

Tony is reachable any time any day. even Sundays!. we are a busy shop and we usually work Sundays, we looked around and and the only one that was so easy to reach was Tony. No weekdays office hours anymore for sales or technical support!... he is very professional and explain everything in detail; after the purchase he installed our machine and answered all our questions. I would love to share my experience working with Estevan at the California location. He was extremely easy to work with through the purchasing process and personally came to Idaho to train me on the F2100 Epson DTG printing equipment. I opted for the ripped software upgrade which does need a bit more training. I had a problem with my internet so it made it difficult to cover everything that would normally be covered during a training day. Estevan went above and beyond the next several weeks. Doing remote training sessions by screen share until I got caught up to speed which he didn’t need to do. Some of this even after business hours from his home. He’s a great contract in this industry where there are always new products and pretreatment formulas coming out. The All American Print Supply team attend a lot of trade shows and work hard to stay ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving industry. I will remain a life long customer. Bought an Epson Color F2000 two months ago. The delivery literally took one day. I set up my training date and my printer was installed by Tony later that day. Im still getting the hand of it and Tony is one text away. Any question I have I contact him and within a few minutes, Tony gets back at me with solutions and tips. I literally cant put into words how horrible my experience has been with DTG in buying an Epson2100. I bought the printer and other equipment worth $20k+ and had to send email after email to even figure out when equipment was being shipped. Would it have been shipped if I hadnt followed up, I seriously doubt it. They dropped a 300lb+ printer in my building lobby and refused to deliver to my office, and I had to hire movers to get it into my office. I emailed multiple times to set up training, and when I finally heard back, they said itd be two weeks out even though I had been constantly trying to set up training in advance (who wants to sit on equipment for weeks losing money?). I have wasted so many hours of my life dealing with their utter incompetence - buy from any other company selling the Epson2100 other than DTG.
Great customer service. We bought our Epson F2000 from them, they helped us set up and gave us the better tutorial. Shipping is fast for California customer, usually ships out the same day.
