Don I think is who called and did a great job of clearly setting expectations, timing etc. Don was the tech who came over got a call 30 mins before his arrival again clear discussion on what was needed to get the install done efficiently. He did a great job left the work area clean and gave me a quick demo before he left.

Weve used these dudes for many years now, and for good reasons: they are always extremely pleasant, responsive, honest, and their work is always excellent.
