Over the past couple of months, I was in the process of moving out of my house and putting most of my stuff into storage. I’ve twice underestimated the amount of stuff I have and as a result needed to add a second unit, then I realized on my actual moving day that both my units were going to be too small, so I decided to just go for a larger one to fit it all. The staff at Metro in Buffalo Grove have been so patient with me and willing to accommodate my moves in and out of units.The facility itself is extremely clean and bright, it feels very safe, and it has multiple places to unload so you’re not walking across the entire building to go to your unit (including an indoor dock). I highly recommend choosing Metro Storage in Buffalo Grove - the price is right and the facility is so much nicer than the other ones in the area!

Our experience with Metro Self Storage in Buffalo Grove was truly outstanding in every dimension. The service by the manager, Kim was second to none, as she was affable, knowledgeable and most efficient. She walked us through the entire process, helped us select the proper size unit, provided us great pricing, and ensured that we knew how to access the unit after hours.As for the storage facilities, they were brand new, immaculate, sturdily constructed, secure temperature controlled units. Whether you are a complete novice about the process of putting your precious belongings in storage (like me), or a veteran mover and storage expert, this Metro Self Storage location will put your mind at ease. Not only is the building and the storage space absolutely spotless (right down to the handles on the moving carts), the rates are very reasonable, and the manager Kimberly Conrad is extremely helpful. She patiently addressed my anxieties about everything from how to the storage locks work, to selecting the right size unit. On the day of my move the elevators were even set to stay open to help the movers. I know that my things are safe and sound and that I can adapt as my storage needs change. I honestly did not look anywhere else because I dont know what could be better.

I was very pleased with how Kimberley helped us pick the right size storage unit and gave us lot options . It was really helpful because moving is already stressful as it is. She made sure we are ok with size and also helped me understand how much a unit can hold which was very helpful. I totally recommend it and facility is well kept and have multiple entries which makes things easier to get in and out quick.

This is a very clean self Storage facility and its rental rates are quite good. I especially like the enclosed loading/unloading area.

This place is great!! We just finished move in today coming from a different storage company and I wish we came here first! Both kimberly and Marty were so helpful throughout this entire process and especially helpful with dealing with the other company. I recently moved into the Metro Self Storage in Buffalo Grove. The facility is outstanding. It is exceptionally clean and secure. The staff (Kim and Marty) are professional, courteous and extremely helpful; the registration process was painless. I relocated from another facility with a different company and my experience with Metro Self Storage is far beyond what I experienced at the previous site (which I thought was fine). I could not be more pleased.

We were renting a space at Prime Storage. They had a flood that has turned into a mold infestation. We drove by Metro and stopped in to check it out. We were absolutely amazed. Its clean and bright and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The rental payment is less than Prime and basically many other facilities. Glad we moved over.

When I was searching for a storage facility, I stopped by Metro and was greeted by a young woman who couldnt be more helpful. She was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility and was extremely informative. The price was competitive but the young woman at Metro exceeded my expectations before, during and after I finished storing my furniture.I couldnt be more happier with the decision I made.

Toured other facilities before ultimately choosing the Metro Storage facility on Deerfield Parkway in BG. Spoke with both Kimberly and Barbie. Both were very professional to deal with and very helpful when it came to trying to figure out what size would be right for me--not too small and not too big. Facility was very clean and well lit.

They rented me a unit for my business. I told them that I needed 24 hour access. The manager said that it wasn’t an issue. However once they got my money and I spent all kinds of time and money moving there. The manager said that she was not allowed to offer 24 hour access. However if I wanted to spend twice the money she could move me to outdoor access and allow me 24 hour access. After years of storage this is the worst place I have ever been too. I have moved out which cost me again but at least I am out of there

Moved in on the fly (family). Marty explained the stored lockers options and showed us the lockers. He even helped them movers set up form the move into the unit. Far beyond what we expected. will use again if needed.
