My wife and had the pleasure of of meeting Chuck the store manager, he was extremely helpful and attentive. Answered all of our questions and spent a while working with us. We did not feel rushed and definitely found the best Mattress and Pillow combo’s and heading towards a great nights sleep. Can’t wait till they arrive 😴😊

Totally taken care of from start to finish! Found the perfect mattress for our new place and was able to work out great financing and take advantage of several discounts. The one on Delaware looks small but has everything you could need to test drive including different kinds of pillows and a great range of beds.We were able to take our time and try out the mattress we liked several times between other different types. We got this before any furniture because we spend so much time sleeping and it’s so important whether your working from home or going to school. Never once felt pressured to buy anything and left with tons of bonuses such as sheets and pillows.

Everything was wonderful. We walked in with no plan and we’re completely taken care of from beginning to end. From finding the perfect comfort fit for us as a couple, to staying within our price range, finding a mattress could not have been easier. Dakota was funny and well educated on the differences of the mattresses, really making mattress shopping a fun experience for my partner and I. I was in need of just a mattress & the gentleman that waited on me made sure I was able to stay within my price range. He was polite & went out of his way to help me find a good QUALITY mattress.

My wife and I walked in the door and we were promptly welcomed by Jon. There was a fairly long introduction as he wanted to learn more about us, our sleep habits and what our expectations were today. He walked us through the store and prepared pillows for us to try on a variety of bed types. He thoroughly explained each of the mattresses which we laid on and never really focused on price. At some point he explored our budget or spending idea. We kindly stepped him down to our buying value. He had already tried a full price range of mattresses. John did not suggest the cheapest mattress and stepped us into a little higher value mattress. Frankly that was the most comfortable one for us among a more reasonably priced value for our budget. We wanted to go home and test our existing box spring to determine you only needed a great mattress. He didn’t seem fond of our plan to leave and call him later in the day. He’s selling technique is unique and effective. Patient and persistent.Few hours later after testing the box spring I called to order the mattress. We did not select a mattress cover as he suggested. Within one hour we got a confirmation to indicate delivery the next day on a Saturday. Confirmation followed in a text message within an hour. John was very effective and extremely pleasant to work with.

I purchased a tempur-pedic mattress at another location and was skeptical that I made the correct choice. I walked into the Delaware location to test out the beds again and was met by Jon who went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my decision. He explained in detail the qualities of the mattress, as well as the materials of what its made with. This is my first mattress purchase, and given the price of the mattress, its imperative that youre confident in your decision. He was absolutely fantastic. Patient, funny, and kind. What a great place. As of Saturday was not sure what I needed/wanted in a mattress. After a visit was given various strategies and guidance to find the best mattress for my wife and my needs. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and descriptive to give us an array of options. Due to my schedule I had to leave but picked up Sunday right where I left off. I never felt pressured or never felt that the sale was more important than finding the perfect fit for sleeping Would recommend you anyone.

We ordered a mattress and boxspring over the phone for our daughter, including removal of the old box spring and mattress which we paid an additional charge. She received the mattress on 8/31/20. When she left her apartment she found her boxspring and mattress left in her stairwell, hence not removed. We went back and forth for 3 days until it was finally removed 9/3/20. We went through speaking with the Corporate office, Danielle and Dakotah who never returned our calls. In addition on day of delivery the delivery man was not wearing a mask. This is not the Way to treat a customer.

I had a terrible experience. Found a bed that I loved- finally. Well, the one that got delivered wasn’t even close to the same quality. My plush pillow top was firm. The salesman’s solution? Jump on it to break it in. I spoke with him and a manager several times. I even measured my height of pillow top vs the one in the store. I should’ve posted this years ago when I bought it, but I didn’t and now that I get ready to look to buy a new mattress again I find that I’m STILL angry enough (3 years later). 3 years of bad sleep angry. Don’t shop here.Edited to add:I was reading another post and I too was told I couldn’t speak to a manager after asking repeatedly. And that even though my paperwork had the 30 day sleep guarantee I couldn’t use it.

I needed an exact height of a box spring do to my handicap. I needed a height that would allow me to easily slide over from my electric scooter to my bed without any challenges. So I did figure out that I needed a box spring of five inches high, so when I was at your store on the day of January 17, 2020 I told the salesperson JCH what I needed. The height of the box spring was not listed on the label of the box spring or the computer so the sales person JCH made a phone call to the manufacture to find out the exact height of the box spring that I was interested in. I did appreciate that he took the the extra time to make the phone call to find the exact height to accommodate my medical condition in which I have a condition where by I can not can walk. The sales person went the extra mile and I did appreciate that.

Metro Mattress is an outstanding family owned business. I stopped in and received the best service. Mike and Joe took time to help me understand my purchase and my choices. I found an automatic full bed which will give me the comfort for my back and my legs. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a new mattress @Metro Mattress on Delaware Ave Buffalo NY. We ended up purchasing a floor model mattress and thought we had a 30 day sleep guarantee. As it turned out the mattress was way to firm for my daughter. We called Metro mattress to find out the mattress did not qualify for the sleep guarantee but after talking to the manager they honored the sleep guarantee and my daughter has a great mattress that she loves. We were very happy with their decision and great customer service.

I stopped into Metro Mattress to get an idea of selection and pricing. I had a phenomenal experience. Meredith was honest, knowledgeable and set me up with a wonderful deal with their Memorial Day Sale. She respected that I needed something for the short term and never tried to up sell me. With my bad experience with 2 different memory foam mattress she got me into a individual coil mattress.She stayed after hours to take care of me and was great with the entire experience!
