Been with Doyle 12 years, quality products, great monitoring system, service technicians are professional in all manner and are supervised by a fantastic supervisor.. highly recommend them !!!

I especially like the monitoring system. I am not young and they are very patient and courteous. At least once a month I accidentally set off the alarm by opening a door, etc, before turning off the alarm. They respond quickly, which gives me confidence the same would happen in an emergency.

My fire alarm kept going off for no reason(thank god). Doyle told me how to resent which I did and made an appt for service a week later. About hour or two alarm went off again Doyle called me and they were able to get me an in 2 days which was great and I did not reset the fire alarm so it would not keep going off every half hour, but it did go off again. Doyle had a service guy to my house in a couple of hours. They just didn’t give up on me. Guy was here 15 minutes fixed. He checked every door, windows, fire detectors, CO detectors, and glass breakage. He was very professional! Fixed the problem.

Recently purchased a home and tried to find a bulletproof security system. Had previously invested in of-the-shelf home automation -- but wasnt confident in doing the same for security.After a bunch of digging it came down to Doyle or ADT. We went with Doyle mainly due to the local team and the rep that we spoke to on the phone.  Am very glad i did. We were was floored by the installers. Professional, clean and courteous. Went way above and beyond, strongly recommend. System is great too, recommend getting the option with remote disabling.

For years I had an alarm system in my house. I was really unhappy with the customer service I was receiving so I cancelled the service. After a few months with no security system I decided I wanted home protection for my family. I took my time calling and researching all the different companies. After being placed on hold by most companies or directed to an out-of-country call center, I was surprised by the level of customer service I received during my initial call with Doyle. I decided to give Doyle the chance and I couldnt be happier. The installation was smooth and the installer was very professional. I never felt like Doyle was trying to upsell me or push a service on me that I didnt want (unlike some other companies). Ive had the system in my house for a few months and I am still very pleased. The technology is high-tech and modern, yet seamless and very easy to use. I rarely ever right any reviews of companies but I feel that strongly about Doyle. I learned that they are a family company and I am happy that I chose them to protect my family and house.

Never had a security system before, but my wife really wanted one... So, I did my research - DIY options, ADT, etc. I discovered Doyle Security at the home show. They were great to talk to, answered all of my questions, and generally gave me a good gut feeling. I liked that they were local, but most of all they had everything I wanted - including an awesome mobile app and a ton of smart home connectivity. Best of all, I loved the price - Im a pretty thrifty guy and I know Im saving a good $10-$15 a month... I think I am getting more, too!

Quick and professional installation. Tech was friendly and professional, I would highly recommended Doyle over ADT. My new Doyle security system has options that were not offered by ADT without incurring extra cost. ADT requires you to supply and change your own battlers, something that I didn’t like. I’m paying less for the same service with additional security features. Great service in my opinion.

I cant believe Doyle Security is playing ads with an unprofessional and racist person such as Karen Healy-Case who was forced to retire from the Buffalo Police and she is being currently sued for racism and racial discrimination and harassment at her last job. Doyle security just lost my family, my friends and my business.
