Bought a car and the alternator went out about 2 weeks later. and had it taken to a shop near my house since it had to be towed. I wasnt going to put a claim on my insurance so I paid out of pocket for it, and couldnt trust that Id be reimbursed towing it from Derby to N.F (a 45 mins drive). Was given a hard time over having it taken to a shop that has done my parents cars my entire life. I then had to pay the bill out of pocket, send it to them for a refund (which they took $100 out of the refund). That car was totaled, got another one from them and that one was also totaled (both accidents were NOT AT FAULT accidents and had the insurance proof) They were not going to let me purchase another car from them because the others were totaled. I was NOT carrying anything over, my down payments were large enough that insurance paid off the loans. They were just mad because they were losing all the interest. They did let me get another vehicle and shortly after I moved out near Albany. The car kept shutting off even after my payments were made, I was told my box needed to be updated and the shop was in Amherst. I had to take a day off of work to make the almost 8hr round trip, pay for gas and got absolutely no compensation for it when it was THEIR issue. Only 4 months into having that car all the dash lights came on, of course absolutely no help from them, they wanted me to pay for the over 300 mile tow. I left the car in a parking lot and to this day I have no clue where it is. Fortunately it doesnt show up as a repo, just a closed write off for the company so my credit is way higher and its nice being able to go to an actual dealership

I give the website 1 star because they do not lost the prices of the vehicles which makes me feel like they are shady. There were a few vehicles had I known the price I’d be interested! With COVID-19 going around it’s best to make those of us that cannot get out to have a 3 hour conversation just to find out it’s to expensive!!!Suggestion - LIST THE PRICES!!

Customer service was great I dealt with Jason’s 1 and 2. My vehicle was very clean. My car wouldn’t accelerate on thruway which I assumed was from sitting awhile, actually it was the gas valve which costs 561.00. All my dashboard lights keep coming on, has the service center clear codes and they’re back on. My speedometer isn’t working. My emergency brake light is on so is my ABS along with engine light. My co workers think the codes were cleared to pass inspection and I purchased a lemon, I’m inclined to agree at this point. My headlight went already had to replace it. Didn’t get the same guys when I called to complain nor was the service friendly. So much for that dependable car I needed to get me safely to and from work. 😥😥😥😥

Completely ruined my first time financing a car...yea the people that work there are nice but their policy makes it to where they get over on you! Bought a car through finance and thought being that the car cost soooo much, not to mention the rise in insurance, i figured that by them being a legit company i wouldnt have to worry about any issues with it for a while so paying that much was ok. Well here it is breaks down on me the day after they get their first payment two weeks into having it. Then they keep the car for a week expecting a full payment by next week and im paying all this money for insurance and this (dependable) car and i have to get on the bus for the next few days to make sure i have their money next week for this (dependable) car im paying all this money for! They wont even let me choose a different car being that this one is already having trouble. Theres absolutely nothing they are willing to do about it and noone cares about your situation because they have a dependable vehicle to get them to work and where they need to go! Somewhere this has to be illegal so ive decided to go public about my experience with them!

I was gonna just not rate at all. Actually I forgot about ez loan auto sales until they keep harassing me with text phone calls and emails. It was OVER a year ago I inquired about a vehicle. Wasn’t in my price range so I moved on. Since that day they blew my phone up with calls once sometimes twice a day for months on end. I would also receive emails constantly. It finally stopped roughly 3 or 4 months ago. Then today I get a text from them again. Asking me if I’m still interested. The text before told me to reply stop if I want to opt out of text. I replied stop, AND THEY TEXTED ME AGAIN RIGHT AFTER. literally asking me if I want a vehicle. At this point I really feel like it’s borderline harassment. I’d stay away from this place unless you are going to buy a vehicle from them. Because you will not stop receiving annoying calls and text on the daily. You’re better off at north towns.

Jason was absolutely wonderful - From start to Finish. He sat down and asked me about my needs, and what I’m looking for. He helped me pick out a vehicle tailored just towards myself and my needs/wants. He was extremely helpful through the entire process - and understanding as well. He worked as fast as he could to get me right in the vehicle.On top of the great service - they worked amazingly towards getting me into the budget I wanted. They’re a great place, and Jason has been absolutely spectacular!!

Jason was very unprofessional. Sold me a car with an aftermarket bumper that is falling off since i got it. Ive had the car 9 days. Told me to go to their repair shop. Guy there said deal with it. Jason now ignores all my messages and emails. So unprofessional. Radio is broken in car. Door trim is wrong. Brakes are already grinding/burning up. Took advantage of someone during this pandemic by selling them a car quickly. Not to mention check engine light came on within 4 days of owning the car. But they are scum bags and are using the 100,000 mile lemon law defense. Doesnt matter. Contacted all local news channels and you can see my posts in about 35 different facebook pages.

My wife found an ugly car that has transmission issues and once we got the the pricing I was quoted 3 times the real vehicle value with financing which clearly feels they live off people who doesnt know much.I looked at my wife n we walked out, next day stopped at family owned business n bought what she wanted right away.Bad business model has very clear signals. Educate ur self prior to dealing with car dealerships like those folks.For the record they were nice.

I came in inquiring a Jeep.. I spoke with Jay and got approved easily. He reviewed the cars within my budget and mileage interest. He was so patient and kind. Customer service was good second time I bought a car and this car is a total lemon. Sold to me with a recall on the engine block and I’m still continuing to have issues. Speakers were bad when I test drove the car. Was lied to about them being fixed now front and back speakers don’t work just won’t be getting my service anymore

The only thing good about this place is the cars are clean. The staff DONT tell u all the fine print things u need 2 know b4 u buy. I.E. - Repairs take way 2 long. Parts under warranty should not cost anything but they still charge 100 no matter what. 10 referrals should mean the car is free to u. Thats a lie. Cars are severely overpriced. Check kbb and compare. This is just a few. If u need a car fast they can get u in 1. Just it will cost u more then its worth. Dont believe me as them face to face.

This wasnt my first experience with EZ auto loan, but every time Ive been there it has been pleasurable. Matt has such great customer service and makes you feel very comfortable when there. I would recommend this buy here, pay here to anyone that is just beginning and trying to become a car owner.

I have a little bit of a mixed review. The purchase process was great. The gentlemen that was there was pleasant and got me a car no problem. The car I got was not exactly what I wanted but I have low credit so expected. 1 month later, the rack and pinion went in my car. I understand that have a deductible on warranty which I highly think is ridiculous. I ended up taking it in and spending $100 to get the rack and pinion fixed. I then received exactly how much I paid. They fixed my rack and pinion but in the process messed with my left front break and now that makes noises. I will not be taking the car back to a place with mechanic that cant fix a car.

It was a positive experience purchasing the car. There was no hard sell and Joe, the staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
