This is an amazing store, I could be in here for a while and not see everything. There is so many cool items in this store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is lots of free parking around the outside of the mall.

Clean and organized small store with a mission to help those less fortunate. They carry mainly Disney products. The employees were so helpful and engaging while I was there.

It had some cool shirts, but thats about it

They had excellent customer service. They offer the coolest apparel. We were super excited to find demon slayer apparel there.

Always a fan of this chain, so we stop into most stores we see in different areas we travel. I love that they have a mix of fandoms on offer - from Disney to Anime. They section items out by genre and type. So, its easy to find all the different merch with that theme in one area.This one in particular was clean and well organized. They have lots of stuff to look through in a smaller space, so take your time. There is a sale section in the back corner if you want to find some deals! The hubs bought a t-shirt that he liked, and they were doing a BOGO 50% when we were there, so ask if there are any offers going on.Overall: AA fun shop with tons of different genres. They also support charity - so win/win!

Boxlunch has always been one of my favorite stores and this particular location was one of my regular go-tos pre-Covid when I lived in WNY.Recently, I visited WNY with my partner, and keep in mind that he suffers from a mild medical condition that affects his breathing.I understand its a businesss right to refuse service but Its actually quite frustrating when Each locations manager has their own interpretation of how to handle customer facial coverings. For COVID, the mouth and nose must be covered, and his Face-Sheild does just that. To be told otherwise, is insulting, inconsiderate, and intolerant. Especially, when offered/ suggested to shop from outside the store, or online which is an even more degrading thing to say to a loyal customer.Definitely wont be shopping at this location whenever I visit home ever again.

This place has such great stuff. It is hard to get out of here with out wanting to buy something. If you see something you love pull the trigger. It might not be there next time. They turn over the stock pretty well.

Its a really fun store, definitely worth visiting. Their stock changes over often, meaning revisiting this place will usually have something new to check out. They have some Christmas sales going on, Id encourage people to visit this week (12/17/18)

They have great nerd gifts there. I got my family members a bunch of Harry Potter trinkets here. Very high quality gifts and nice people. A little on the expensive side but pretty worth it. 💹💹💹💹💹

Loved the selection of geek chic, I cant wait to go Christmas shopping here for all my friends. Also loved the staff, they asked if we needed help and seemed very knowledgeable but not pushy. Its a very cute store with a lot of really great stuff.

Even though its 4 days until Xmas and people are everywhere, the ladies on staff tonight were amazingly helpful and pleasant. One even checked the back and helped me find the gift I needed with a demeanor and a smile that didnt seem forced or required. They knew where their products were, kept the shelves stocked as people purchased, and did it all while being aware and prepared for the last minute rush.Ive been there before, received gifts from there, and Ive purchased from there. Im extremely satisfied with everything to do with this store.

A curse on my wallet. As you walk through this maze of nostalgia, you are greeted with the friendliest customer service reps, but beware! Keep an eye on your hands for the next thing you know, youre standing in line waiting to purchase the Mickey Mouse slow cooker you just had to have.

This is such a unique store with retro and currents gifts. When I need something for my nephews I come here and they think Im the cool aunt.

Kind of cramped store, variable service. Was upset yesterday to hear 3 staff members loudly talking about loyaltly/their numbers at the check out. I understand, Ive worked in retail. Numbers are important to management. However, talking about them above a normal conversational level while there are customers in line is inappropriate and made me feel like one of those numbers.

The store may be great but their website is horrible with very long delays for shipping... over two weeks to ship an item listed as in stock! followed up with being charged twice for the item! So if you want to shop with this business I highly recommend doing it at your local store.

Cashier extremely pushy and rude trying to get my phone number for their rewards system. Had to decline 3/4 times until the cashier finally understand I wasnt interested.Wont be going back since I dont want to get harassed by staff.

Great place to decorate your home or fill your wardrobe with nerdy, pop culture merchandise. Theyve got everything from TV shows, to cartoons, Disney, movie franchises such as Star Wars, Harry Potter and Marvel, and Anime. T-shirts, wallets, socks, glasses and dishes, blankets; they have a huge variety of cool stuff to pick from. Also a great place to get Funko dolls

Such a cool store. I always find something unique and game related at this store for my teenage nephew. Very cool items like cuphead, overwatch, etc.

Found a flash t-shirt for my son in there they have slot of old and new.you will never no what to find when you go in there.

Best Store Ever...Its proceeds go to feeding those in need. And they have old school fun like looney tunes besides the newer stuff. A definate must check out
