All the staff were extremely helpful. Dr. Mark Morreale was calm, gentle, very charming and informational. He explained things to me when I asked and offered additional help on top of that. He definitely knows what he’s doing! When I went in for my eye exam, I wore my glasses. I made it know that I was picking out new frames that day and he offered a set of daily contacts to wear while I try on the display frames so I can get a clear view of myself with them on. Extremely wonderful! THEN my favorite woman in that whole mall, Linda Davis! Beautiful personality, amazing person. I’ve visited Lens Crafters in the past but she’s the reason I decided to come back to get an eye exam. She remember me as soon as i came across her and greeted me with the biggest smile lol I could see it even behind her mask. She’s helped me above and beyond and as long as she’s there, I’ll be there, too, as a customer!
I had never been to Lenscrafters before and my experience with the team of professionals at the Galeria Mall was absolutely perfect! I was booked for a next day appointment at 4pm, then was able to reschedule to earlier to 11:30. I was helped by 5 different indivuduals that were terrific at what they do and what they did was seamless perfection as far as Im concerned! My need to address and remedy my need for visual correction was personallly paramount to both myself and my employer. This store cut the time it took by 10 days, which paid for the extras that I got to go with my time there, which included scans of my interior eyes for their condition, pressure measurement and several other tests to find out anything that needed to be remedied by other specialists to help with enhancing and preserving my precious quality of sight. I was able to get in and out with my first new pair of glasses in over 20 years in 2 hours and 15 minutes with what I needed to continue working the next day and a far better outlook on the world visually. This was just a perfect day for me, thank you to the well tuned team at the Walden Galleria Lenscrafters!

Javad is a Great Guy he saved my glasses, I mean within seconds they could have been broken . However he is the best at his profession. I Sa’id believes that Javad should be the iwner

Had my eye exam today and was blown away by the service! Especially the woman working the eye exam front desk; she was so kind and attentive and really went above and beyond.
I’ve always been a satisfied customer and patient at this location, but today’s visit sealed the deal! I accidentally sat on my prescription sunglasses (left them on the driver’s seat) and needed an immediate fix. Popped into the galleria and Javad bent them right back into shape for me, he truly did a great job since they were in rough shape… They were just a week old and I’d have been devastated if not for him! Thanks Javad!
Everyone at the Walden Galleria LensCrafters provided excellent, capable, kind and timely service. All of the examinations and testing was carefully explained to me. Dr. Mark Morreale was the best. Ken, the manager, Sharen, and Javad all helped me with my choice of frames and types of lens as well as offering price options. No one forced anything, but instead explained everything and left all decisions up to me. It was a wonderful example of a team at work offering the best service to their customers. I recommend the Walden Galleria most highly.

Dr. Gentile is the only eye doctor that my husband and I go to for our vision exams. She is extremely thorough. I never feel rushed and always feel that she is thoroughly examining our eyes and clearly sharing information. She found an issue with my husbands eyes and referred him to a retina specialist for further follow-up. It is a situation that wouldnt be easily detected through a typical eye exam.
Wow! Amazing customer service with every person we came in contact with. Dr. Gentile and Dr. Javad went above and beyond and made the whole experience easy, stress-free and convenient. They worked to get a discount for one pair of our lenses that weren’t covered under insurance. We walked the mall after our appointment for a few minutes and got a text that our glasses were ready! We had to return to do a contact lens fitting that took longer than expected and they were very patient.

I was there today, both my daughter and I had exams and picked out glasses and got contacts. The doctor was friendly and thorough, I felt like I got the best prescription possible for my complicated eyes. The customer service was about the best I’ve encountered. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sarah was extremely professional and helpful. I have always picked out the same frames for years and she picked out new frames for me that I absolutely love. During these uncertain times it’s hard to feel comfortable, but I felt very safe and felt like she took every proper covid precaution but still kept a friendly and welcoming environment. I didn’t feel rushed and all of the add-ons to my lenses were explained so I could make a choice that fit my lifestyle best. I would highly recommend your Walden Galleria location and especially Sarah. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received and I can’t wait to get my new frames! What a nice experience.
Greg at the Walden Galleria location is the utmost professional and kind manager throughout any eye company Ive been to. I specifically go to the Walden Galleria LensCrafters just because I know I will always be taken well care of. I purchased a pair of glasses that I wore for a few days and they were awful. From the frames to the tint to the bifocal placement. I brought them back and picked out another pair. No hassles, no judgements just fair treatment. That’s how business should be done.
The staff and Doctor are the best around not just in Optical but among the many medical offices that I have had to visit with my daughter no one paid as much attention to detail and friendliness as LensCrafters!

The entire visit from the time I walked in until I left with my glasses was great! I usually go to a small eye dr office (for years) but needed a change! I love the variety of glasses and the customer service was great! The assistant manager sorry I forgot his name started me off with a great feeling and made me feel like I was the only patient al though it was pretty busy in there! He did my first part of the visit and explained so much about my eyes! Never new I had an astigmatism I’m 35 and go to the eye dr every year! Dr jessi was fabulous and went into great detail about my eyes explaining everything I needed to hear about them! Joe was great helped with my new glasses! Loved that I got to pick them up that day! There was a much better selection of glasses and I was shocked I was able to get Michael kors glasses within my allotted budget with my insurance!I had an appt scheduled at a different lens crafters on Saturday but they canceled I’m so glad I was able to get into this one, i made a same day appt and was treated like a queen! Thank you so much!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The female that fit my glasses was wonderful, however thats the only good service provided here. My glasses fit wonderful, which would be great, if they were the correct prescription and I could actually see out of them.

The actual Doctors are friendly and kind. The staff behind the counter is a nightmare, unprofessional, rude, arrogant. For overpriced contacts and glasses and no same day service. I been going there for 4 years I still havent learned. Well after this last experience with them I will NOT be returning.

Ive been buying my glasses here for years. Just recently started making my wife get her glasses here. Yes it does cost more than our local optometrist. However the glasses are of better quality and go longer without damage.I go every other year for new glasses. If your like me glasses are apart of your body. You can go without a smart phone you cant go without glasses if you need them. These glasses cost about that of a smart phone.Our last visit ran up to about $550, including the doctors visit and insurance for damages. Because my wife likes to leave her glasses lying around.They were very friendly as they always are. My wife decided after getting her glasses to get contacts. So happy the optometrist recommended them, because of my wifes habits. So the visit ended up taking longer than usual and even the optometrist came out to apologize that we had been there so long. Even though he didnt need to.Every time I go in I get the same great customer service Ive come to expect.
Went in today without an appointment. Was greeted immediately and received assistance from Jennifer. I explained what I was looking for in a pair of glasses and a price range I had to stay within. Jennifer found multiple attractive frames for me to choose from and spoke to the lab to help me get the best lenses that would also give me the most bang for my buck. The result : a beautiful pair of lightweight glasses, comfortable and clear vision. I received unsolicited compliments on my glasses from other clients while she assisted my husband by replacing the nosepads on his glasses that she noticed were in need of attention. His glasses were not purchased there and yet she repaired and fitted them for him at no charge. If I could give more than five stars, I would because it is definitely deserved. A++++++++++++++++ sincere service.Thank you Jennifer and LensCrafters team.

Today I had an appointment that I made online for 4:20PM. I specifically selected the option for new contact fitting. When I showed up I was asked if it was my first time wearing contacts. When I told them it was I was the employee at the desk informed me that it is too late in the day to do this. I told her I specifically used the online software and selected this type of examhowever was informed the software was flawed. I asked what time I needed to make my appointment for in the future and was told I need to call the day of to ask. I will never go back here
My experience at Lens Crafters was great. I went into the store to get a new pair of glasses. I looked around for a new pair picked them out and then they took measurements for my glasses. Asked questions about how i wanted my glasses done and of course how much that there gonna cost. Then they told me that they will be ready in 2 weeks. I like my new glasses that i bought from Lens Crafters. I will go back to them if i need to .
I was hesitant to go to a LensCrafters, but from the moment I arrived everyone was friendly. From the exam, to learning how to put contacts in, to helping me pick out glasses, each employee was patient and helpful. I will absolutely come back in the future.

Outstanding customer service.My glasses broke while visiting and I didnt have enough contacts to last the trip. I would have ordered more but they wouldnt get in before my trip was over.The manager called my home store and checked through their inventory. He not only got me some sample lenses but also got me some contact solution and a case for them. All of that for free.Thats truly an example of what customer service should look like. Thank you.

Picked 1 star because I have to. Currently sitting in the store writing this review because Ive been here for fifteen mins without so much as a hello or any acknowledgement for that matter. I came in here with the intentions of spending money but I rather not in a store that doesnt acknowledge guest. staff Spoke to the lady beside me but not me I guess they pick and choose who to service but no worries ill definitely be spending my money else where!
Payed extra for same day service but did not receive glasses same day. Also...watch your bill they will add $34.99 eyeware protection plan without asking. Happened twice to me. It takes an act of congress to have this charge removed if you dont catch it before paying.
I woke up on a Saturday with an irritated eye. I had a dental appointment to go to, so I kept it and went home and went to sleep figuring it would feel better with rest.I woke up about 4:30 and the pain and light sensitivity was far worse. I called around urgently trying to find someone to look at it on a Saturday so I didnt have to go to the ER or Urgent Care (and be told to just wait until Monday.)I finally reached this Lenscrafters. I was told the Optometrist leaves at 5 and if I could get there ASAP he could see me.I arrived right at 5pm and Dr. Mark M. took the time to see me. He did not rush through and showed genuine concern and care to get my eye examined and treated. As it turned out, I have a Corneal Ulcer and needed antibiotics. Dr. Mark called them in to my Pharmacy and got a follow up scheduled to see him on Monday.Even though I cannot speak to getting glasses/contacts with them, I am very appreciative that they took the time to see me and make sure I was taken care of before leaving for the day. Most places would just say sorry, gotta go.Thank you Lenscrafters!
If I can give this place ZERO stars I would!!!! I have been going to them with my kids for years....So it is a Saturday and your kid breaks his glasses and needs them to see a foot in front of him and has testing on Monday morning so I call his eye doctor and explain. The lady looks up my sons info says sorry you did not purchase the warranty, so I said ok well can you check and see if insurance can cover a new pair. Mind you I am in between pay checks couldnt have been worse timing. So then she says sorry but as of January this year we no longer take your insurance....what so I am pleading with her what am I suppose to do his glasses are broke he cant see and you dont take my insurance anymore and I have no money!!!!! Call your insurance company and see who take that insurance. We cant help you!!!! Are you F-ING kidding me. Its a Saturday afternoon insurance company is CLOSED! Never again! I called Americas best and not only did they fix lenscrafters glasses but they did it for free and with a smile!!!!!!!! GO TO AMERICAS BEST #1!
I broke my glasses and needed an exam and new glasses on a Saturday. Thw Walden sire git me right in and i had a new pair within a few hours for a decent price.
I have been to this specific LensCrafters for two eye exams, and glasses. The first visit was wonderful, from customer service to the eye exam itself. The second visit I was there eight minutes late and at first the receptionist was very rude and said I would have to reschedule. She further said they typically allow a ten minute late grace period. As I looked around and there was only two other customers there, I pushed at being seen because I was there within ten minutes of the appointment time. After a few minutes of her mumbling and not giving me a concrete reason she proceeded to enter my information to be seen. At that time she said I would have to have my eyes dialated, I said that wasnt going to work for me as I wasnt informed and was at the mall with just my three children. Finally when I was seen the Dr was wonderful, I believe his name was Mark. I inquired to him about my eyes being dialated and I did not have to have that done, he said not to listen to what they say instead speak to him about it. Both times my eye exams went well for someone who needs eye glasses, the Drs were terrific both times. The only negative thing I can say is that there front staff is not great, I have worked in customer service and their receptionists do not make a person feel welcomed and/or want to come in and shop from there store. They are the first people customers see upon entering and represent the store, they could use better interpersonal skills.
The lady there Linda is the worst person with customer service... she acted like everything I did was an inconvenience when its her job to help me fit a pair of glasses. If you hate people dont work retail.
