Our cabinet painter even took pictures because he said it was the best looking countertop he’d ever seen in his 10 years of doing cabinets. So professional. Every person we encountered from the owners to the installers worked hard to get us the kitchen we wanted. Great group of people! Would strongly recommend!!!

Highly Recommend!!I was shopping around locally for kitchen countertops and was not having any luck. I knew I was going for a specific look and it had to be perfect considering I was putting in a 10 foot island. Not only did Queen City Quartz & Granite have more options than most other companies, they werent pushy while I was there looking. He gave me all the pricing on each sample I pulled that same day. Not only did they work with me during a pandemic but they worked around my due date, as I was pregnant with my first child. Their team managed to squeeze me in the day before I was induced! Each employee I dealt with was very informative and polite, I cant thank them enough for everything they have done! I have highly recommended them to a few people now.

Highly recommend Queen City Quartz! We went to every granite and quartz business is WNY (and even drove to Rochester) and finally found our perfect fit here. We found just what we love, and the staff including Duane, Rob, and even the installers were awesome, professional, and most of all honest. I was happy to support a small business, and they definitely give you better service compared to the bigger companies. They met our deadline we had agreed upon, and we love how it turned out. If you need counters, this would be my recommendation for sure.

Very nice countertops. Quality of material is actually top tier and the countertops look beautiful installed.The installation took place on the day promised. Gary and Nick did the installation. They were very professional, fast and courteous.Rob and Duane helped facilitate all the measurements. After installing the base cabinets and countertop brackets, the measurements had changed a bit. Queen City Quartz and Granite did a great job. I walked in their door knowing absolutely nothing about countertops. They treated me with respect and gave me the information I needed to make the right decision for our space. They did exactly what they said they would do from design to installation and offered us a great service at a reasonable price. Duane and Rob from Queen City Quartz and Granite were phenomenal to work with! We heard about them through our private contractor and call them right away. Duane was very informative and educational to help me determine what I was looking for. He got me in touch with the right people to get the type of granite we were looking for and obtained it right away for us. Even with having to wait a longer period of time because of Covid restrictions They were patient with holding the granite until it could be fabricated. Once fabricated they came in and within a few hours had our brand new countertops in. The crew that delivered and installed were extremely professional. They took their time and did not rush the job. They were considerate of my house, children, new cupboards and floors. They educated me on how to maintain the new granite and what to expect. They also had the heartwarming idea of doing a time capsule behind one of the corner cabinets so there’s always going to be a little piece of us in this house even after we are gone. I will always highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the near future!! Thank you all!

From the removal of the old Formica countertops, to the installation of the wood to raise the new quartz countertops to meet the metal tile edge, to the installation of the beautiful new quartz and making that seam virtually disappear, everything was better than we ever expected. At every step Gary and Cory were the utmost professionals. They did an amazing job and were meticulous in every detail. You could see the pride they took in their work. The team at Queen City Quartz and Granite did an excellent job with my new quartz counter tops. They even accommodated in ripping my old countertops one day, coming back and re measuring once the new sink was in another day, and installing the new countertops another day. All within the same week. I would recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their countertops
