I was at T-Mobile in the McKinley Mall for about an hour and a half today. I had the iPhone 7 and just upgraded to the iPhone 12, and as a result was experiencing trouble switching phones. One of the customer service workers, Alex, was so helpful and kind. He made multiple calls to different stores and was extremely patient throughout the entire process, despite being told different things from different people. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and care in making sure I left the store satisfied.

Had a minor phone issue which was resolved. Also had several questions regarding account billing. Cody handled everything to my satisfaction

Can’t put on a screen protector without air bubbles for the life of them. Have people who are still being trained mess around with your stuff and they hardly know what there doing. Flat out horrible service only have one good worker and his name is Cody only guy who can manage to do a screen protector the actual right way. Need better workers who actually can do stuff right.

Tony did a great job of helping me out. He helped me switched from Verizon, and I saved a lot on my bill. Also, we changed our mind after purchasing two new phones, and he was so helpful with the exchange. I highly recommend this store.

They should have wiped down phones before and after handling them and giving back to me. Didnt really answer my question of how t-mobile network compares to sprint in WNY. Only knew it was good where the sales guy lives.

Switched from Verizon and the crew there at the store made me feel comfortable and confident in why I should choose them over their competitors. They never once degraded the competition they just showed me how they were better. Their customer service was bar none top of the line. Would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

The whole team was fantastic! We went into the store to look into changing over from a different service provider and we received excellent customer service! Ryan, Jordan, and Andrew were all incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. Great atmosphere and great service!!

Not going to watch you STEAL the store at 3860 McKinley parkway. T-Mobile is a dirt company shutting down a ten year dealer to steal his customers. Putting a boycott together 11/1/2020. Disguisting display of people who treat u good. I worked for rosina for ten years and even my ceo will dispute it disguistinf behavior.

I was in the store twice. 1st time to inquire about plans & phones. Jordan & Andy were very helpful & knowledgeable. Second time I was in to purchase, Andy took care of me & again readily available to answer my questions. I thought it was great dealing with this store.

Rushed me out when I just had to ask a few questions about my account, wanted to switch my daughter to her own plan. Terrible customer service. Took my business down the street to the 3860 McKinley pkwy t mobile.

Sent to collextions and 3 letters about a unpaid due bill. Never got reimbursed for coming over. Have to go back to other company. Call back to 1800 numver

Andrew is an absolute pro at what he does. His knowledge extends far past what the company teaches him. He is up to date with current deals, prices, and specs of not only tmobile but everything else around him. This led to a solution for my plan that was more than I had hoped for. While Andrew was taking care of me, he also handled customers on the phone as well as others walking in the door. Everyone of us felt welcomed and cared for. There wasnt a single question unanswered. Everyone was taken care of with a sense of compastion. My transaction took a considerable ammount of time but everyone else i watched communicate with Andrew left smiling with a solution to their problem. In all my years of having a wireless plan, coming from various carriers and dealing with more than my fair share of reps Andrew is by far the best. There isnt enough that can be said about his skill level in the wireless field.
