The customer service is great, very helpful. The value you get for the money is amazing. I love my Rose loupes. Ive had them for many years. I could not do my job as a hygienist without them.
Great dental loupes for hygienist at a reasonable price
I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Rose Micro Solutions for the past few years. As a general dentist, Ive been fit for loupes at least a few times before but not with the high degree of success as provided by RMS. I was so satisfied with the new loupes which included LED illumination that I ordered a second pair to ensure I wouldnt be without a set (in the event that a repair was needed).With time, there were a couple of minor repairs and adjustments required. Each time, Rose Micro Solutions was amazing with their service after the sale. They have been fantastic with honoring their warranty coverage even without being prompted. Furthermore, their repairs/adjustments have been completed in a timely and courteous manner. Optimal vision is paramount when providing high quality care. I bought the Rose loupelight when my (designs for vision light) died. I’m glad I tried this small company out. Price point was way better than the other major players so my expectations were low—however this was a very high quality light. Plus, the two batteries relieves my stress of having to recharge mid-day. Thanks!
Heads up. I have been a customer for over 10 years. These people are on the ball, sincere, helpful, accountable. All the things we strive to be for our patients. I own two sets, one for each office. Yes, physical things have problems but they always follow up with a solution. I guess thats why they put solutions in their name. For the price, the value is unmatched. I recommend them highly!
This is the very first negative review I have ever written about anything. The customer service Have experienced with this company has been nothing but horrible. I am a veterinarian that specializes in dentistry. I also have Designs for Vision and Surgitel brand loupes and have experienced excellent product support with both companies. I tried Rose Micro Solutions loupes on at a meeting in February and thought I would get some loupes with a little higher magnification. The first time they sent them there was not even a prescription ground into the lens and the focal depth in each eye was over an inch different. Then they re-made them and increased the price because the rep had mistakenly under quoted me for Oakley frames. Not my fault!! Then they came again, but this time without the near vision correction in the lens as originally ordered. They fit me now for magnified work, but the near vision would be helpful. The worst part of all is that they have not responded to multiple phone calls, e-mails and text messages in the last 4 months. I lecture to many veterinarians about dentistry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.Edit 12/10/20- after leaving my negative review and letting the company know about it, they called one time. I returned the call, left a message, but zero response. I recommend you do business with a decent company and not these guys. You get what you pay for.
I purchased ttl loupes with light at buffalo dental meeting 2019. My order took longer than expected, but they were well worth the wait. Customer service has been top notch! I came back today because for the last few days, my light has been shutting off and I think there was a sort in the cord. They replaced it no questions asked. Staff is always friendly. I love my loupes and thanks for taking great care of me!
Beware of the quality of their glasses. Both of mine broke and was not even offered anything but to buy a new set. Glasses have a clear flaw.
I love my loupes from Rose. The main reason is the customer service. I have used them for over 5 years. I needed new frames and based on my loupes they walked me through the best fit for me. I was nervous not being able to try them on first but have been completely satisfied with my purchase! Thank you so much Donna!

I have not even hit a year of having these loupes/light. Cord connnecting my light shorted out about 2 months ago. I was irritated as they did not even expedite shipping, but was happy a new cord was sent free of charge. Fast forward to last week....cord shorted out again. While trying to figure out a way to make it work, I notice a crack in my frames. Are you kidding? My husband calls Tuesday, as he has the same loupes. We are refused a refund, but assured arrival of replacement parts by Thursday. It is now Sunday, I have work tomorrow, and no working light. Do you guys realize this affects our job? We pay HUNDREDS of dollars for your products and you can’t even shell out a little extra for expedited shipping? Unbelievable.
Exactly what you expect for the price. Decent optics and magnification. The plastic frames are crap and mine broke while sitting inside the case. Going to order the titanium ones to see if they are any better. Overall good enough quality to make it through residency until I can decide which more expensive model to buy.
I have been a customer for many years and these folks have never let me down. Had some frames that kept giving me trouble, they sent me a different set to try. Fixed the problem and they stood behind their sale. Cord on the light began to be problematic. It was under warranty. They sent me an exchange and a return label to ship back the old light. I have purchased several different pairs of loops, laser loops and light for myself along with low power loops for my team and everyone has loved them. Plus all of this was for less than the cost of one pair of custom loops from one of the major name brand guys. These are not disposable loops, and I am rough on them. But, I can wear out a pair and replace them every two or three years at these prices and still come out way ahead.
I have had a pair of loupes with a light for several years. Ive only had 2 problems with them and both times the customer service has been outstanding. I didnt have to jump through hoops to prove when and where I bought them or even show a receipt. Having to ship them off for repairs is daunting since I cant work without them, but the turnaround has been about a week!!
I bought these in high power magnification to use for some endo procedures. They are not the most comfortable but work alright. I use them about 1x per week. After 2 years the safety glasses formed crystals on one of the edges hindering the vision. (They said alcohol products could do this but I have only used soap and water to clean.) I called about the warranty and its $35 to get a new pair of the basic safety glasses for them. Lifetime warranty only refers to magnification part if it fogs etc, not if dropped or caused by you. Batteries have a 1 year warranty and have worked fine. They discounted a few bucks when I asked but I wouldnt buy again with this customer service. The safety glasses are the basic kind you can buy for less than $10.
I purchased new loups from then during last CDA and never received my Item. I have contacted them many times but NO RESPONSE!
I have had my loupes from Rose Micro Solutions for the last 8 years and have used them and the light source every week since the purchase. 3 weeks ago, my loupes fell off the edge of the desk and shattered beyond repair. Donna asked me to send them back (she sent me a shipping label even!) for the tech team to take a look to see if they could repair it. They were beyond repair but Rose MS called me and offered to replace that pair with a new one for the price of the repair rather than full price for a new one....AMAZING!!!! This day and age, its hard to come by good customer service much less an excellent company with excellent products!!!! Thanks soo soo much!!!! Im sure I will love this pair like I did the last pair.

I am so very thankful to Kevin Muckle and Rose Micro solutions for my new Loupes. i found their booth at the ADA convention in New Orleans Oct/Nov 2013, and was completely excited that i had found the Loupes that i could wear and were in my price range!! i received them in approximately 3 weeks. i feel as though i am seeing things i havent been able to see before. Also, there is no going back once you have worn a head light.
If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. I have written 3 emails inquiring about the status of my order that was shipped out 4 days ago and have gotten no reply. There is also no tracking information and no way of finding information on the website. For a company that prides itself on customer service you need to raise the bar higher.
Bought this product st a beauty show, gave the my cc for initial payment and was assured I will be billed for the rest of the well i payments...I got the invoices but they kept debiting money as well. Called them n they appolegized assuring the will destroy the cc info....send the e check and non got chashed...I forgot about them and the crap product which broke after I dropped it on the floor. Until I see debits from them in my bank account . Yup they basically just went ahead and did 2 debits without my permission!!!! I mean of therr is something wrong with my account I think a member of their team should contact me and speak with me first instead of just debeting money from my account after telling me my cc info was destroyed!!!! How low...beware of this company as they are bunch of thiefs and liars !
Recently ordered and obtained loupes from Rose. They dont work properly, they dont want to stand behind and dont have a refund policy. Do not buy from this manufacturer unless you want to get ripped off. I was forced to buy from another manufacturer because these loupes performed so poorly. Better off going on Ebay and getting the same lousy product for under 50 dollars. Total fraud. UPDATE: Bradley Willis works for Rose. So ughh you can throw that review away. Still total fraud.
Loupes get condensation in them. Sent into be fixed all they did was remove lens caps used to ship and sent them back to me. They have been a waste of my money.
