Had the equipment I needed. They were very informative about the equipment I purchased, and took the time to show me how it worked. Very customer service oriented. Good people.

This place stocks everything for the HVAC business that the other places dont.

I sent a customer to pick up a piece of duct work . When he got there he had a few questions which seem to annoy the staff. At which point several staff members gave him an attitude along with several dirty looks not sure why they feel they are the best and have the right to act like a bunch of little b****** either way lots of people sell your product so thats where we will go forgot to add my customer owns several large businesses throughout the area you lost a good customer and Ill tell everybody what kind of jerks work there

Terrible customer service! I needed a part to repair my AC, So I called to find out if they had it. I read all of the numbers off of the part to the guy on the phone, he looked it up and said they had several in stock. So I drove all the way out there— 40 minutes round trip—- and they didn’t have it. There were 2 guys at the counter, and when I protested that I had specifically called, one of them shrugged and said, “well you didn’t talk to me.” Meanwhile the guy I DID talk to was sitting there sheepishly not saying anything. They were completely unapologetic. If you screw up, just say sorry. Bunch of jerks
