Not only did Emily and Holly get me into appropriately fitted and life changing bras but also taught me how to put on and care for undergarments so they last. They are a worthwhile investment that have helped me feel more confident and fit into my clothes properly. The expertise and care Emily and Holly provide every time Im in the store or call on the phone is top notch. Thank you both for always making me feel like a sister of yours who is supported in more ways than one! Jokes but truth too! You guys are the best.

Absolutely love this store and the girls here! When shopping for a present for a significant other they were very insightful and kind in their recommendations. Their product knowledge and customer care is how service should aim to be. Also found my new favorite brand of men’s underwear here that has changed my comfort level!!Was able to stop in to the brick and mortar location when I was in Buffalo this past week and it’s gorgeous! Being greeted immediately when I walked into the door and felt like there was someone available for assistance at all times and absolutely no being pushy! Seeing the relationships they have with their customers, the peaceful atmosphere, and great product collection they have. It’s evident they do everything to cater an experience and not just a run of the mill retail space.Have recommended, will continue to recommend, and extremely happy customer here!

After giving birth my body changed completely and I could not find any good fitting bras at the local department stores. I heard about this shop and thought what do I have to lose, I NEED help. They were awesome and helped me find the correct fit. Im definitely on the larger cup size which is extremely hard to find but they had a few options to try on and more I could order.A few years later, I had gained some more weight and I needed another fitting and once again they helped me find my correct size!Its such a huge confidence boost when youre wearing the correct bra band and cup size!

This is the place to go in Buffalo if you have breasts! I thought I knew how to size myself for a bra, but after losing 250 pounds and having multiples I have a lot of extra skin that was throwing me off target. I had a fantastic experience with a fitting here and left with the best bra Ive ever worn. Im serious, I can literally nap in this bra because its so comfortable and the girls dont go anywhere because its so perfectly supportive. Napping. In underwire. Its possible and these people can get it for you too.

The good quality bras and helpful, friendly staff made this an amazing experience. I will never buy bras anywhere else again. I used to have the worst back and chest pains but going here and getting properly fitted took all that pain away. So worth it!

Girl friend had a fantastic experience. She says they werent pushy, the sales woman was very helpful and helped her pick out a fantastic bra.Guys- lounge area is great, wifi is strong and if they are going to be a while there is. Bbq restaurant across the street with beer.

Amazing selection of bras and underwear that always fit perfectly, and fantastic level of service. I love that they save my favorite brands and sizes and that I can create a wish list for my husband to shop from. The only negative is that you’ll never be able to settle for anything less!

I had a wonderful experience at this store! The bra shopping experience was completely customized.I can’t shop at places like Victoria’s Secret because they don’t carry my size, and bra shopping is usually pretty stressful for me. At Lace and Day, they had a huge selection of sizes and styles and helped me find the perfect bra. The woman who helped me (who is one of the owners) didn’t pressure me into buying anything, and made the process stress-free. She started by asking me about/looking at my current bra, and then went and brought back bras in my size. It was all very discreet.There’s a seamstress on staff that could adjust bras. I also saw a sign in the dressing room that said they can convert any bra into a nursing bra, which is pretty amazing.Overall, it was a lovely experience and I intend to go back. The prices are a little higher, but that’s due to the quality of the bras.

Took my wife here for a fitting and treat her to whatever she wanted. Very nice shop and a knowledgeable staff. This is not the place to go if your budget is limited though. Im not complaining; the quality and service is comencerate with the cost.

I came here for the first time today and I will now be a customer for life! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner who explained the layout of the store and how they fit for bras. Angela is the associate who helped me and she even knew my size before I even went into the fitting room! She was friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not surprised, I was wearing the wrong size but Angela presented me with the best color and style options. I can’t say enough about the store and my experience. If you haven’t been here yet do yourself a favor and go!!! The only regret I have is not going there sooner!

Terrible experience lady brought me nothing I would wear ever! I explained to her what I like and showed her my current bra. She didn’t seem interested in what I liked but brought me bras an older woman would wear. She didn’t give me the choice and was pushing a bra on me that didn’t fit. I’m sure you had a bra that would fit and this store was highly recommended my friends! Listen to the customer not everyone likes the same thing. Girl was rude also was pregnant at the time I came in if this review helps.

I came here after finding the store on a Google search. Boy, did I stumble into a gem! Emily was kind and knowledgeable, and she gave me the best fitting Ive had in a very long time, maybe ever. I highly recommend it and will be back!!

Excellent service and attention. It is so worth taking the extra time to get it right since a bra is something that effects your comfort and look everyday. Only complaint was a bit of a high pressure sales feeling toward the end. Makes me hesitate a little to go back because was a little uncomfortable. But I will go back.
