This place never stays open until the hours it has listed and the employees are unfriendly and could care less about customer service.

For some reason they close at 8pm, we drove all the way to the mall just for this one store since the mall said it closed at 9pm. What is the point of having mall hours? We were denied at 8pm on the dot even though we knew exactly what we wanted to grab. Bad business, you should let people in at least 10 minutes past closing to be a good business like most do (especially when the mall hours say one hour later). My business is online now, but back when I had my last job, we were told to serve customers until AT LEAST 10 minutes after close and thats why our customers loved us, and thats how I would want my business run if it was a brick and mortar location. Employees are ridiculously lazy these days and make twice as much as I used to when I provided even better service, just a few years ago.Edit: YET AGAIN, 10/22/21, they closed at 6:45, their own website says 8pm for tonight and the mall closes at 9pm. My girlfriend was trying to return something before she goes back to India and they girl in front wasnt even friendly enough to do that. This place is a joke with customer service so keep that in mind if you ever need any type of customer service like returns, exchanges, etc, you will go through hell for it.

Always closed early. Rude employees. Owner only responds to the positive reviews, could care less about taking care of customers whove had bad experiences.

My favorite store ever! If they don’t have the size you are looking for in a product, they will order it for you. I absolutely love this store, and it will always be my first choice when it come to shopping for myself.

Unfortunately the place has nice clothes but terrible customer service, rude employees, and always closes earlier than the listed hours.

I ordered a dress for a prom party and I paid extra money for faster shipping said it was going to arrive the day of but it is located several states away and a new delivery date is being calculated my dress isn’t gonna get here on time and I’m very disappointed pay for regular shipping don’t waste your money

This place closed early again. Ive returned THREE times just to try to exchange a shirt which is the wrong size because they always close the changing rooms early! Ridiculous.

This store is amazing! So many stylish pieces to offer.They run great $7 sales on a clearance rack towards the back of the store.Everything seems about reasonably priced.These boots I bought yesterday were $45.The sales associate was very helpful and literally brought me at least 5 pairs of shoes while I was there.

Great place for special occasion dress for teens (homecoming). 6 pieces at a time in dressing room keeps the line moving for try ons! Customer service always great. Prices are reasonable.

This is always our first stop when looking for formal dance dresses. The prices are great and the staff is amazing. They never stop moving and are always friendly and eager to help and accommodate. With the number of young girls piled in that small place around homecoming, winter weekend, and prom; its amazing what a wonderful job they do at keeping things clean and organized - unlike some other stores in that mall (Buffalo Galleria) that cant even keep clothes off the floor on a regular shopping day. Keep up the good work Windsor!!

Trendy reasonably priced clothing

I couldn’t find a homecoming dress and the day was getting closer. I ordered on line and then realized it wouldn’t be here on time. I called their customer service number and they advised me that with It homecoming season they were extremely busy but would call their shipping department and see if they could change my shipping to overnight. Not only did they change my shipping but my order shipped out a couple hours later!! The customer service person told me it probably wouldn’t ship until the next day but she would see what she could do!! THANK YOU WINDSOR for getting my dress and shoes to me for my dance!!!

I went shopping here once for homecoming dresses and once for prom. Most of the dresses are pretty expensive but my friend did find a reasonable dress for homeconing. Not really my style but the the dresses are very high quality and i would go back in the future.

This is a great place to go for homecoming and prom dresses. Great styles and very reasonable prices. Very crowded at homecoming time and extremely long wait for the fitting room. The employees handled it very well.

Horrible horrible horrible service !!! these girls need to be trained in every aspect of customer service totally rude... the little rude girl in dressing room was the worst... i will be contacting corporate tomorrow I got all the names of each of them ... however the store had great clothes

Pretty dressy dresses for good prices. They mostly cater to trendy and sexy teens but if you look carefully there are a few items that will look good for the more sophisticated and adult look.

You couldnt find anybody to help you they had men in the ladys dressing room why women were changing I found a very uncomfortable and it should not be allowed

I am a frequent shopper in Windsor n the young lady Lilly was so sweet she helped me find a dress actually two for my birthday she was very patient w me as I am a picky person when dress shopping and I can def rate this store 10 stars bc of the wonderful experience while being in there and the customer service I received while shopping

My girlfriend loves this store lots of selection and when sales arise the store is full and you have to wait to get in the dressing rooms

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! All the clothes and dresses are stunningly beautiful and reasonabley priced. I worked with Nisanna Brown and she couldnt have been any more helpful and accommodating. During the busy Homecoming season, they take precautions to make sure everyone is helped and happy. I see many negative reviews mostly from people who dont understand how retail works with only 1 person allowed in a fitting room at a time with a limited amount of merchandise to minimize theft. They keep that store running at a fast paced, fun environment and all those girls were super busy and never slowed down. Hands down, best experience.

The service was bad as another reviewer said. None of the sales women greeted us when we walked in and they did not offer to help us find anything. When I made my choices and proceeded to the register the women who cashed me out was unfriendly,Everyone there seemed miserable.I gave it three stars because I found two dresses that I am excited about, And the prices were reasonable. If I had to rate it solely on service I would of given half a star.

Your employees are awful. Shopped at your store for the first time last week, no greeting no offer for any help. Looked at some of your dresses amd sae sweat stains, deodorant stains, but figured whatever can be washed, bought a $38 dress, notice stitching was coming out but nevermind it since im just going to where it to a wedding next week. I kept it in a bag for 5 days and went to return it today because i found a dress i liked better from another store, the manager inspected it, told me she cannot except it, that the tag looks tampered with? The stitching is coming out, which i replied that i bought it like that and that it looks worn, i told her i bought it as she sees it now and she said oh well we would have steamed it, okay well i was never offered that at check out, i was told i can return with tag attached and receipt, she was snotty with me and i am just shocked with how i was treated. I will never go back to your nasty store again. I will call corporate tomorrow, and ill be getting mu money back or else i will be letting everyone that i know who likes your store what happened and youll lose more customers.

The employees were very rude and didnt even offer help, asked an one of the ladies a question and she had a snarky remark and they do not cater to plus sized women.

I only chose one star because you had to in order to leave a review. Every time I go into this store the people working there are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I even called the district manager to complain and never got a call back! I will never shop there again!
