Love these guys. Took a jet ski in there I was having some problems starting, expected to see a big bill. They told me there was nothing really wrong with it and showed me a couple tricks and got me out of the door without selling me something I didnt need. They could have told me I needed a new Johnson rod, and I would have bought it. I will be back.

Frank is such a sweet guy! Ive been doing business with Frank and his staff, mostly Jordan. They are professional and courteous, genuinely good business people. I always feel like they are being honest and treat people right and never try to take advantage of people. For instance, I stopped in this past weekend on a busy Sat to ask a question. Frank and Jordan stopped what they were doing and immediately tried to help me. Jordan found the issue at the last minute as my boat was being picked up by the forklift. Frank said we found it, go have fun today, no charge. That was so sweet of him, just for doing the right thing. I was so grateful and appreciative. My family and friends have done business with him for years and never had an issue.

Absolutely incredible sales and service experience. I can not recommend more highly than to say that Frank and his team have struck the perfect balance in the customer experience. The showroom is bright and clean with all available stock displayed beautifully and well maintained, and the service center was uncluttered and professionally laid out. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, answered all questions patiently and with high detail and the transaction phase was quickly executed without any fuss. Great service. I have an older jet-ski and it was hard to find someone to work on it. They took it in, kept me informed, and had it fixed quickly for less than I was expecting to pay!!

Frank, the owner knows the business top to bottom, his mechanics fast pace professional, highly skilled, I took my sea doo to another shop they charged thousands had it for months but never fixed the problem. Offshore power sports fixed it in two days, the mechanics mike and Jordan were excellent.

I bought a USED Yamaha FX Waverunner from Frank (Owner) two years ago. Offshore Powersports Does Not sell used jet skis ...they sell and service FAMILY FUN and MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT ON THE WATER … with Recreational Powered Watersports !!!Im a retired teacher and always try to enjoy the Champagne lifestyle on a Beer budget. I always buy used and try to buy the factory service manual and learn to service it myself. This was my third jet ski (others were used Craigslist Junkers with major problems) and Frank sent me finally ... FINALLY to a service place on MY side of town -- who could diagnose and get my previous Junkers running. He also changed my whole paradigm of thinking about self-learned-fixer-uppers on the water costing more in frustration (and money) than fun with family on the water.Since I bought my USED Yamaha FX from Offshore Powersports Ive enjoyed two full summers on Lake Lanier with no ...No ... NO mechanical troubles or expense at all. I follow his advice to self service in the fall. AND I stop by in the spring to get advice on waking her up. He always offers to come do it for me if I have trouble (for VERY Minimal Cost too) ... but Ive never needed that.His service department is fantastically professional and knowledgeable and totally focused on getting you back on the water with minimal cost and frustration. THAT is a TREASURE worth FINDING when most NEW Jet Ski dealers -- only think maximum profit$ from your minor fru$tration$ and selling you a new one when the warranty is done and you have the first … gotcha ! Jordan was the first person I spoke with and he was very informative, polite and helpful.I originally took my ski in to have an oil change. I was in the process of getting ready to take my ski on a 600 mile trip.I received my oil change and was also told about other maintenance that I needed for my ski so it could make the trip successfully. Frank took excellent care of me by making sure that my ski was ready for the trip. He was so helpful and informative and went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend Frank and his services. Jordan was a big help. With this being a smaller shop and the guys wearing many hats, he helped a ton. I went into the shop to look at a waverunner, Jordan and I talked about it, and he even called Yamaha to verify that there is still a manufacture warranty on it. He even went out of his way to point out that the ski has a small chip in the front and he would have his guy fix the chip. During the process he was upfront and honest about the entire machine, including how to go about registering it for Yamaha warranty. Jordan also helped out with dealing with the bank and all their documentation needs and hoops to jump through. The bank had finally overnight a check and Jordan had mentioned he will hold the ski for me for 24 hours with no deposit needed. From what I can see he is honest, to the point and easy to do business with. Hope to pick the ski up this Friday and hope to do business again with them.

After waiting a full season before posting this review, it is safe to say this place is a complete scam.Brought my pwc in for the full service. This included an oil change and once over on the entire machine.Once I dropped it off, I received a call a few hours later from the owner. He said my pwc had an engine issue and that he could not complete the oil change until he looked into my engine. They knew it had an engine issue because of the way it sounded. He said No way this machine runs. He said the problem could range anywhere from a $200 fix to needing a new engine. Being a bit weary, since the pwc had been running great before bringing it in, I authorized them to look into the issue (almost $200 for them to diagnose).A couple more hours go by, and I get another call. They could not figure out what the issue was, and would look into it after the weekend passed.I told them I would call them after the weekend.Instead, I headed over to their shop after work. I wanted to hear the engine noise myself, and make a decision on whether or not to leave it over the weekend.Once arriving, I noticed the ski was in the exact same place I left it. Looked like no one had touched it. I then asked the owner to show me the sound he heard. We went over to start it up, and the pwc sounded great and started right up. The owner said they had changed the spark plugs and thats why it sounded good. He pointed out a rattle sound coming from the jet ski. EVERY jet ski Ive owned has a rattle while running on the trailer. This sound was no different. I took the ski in to another shop to listen to the engine, just to double check, and they said it sounded completely normal.I ended up taking the jet ski with me and changing the oil myself. You can get a complete oil change kit including wear ring and spark plugs for about $50 on Amazon. Changing the oil was quick and easy. I recommend Youtubing a guide video - you will see its pretty easy. While changing out the spark plugs, I noticed the plugs looked old, telling me the store had not changed the plugs like they stated. I cannot be 100% certain of this, as we did start the ski up.After a full season on the water and no engine issues, it is safe to say the store made up the repair to scam a quick buck. BE CAREFUL taking your ski in after the off season. All employees are on the same script regarding winterization. Dont get scammed. Go somewhere else!!To recap, I brought my PWC in for a $200+ full service including oil change. I left paying $200+ for absolutely nothing in return. No oil change and no service done.Go anywhere else!

I took my jet ski in to get the engine diagnosed and Jordan called me back and said it was not worth fixing. Frank made an offer to buy it for a parts boat. When I drove up to put the deal together he backed out of the deal and made numerous excuses why he wasn’t doing what he originally agreed to do. Frank is “Very unprofessional” and rude. I wouldn’t trust him to ever touch anything I owned. Beware!!

If you want your work done right the first time then go here. Very experienced with years of service records. One of Seadoos favorite. Great guy.

Brought my JetSki in it ran just fine, I brought it in the Powersports to upgrade and they ended up breaking a piece charging me for welding and I spent $1000 for it to come back to me no different than from what I started other than losing $1,000. Scammers!

Took my 2016 Yamaha VXR to Frank and Jordan for its first full service. They went over everything they would be doing to my jetski for the service, all the way down to every little detail. The price was the best around, I shopped jet thrust and gainesville yamaha marine center and a few other service places, but no one could beat Franks price. We had previously taken our skis to an unscrupulous business owner up in Gainesville where they charged us over a thousand dollars to do maintenance which we found out later was never performed. Thankfully a friend told us about Offshore. Its wonderful to know that there are actually business owners out there that really care and will do the right thing. Had my ski in for service. Immediately had a problem the second it was put in water. A problem that did not exist before They charged me to fix it. Told me sometimes u can being a car in for service and get a flat tire on the way home.

I am a first time PWC owner and purchased a used Seadoo GTI from Offshore Powersports. We worked with Jordan and he was great both before and after the sale. We had a couple of minor issues on our first outing on the lake and the guys at Offshore Powersports fixed the issues no question asked the same day we brought the ski into the service center. They are a quality company and I highly recommend them.

Jordan and Frank are incredibly rude and incompetent. What could have been a simple fix ended up being the end of my runabout. Stay away from this shop

My name is Rick I am here to correct the record on the below jet ski debauckle. This Mr. Elliott contacted me through my listing on Craigs list. As one of a dozen interested parties I suggested we all meet Wednesday at 3pm. However, around 11 that day an individual called and offered to purchase them sight unseen, He came to my business between 12-1 and concluded the transaction, I immediately started contacting all other parties to make them aware that the skis had been sold. To imply that any contract verbal or otherwise were extended or agreed to is unfounded.The owners of Offshore PowerSports were unaware that I was even selling my skis, and there was no for sale signage on site.To attach this business is exactly the reason I dont put any stock into isolated negative reviews. Anyone who has employed Frank(the owner) over the years knows that he always goes beyond the call to service his customers.Finally, Mr. Elliott, if missing out on a good deal twist you so much you know how to reach me. Meanwhile-Man up, do the right thing and remove your underhanded remarks against this uninvolved business and honest businessman!

Frank at Offshore has taken care of my machines for years; boat, 2 Sea Doos and a Rhino. Offshore is very responsive and does great work. Personally, they have helped me immensely with 2 warranty issues I have had with a PWC manufacturer. They really went to bat for me so I had nothing to worry about. Offshore handled everything and got the results I needed. They are much more concerned with customer satisfaction than other dealers/shops I have dealt with in the Gainesville area before Offshore opened. I have referred several friends to Frank who have bought PWCs and have been very happy as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for new/used boats/PWCs or service.

Took my 95 Speedster in for a carb re-build. Offshore called me a couple days later and said they got the needle unstuck, and no need for a rebuild at this time. Had my jet boat back ahead of planned schedule, and they only charged me for an hour and a half of labor. Theyve won over a new customer.

Frank was extremely rude to me, even threatening to sue me! I would not advise anyone to do business with this company
