I have had a terrible experience with 21st century distributing. It started off with an honest mistake where they shipped to the wrong address, which happens. Eight days later, they were still trying to work through UPS to get me the shipment they told me would be there in a day. The obvious solution to me would be for them to send me another and they could wait on UPS to send it back. Instead, they decided I should purchase another from them, and they would reimburse me when they received the package from UPS, which they had talked to and have confirmed is being returned to them. So they will have tied up my money on products I haven’t received for two weeks. Their incompetence is why I stopped doing business with them in the past, and it was obviously my mistake for giving them another chance.
