I stopped in the Buford Target today. Everything on my list was in stock. Yay!!! Means I had a cart full of items. Once I made it to the registers, Jackson asked if he could check me out at the kiosk off to the side of the registers. I asked if he was sure because I had quite a few items. Jackson said it was no problem. He was kind and made my transaction smooth. Thanks Jackson!

Target is a store that at least tries to accommodate customers and I feel Target has done the absolute best with being able to make purchases and still stay safe with their drive up program.

Disappointed in Joshua and the company policy of not selling a display item that is currently out of stock. Great opportunity to provide a customer service and sell a product only to met with “no I can’t do that.” I understand Target is a giant and one customer not buying one product means literally nothing but it’s still disappointing.

Great store to shop at. All Targets are fun but this one is the best in my opinion! Esence the cashier was really good.

It was a great shopping experience overall. A young man (extremely cute and cuddly) named Chris with caramel brown skin helped us and he was unbelievably helpful. He not only pushed our cart but checked us out and even helped load up the car. He was so kind and gentle with my bag ;). Overall 10/10 and I wish I could find a girl that was exactly like chris, and I mean exactly like him... in every way.

Creepy, this is not about the service but the actual security at the store or lack there of. I went to Target last night 5/18/2021 and was there about 40 minutes. I was in the isle with another woman and this young guy with no cart talking on his phone very loudly stopped and walked towards us. Hes not looking at any items he just walked past and asked how are you doing to both of us and was basically speed walking. I seen him several more times just walking and talking very loudly on his phone. He was saying very weird phrases and that jogged my memory. About two months ago I was there and the same guy was there saying the same exact weird phrases very loudly that I heard on 5/18/2021. I thought it was so strange and creepy that I was trying to hurry up and leave the store. When I seen him two months ago it was the same thing no cart and just walking and talking loudly. I wonder why the store lets him do this, he is obviously not shopping. On another note at this Target and the one in Lawrenceville I was approached several times by people swarming the store asking what my relationship is with God and do I need help getting closer to God. I told my daughters be careful when shopping at Target if they get approached because you never know peoples intentions, they had to know soliciting people while they are shopping is rude and it was 7 of them stopping customers they start off by complimenting you. There was a young girl approached in my home town in Down Town Chicago by so called church members and it ended up being a sex trafficking ring that she reported to the police. So people be careful out here.

We had a really good shopping experience today at Target. sound of waters unique items that we arent able to find it places like Walmart or Kmart. The store was clean, the checkout lines were fast, and the staff was courteous with any questions that we had. We found everything that we needed and then some. Heck, even the bathrooms are pretty clean this time. We usually go to this target when we were in the area and its gotten better over time.

Horrible customer service if you order an item online be advised when u want to pick up your item you will be made to wait while they deal with everyone who came in after you if they are there for a return or exchange. Do yourself a favor shop Amazon instead!

I had such an amazing experience at Target on Saturday afternoon. I was looking for some new skincare products but I had no idea where to start. While I was looking, so obviously confused, the nicest worker and skincare expert, Hailey, came up to me and gave me some amazing recommendations. She even helped me formulate an eight-step skincare routine! I started said routine last night and Im already seeing amazing results. Thank you Hailey and thank you Target!

Picked up a new tv here over the weekend and they were very helpful with the exchange. Probably a good idea to measure where it is gonna go next time

ANNA at the cash register was amazing today. My 7 year old daughter was trying to pay for her LOL dolls with her birthday money. She was patient when she counted the money. She took time to show me how to use the app to save. It was nice to have a friendly staff person provide excellent customer service

Great customer service. Line was long when I got there for returns but the wait went by fast. Lyndsey was very quick and efficient with returns even when the difficult people ahead of me she seemed to understand the policies and was able to help in a professional way. Target always makes returns so easy!

Easy to use drive-up/pickup ordering, but still had to go inside store to pickup items vs them being at the parking pickup spot, this defeated the purpose for me as I could have gone in and grabbed what I needed in the same amount of time. Target did have the best price for what I was looking for, and I do enjoy their quality of customer service and store.

Was followed by a man all throughout the women’s section until he noticed I wasn’t alone in the store. Very creepy.

Not a normal reviewer but I felt like my experience should be known to this location. I went to Buford target yesterday about 5 o’clock to go look at some work clothes, I found a few items that I liked and they were all on the clearance rack. I work in retail so I know what to look for and to make sure that everything was on that specific clearance rack and there were many sizes of all the same dresses so they weren’t just discarded there by a customer. I took my items up to the cashier to check out to find that more than half the items were not on clearance. The cashier even went over and saw that there were multiple sizes of the same item on the clearance rack. She then confirmed it with two other cashiers but would still not give me a discount. They then proceeded to insinuate that I had move the dressers over there to get the discount. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with one of the cashiers that I dealt with last night. My husband is the assistant store manager for a different store so I know how guests are supposed to be treated. Never mind getting the items for 30% off, just the whole experience and being accused of by three different employees was enough. As none of them weren’t wearing their name tags, they did not give me their names either.

I absolutely love Target! The selection of merchandise at Target is very good quality. I shop the Home Goods more than any other department and I am always very satisfied with my purchase. I recently purchased some women’s clothing and I must say the quality is great! Fashion trendy pieces. Target does not disappoint.

The cashier was very helpful and did not rush me through. I had an issue with a discount on my phone. In a round about way she made it work. She said to add the Target app and it would be easier to get and use points.

I had help from the employee Kaila. She went above and beyond to help me find a size in a rone I have been wanting. (Boyfiend grabbed the wrong size). There were non on the floor so she checked the back and they had some. I greatly appreciate her service. She also spoke very politely and did not make me feel like I was inconvenience her.

Came here on Tuesday with one of my special needs clients and she wanted to look at makeup. She got Sebastian’s attention and he went above and beyond for her. He made her feel so great and she would not stop talking about it. Sebastian is an exceptional employee, and I’m eternally grateful for that interaction.

Easy to find what I need

Customer support was unprofessional and seemed to hate doing what theyre doing. Unknowledgeable on square trade warranty processes, and Targets own return policy. Luckily I was able to be helped by the manager (Joshua), who also seemed to hate his job. I would drive the extra distance to visit a Target other than the Buford store! Side note: If you purchased a warranty through Square trade for one of targets items, it is Targets responsibility to return the item in full (and reimburse your old warranty) if the return is within 90 days of the original purchase date. Hopefully this is helpful to someone!

We just left this store and the Manager Joshua treated me and my husband and like we was a criminal. He called security on us and didn’t allow Evans to assist us. I am reported this as high as I can go . We brought our daughter a hoverboard January 2020 and it stop working . He lied and stated we needed a box to return the item and he doesn’t have to do anything and we are doing the most.

Web site and sign on door says masks required. My daughter and I noticed several employees wearing their masks below their nose or pulling their mask down to talk on their phone. Target, please EDUCATE your employees the proper way to wear a mask to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Jamal. I was helped with where to find a particular item. It wasnt on the shelves and he looked it up and found it. I know some people would say he did his job but good! I experience a ton of times when people dont do their job. He cares. Promote him.

Lindsey in customer service is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She makes her own return policies. If Target hires a few more people like her then they need to shut down the business.

Levi is amazing!!! Needed help finding gifts for my 1 yr old nephew. There was an item on the floor was damaged and he went back and found a new one not on the floor. He also assisted with finding other items we needed. Levi provided customer service that you dont find often. Such a positive and helpful young man. Target is lucky to have him on their team!

Target is a amazing place to go to. Target is there when you need it the most. Target is the best place to by stuff. If you need stuff target is there to back you up. Who ever says bad things about target are just jealous. The food is very scrumptious btw.

Dropped off my prescription..... Picked up a few pieces for the kiddos, LOVE Cat and Jack. Ended up in electronics. I needed some connections for my Yukon compatible with my iPhone. Didn’t think I was this old because I had NO clue what did what. LEVI is very knowledgeable of his inventory and accommodated me with a smile! Awesome customer service young man!

Great store but worst electronic section of any department store I have been to. The employees working back there find every reason/excuse to not help you. You pretty much have to track down a manager to ring them up and instruct them to help.

Target is all well stocked with products for every room in your house and with everything from household supplies to your wardrobe right down to your shoes. The prices are good and there are ways to get even more for your money, like cartwheel for instance. It is clean, well organized, and most of them even have a Starbucks. How awesome is that?

Be warned: they are no longer enforcing masks. I passed several people without masks (near employees who never said a word).

Easy purchase and pickup

Returned a broken item. money was given back. Did not have a replacement in stock at that store. Their computer system advised in stock at other locations. Item was placed on hold even, via store to store contact. Item not there upon arrival. That store checked multiple other stores advising they did have it, and they didnt again. Sons Christmas ruined and doesnt believe in santa any more! Thanks Target!!

Products are great. Service was horrible. We had trouble at self check out and the worker there gave us attitude..update: 8.7.2019 ..went up from 1 star to 3.. I order many products from target app. Almost every product i buy and pick up in store has been in the worst condition. I bought a stroller not too long ago.. Box looked like it was dragged behind a truck. Went to the back and they had one in perfect condition. today i picked up some devices, the box they came in again were shoddy..their service at least improved...

Wonderful Target experience! The selection was great and the prices of women and baby clothes were reasonable due to their end of summer sale. The cashier (an Indian woman whose name I cant remember) was friendly in helping me learn to use the Cartwheel app for the first time. Will absolutely return in the future!

The game that I had bought the disc wasnt in the place holder and the guy I had was not professional he was just off in his own world

Theres not one negative thing to say about Target. The prices are great, the store is always clean, the staff is always friendly you can go wrong with the clearance section. And if you havent cartwheeled you dont know what youre missing.

We LOVED our experience. Best regristry store we’ve been to so far. We just wanted to get in and out easily without much hassle and it was convenient and easy for us to do.

Found what I needed, just wish they carried more natural products and labeled it better to find them. Also cashier was really nice while offering me the card account but was extremely rude at the end I had to finish bagging my items and she didnt look or say anything to me.

I have never been, nor ever will be a Wal-Mart fan, so Target is my favorite of all the big box stores. Their prices are always fair - if not the lowest you can find for the quality of merchandise youll find here. Ive shopped at this location for several years and have never had an issue. The staff has always been courteous and helpful and the store is always in tidy, working order.

Cash registers 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 closed. Only 2 return counters opened. Tried to exchange air mattress, the guy never returned with item. Seriously, thought they would have a “better buying experience” for their beloved customers.

Hey, its a Target. This ones typical - nothing out of the ordinary, laid out like most other Targets, etc. Thats not a bad thing, I love me some Target.The only drawback isnt really Targets fault, but its just hard to get to this location on the weekends. The mall traffic on Buford Drive is so bad that if you live near 985, and you dont need to go anywhere else nearby, you should probably just go up to Flowery Branch instead. This goes double for November and December, when the Christmas shoppers make it even worse.

Lots of great options for whatever it is that you are looking for. The store itself is nice and clean. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Its a good target. Not particularly big but it has all you need. Well organized and staffed.

I found great deals there for my family, from my husband, to my teenage son, to my adolescent daughter.

Lots of things to browse through. The aisles are a bit tight especially in high traffic areas like the makeup section. The cashier we had was super fun and easy to get along with.

First of all I am not one to rate or complain. I usually do self check out for this main reason. RUDE cashiers!! Tonight I decided to go with a cashier and when I was checking out with my mother we noticed that the stickers in the back were a different price then what it was ringing up. We proceeded to let the cashier know and right away she answers with an attitude which set off my mood with her afterwards. And I am not one to say much but I did see the prices. So we told her and she said that they werent going to change it because it had a coupon and they werent going to lower it. Now mind I was asking her to lower it just because I wanted her to but because thats what the sticker said. We let that go. Then i I had a price match on a make up brush I was also purchasing. She then made a big deal about it she called someone over and that other person told her to do it besucase it was the same product. So then she said I price that wasnt it so I told her notIts this price. What really bothered me was that she was rude and said well can I see as if I was lying. The whole point of this rate and comment is that this cashier was extremely rude. I have never encountered someone like this. If you are unhappy with your job please dont be rude I understand its late at night and youre probably tired but there are ways to deal with people.

Availability of items

Annoying that someone bought a gift and had it shipped to my store, but apparently I only had 2-3 days to pick it up. That wasnt something I knew, so I showed up on the fourth day and it was put back on the floor. I had to go find it & purchase it, which meant spending twice the amount of time in line. :/However, staff were friendly and helpful (as long as they didnt have to move from their stations). Place was clean.

Nice Target store. Kinda smallish but it was clean and has a grocery department. Not too difficult to find as well.

5 Stars JUST for NOT being walmart.
