Extremely slow service. I placed order quickly as I was in a rush. I stopped her to get lunch for the day. I pulled up the window. No one was ahead of me, 5 visible employees, and yet in still I waited 12 minutes for a turkey sandwich . I was told that I was rude for leaving the speaker box early, even though I was speaking into the box and they acted as if they could not hear me. Not how I wanted to start my day. However the young lady a different lady did tell me to have a nice day as she handed me my food. Sandwich was made beautifully

Would a give five but I cant. I got great food and good service. I had issues 😕 staring at the people on the food service line who didnt have their face mask were on correctly. There are customers entering the restaurant without masks as well as leaving. Plus I was not given napkins. The bagelrito was decent, I find that is too thick to bite into, plus super hot when you get it.

This is the worst place. The bagels were completely burnt, and they were packaged as they pleased without asking for consent. I will never visit here again.

We went there 1st time and i have ordered veg avocado for togo and they made wrong stuff and we told them and they argue for long time. Customer service is really horrible and after that they did change but still they gave us wrong flavor bagel and we realized after we reached home.Will never go to this place very rude staff no zero management.

Very disappointed.Visited in Saturday around noon. The selection of bagels was very small.They did not have iced tea on counter where you could serve yourself. All other beverages were there but not tea. When ordering we asked if they had tea. We were told they could get it behind the counter. We also were told we could get free refills. All other beverages come with free refills.When we got the tea it didnt taste very good. We drank it anyway. Then be we asked for a refill and were told that Einstein bagels did not give free refills on tea.We were originally told they did. Weve been to other Einstein bagels in the area and the tea was good and out on the counter with the other berages.Employee were rude in denying us refill. After he refused our refill request he just turned around and walked off.Dont plan on visiting here again. There are many other restaurants to choose from.

Our favorite bagel place! As a native from Florida, Ive enjoyed Einstein from childhood and am glad to have one near by! Wish there was a location in Gainesville area! Appreciate that this location features a drive through! Wednesdays are $6 dozen/days!Nice coffee station now featuring even ice coffee option at the coffee bar!

I went through the drive through and ordered the pizza bagel and there was hair in my food I took it back and the lady was saying she didn’t see the hair and was very rude and aggressive about the hair I had in my food. I will be reporting this to your corporate office and showing the local health department the pictures of the hair in my food.

I have been coming here FOR YEARS with the SAME ORDER FOR 2 doz bagels. For the first time ever was told “you have to call ahead for that”. When I questioned the rationale employee got extremely defensive. Finally got the one Dz (she wouldn’t let meSelect my “13th” for the dozen purchased) and when I asked for the 3rd time “are the sliced” she was so put out and angry that if we hadn’t have already paid we would have just walked out. The customer service levels continue to slide here.

I ordered a dozen of bagle but they put only 10 bagels in the box.They cheated and no one apologized for that, even store manager either.

As much as I love the honey almond spread I cannot give this store 5 stars. It was a cold but beautiful sunny day today so I wanted to enjoy a delicious sandwich with my almond spread that I specifically asked for, but to my despair it was not applied... then to pair it off I was given the nastiest coffee the pot has ever brewed. I was so disappointed. I felt rushed while placing my order which explains the absent honey almond spread on my sandwich. If you’re not happy, please find another job.

Love the Spinach Bagel and of course have to have my Machiatto. Hubby tried the breakfast bagel and it was so filling but we couldnt stop eating it. It was delightful.

We get Einstein bagels almost every Sunday and we decided to try the one in Buford because it’s closer to our house well that was a mistake. My husband and I are extremely laid back and don’t take things too personal but this was just a terrible experience. It is Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 8:52 in the morning. We walked in and nobody said a word to us and when they did it was a young woman running the cash register and she seemed as if we were bothering her and she rolled her eyes a couple times while listening to us and was just extremely rude. The clueless manager just allowed her to be unprofessional and rude to two customers.We will never go back to that bagel shop again.Customer service is important and we know that there can be busy times however that does not negate customer service practices. They should take time to retrain some staff. If I could have given zero stars I would have done it because of this experience.

If I could give a no star I would I ordered over $40.00 worth of food and 3 of the orders was pizza bagels that was completely burnt and not chewable also ordered 2 sweet teas that tasted like water and Food coloring. Call them about my complaint and they stated they couldn’t do nothing about my situation other than drive way back too then and return my old stuff after I told them I had to send someone else there because I couldn’t leave work definitely my last time eating or ordering from there

I asked for a coffee cooler with 2 shots of espresso like I’ve been getting for the past couple weeks (like normal). She handed me a hot coffee and I said I asked for a cooler with 2 shots. They told me they don’t do that because it already has coffee in it. Is it that hard to just make 2 shots and put it on top. So I get my cooler after waiting a while, come out and I drive to work and it doesn’t have any espresso in it. Y’all ain’t getting my money any more STARBUCKS ALL THE WAY.

Im an Einstein bagel lover. I love their fresh bagels but I simply rave about the Caribou drip coffee. I dont know if all locations are as fantastic as this one, but Im not reviewing other locations. This one is a great stop and Ive always had friendly faces. Even at 5:30 in the morning.

I had never been to an Einstein Bagels before but the staff here made me never want to come back. I ordered the hummus and veggie bagel without cream cheese (Im vegan which will be a relevant detail later) and a strawberry lemonade. They charged me for the strawberry lemonade even though they were actually out of it so I had to get something else. And they made the bagel with cream cheese although I had asked for it without. My mom brought it back to the counter and asked them to remake it. They started to scrape the cream cheese off. She said Shes vegan; please remake it. It took them around ten minutes to remake my bagel. All of the staff seemed to have the attitude that they didnt want to be there. They were not friendly and did not seem eager to make their mistakes right.The facilities were filthy, the bathroom was not clean, coffee was spilled all over the counter and no one came to wipe it up, and it looked like they had not swept, mopped or vacuumed for ages. Although I enjoyed the food once they got my order right, I was rather disappointed with my overall experience here.

My daughter and I waited for some time for one salmon and lox bagels. Over 30 minutes wait.. bagel was good just took a bit too long. Not our regular location for dining either.

My wife and I go here almost every Sunday, we love the bagels and the selection is always good. However, lately we have noticed the staff is less than friendly and looks even less professional. We went this morning and dont think we will be back for awhile. The store was filthy, floors covered with small trash and food, no one cleaning tables, and only one trash can not over flowing. We also watched a gentleman that works there for a minute as he looked very shabby. Shirt was stained, he looked very unhygienic and was sweating through his shirt. He reached under his shirt and scratched himself then proceeded to work the counter without washing his hands. We saw him move eggs around and then count some product in the cooler, all without gloves. Not a good look. Now Im a bigger guy and understand sweating when working but looking greasy and unkempt doesnt have to be an option. Unless some changes happen my family and I wont be eating here anymore.

I work here the food is really good. You get what you order fast sometimes before you even paid for it. However on weekends it gets very busy and the lines can almost go out the door. During the week I recommend this place on a heartbeat but during the weekend I would honestly go elsewhere.

AWFUL experience. Have had to wait in the drive thru line almost half and hour and still haven’t made it to the window to pay. I tried to call and order ahead but got an irritated worker who said it would be best to come in. Yet I’m still sitting in this line. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait A LONG time here. The customer service is poor at best and the wait is severely frustrating. Do not come here if you ever have somewhere to be!!!Update: ordered at 10:15 and JUST NOW getting my food... AT 10:50! I wouldnt recommend going here if you dont have a back up plan. The buford drive location is rarely open for the hours they have posted. I have driven up to see them closed at 3pm, and most of the time they are closed by 4:20pm when I can get here after work. I love the food, but if they cant commit to the hours they have posted they need to change them. It is purely bad business to not be open when you say youre openEdited to add: they have now changed their hours to close at 3 and seem to stick to this pretty well so no more issues with closing early!

I have visited this location 9 times since moving to Buford. My fiance and I normally will get a 6 Cheese Bagel...7 of those 9 times this location was out. Once I went inside and they were out, 3 people in line left because of it. Can someone PLEASE explain the concept of Supply & Demand to the managers and owner.

I was in town for a week long business meeting and stopped in early lunch time to grab a bagel dog. I hadnt have Einstein Bros since I was in college and I LOVED the bagel dogs. When we went in, they said they only make a handful a day and were already sold out. They told me to come in and try the next day, I came in for breakfast the next day, they STILL didnt have any. The manager was there that day and apologized after he found out Id come in the day before as well. He ended up giving me my breakfast on the house and told me if I called 30mins/1hr ahead of time next time, hed hold them for me. The last day of meetings I called and asked them to make same. When we came in the manager remembered us and grabbed them. He was super nice about it and went above and beyond for his customers. It was much appreciated! And the food was great :)

Its a convenient distance from my job by the mall. But they usually add another 10 minutes if your going through the drive through. They usually forget something I ordered or mess it up and they usually seem distracted or not organized. The one on Duluth hwy is so much more organized and fast.

OMG! We loved going here before but with the new Caribou facelift... its such a different experience - in the best possible way. Makes me want to be back in school again so I can hang out and do work there.

Love the menu and the food is always on point. Unfortunately the coffee is lacking so I end up going to two different shops to complete my meal. Still come here though because no one can make a bagel like these guys! The drive thru speaker is impossible hear, hopefully they will fix that one day. The drive thru window was built too far back shop you have to nearly climb out of your car to get your food and try not to drop it, and the employee is also straining to reach you from their side. Ive found it easier to just hop inside and avoid the slow weird drive thru debacle.

I frequent at least once a month but have noticed the customer service levels dropping. Who orders 2 dozen bagels and and are NOT asked if they want them sliced and then seemed irritated that I asked if they had been sliced. How would I add cream cheese after I ordered 2 smears per. Come on Einstein! Dont tell me they dont come sliced ... ask me! Did I get the right Bagels that I ordered? Shame on me for not checking before driving away 30 miles to a meeting. Sorry but Ill take my future business to Panera Bread.

This place isnt too shabby. Great place for breakfast and an on the go snack.You have a variety of bagels to choose from like asiago, raisin, and pretzel to name a few. They also server hot sandwiches which are pretty good as well.This place doesnt get too busy so you shouldnt have to expect too long of a wait. It has good seating for close 30 or so people but dont expect a full house as most people just do take out.Overall a great place bagel lovers!My Recommendations:Nova Lux (smoked salmon on top of a bagel = heaven)

I went this morning to get some bagels and I am aware of their bagels buy 1 get 1 deal on every Monday. After ordering (when I pay)I ask about it cashiers_ both of them_ looking at me like I am crazy and acting like they don’t know what I am talking about and telling me they are not on a deal and a customer standing right next to me said that he is unsure which branch that is but every Monday they do have a BOGO deal on bagels. But I am sure that is the one bc I live nearby and I have been there before and even my aunt goes to the store. Anyways I was trying to make sure by visiting Einstein’s website it clearly shows that the one that I stop by this morning is a participating branch. This is absurd. I need an explanation. I did an email I haven’t heard it since.

I have given the store business for over 10 years their customer service has never been great but it is getting worse by the week the employees are rude and ineffective. when they run out of a certain kind of bagel at 10 a.m. and cannot guarantee that theyre going to make more that day makes me wonder who owns this store and why because that is a horrible way to do business.

A frequent lunch location for me that serves me well evertime. They also host my work group for meetings and cater to our store. Great service all around.

We come here every Sunday. Its always consistent flow. They are never prepared to make more bagels. Its 11: 30 and they close at 3pm and they have no bagels ready to be made 1 hour wait time for bagels to be prepared. All other customers are getting frustrated with the rude customer service being provided, with answers like I dont know when theyll be ready no communication amongst the team running the area.

Walked in at 3:45 on Saturday the employees acted like I had a third eye. Informed me that is I was looking for coffee it was too late. Actually got the feeling I was imposing and left immediately. Seemed to be a lack of management presence. Sad, normally Im very pleased with their service.

The service here was horrible! The dinning area was a total mess. I had to wait well over 20 mins to get my food while everyone else walked out with theirs. It seems like the personnel was more interested in their personal evening plans with their boyfriends than to actually serve the customer.

The coffee area was empty of the coffees.My food was gross. Super greasey and tasted wierd. I had the same sandwhich in one in the airport and it tasted better.Additionally, the cashier got our order wrong. This would not cause any issues normally but as a whole experience I leave with an awful taste in my mouth.
