Great bike shop with experienced workers. I just needed my rear derailleur adjusted and Brian knocked it out in 5 minutes. My brother has taken his bike there as well and I will definitely go back if needed again.

Brought two bikes in for repair. After picking up the bikes, I rode them in the parking lot before loading them into my car. You can tell they didnt even ride/check the bikes after the repair. Loose wheel, low tire pressure....etcThats just poor customer service. Will not be going back

I blew out my rear rim on my old Yeti 575 and Colin ordered a new. It took a few days to come in but when it did come in, he got the bike ready for me to ride the same day. Service bikes quickly, but I have had 3 tire blowouts on 2 separate bicycles within 4 days of service that seems too much of a improbable coincidence.

Decided to return to cycling after a 15 year break. It’s like starting over with all the new technology. Brian was super helpful! Glad to have a shop in the Hamilton Mill area.

Brought in two mountain bikes for tuneups and was told it would be $150 each. A week later was called to pick up bikes. They mounted the wrong rear tires on each bike. Simple to tell the rims should match one another as they are different colors! Tires barely had enough air to ride bikes. No lubrication applied to either bike and the chain fell off my wifes bike the first time she rode it. I expect better attention to detail and service for $300.

I have 4 bikes all from different manufacturers and I take all of them to this shop for service. They’ve fixed issues on my bikes when other shops couldn’t find the problem. If they don’t have the part you need they’ll find and order it fast. You’ll be happy with their service.

Bought 2 bikes from Brian today for my kids. Incredible customer service. These guys took the time to fit bikes to my kids so we would get the most out of our money. They grow fast. Prices were good for high quality bikes. Service with a smile and he really made it fun for the kids. He even did a gear shifting and hand brake training in the back parking lot with them. He went way above and beyond. Go see these guys if you want a good deal on a quality bike with excellent customer service.

Just moved to GA and needed a shop to tune up my road bike. Found Suburban Cycles by just doing a quick Google search. Collin was friendly and was able to take care of the tune up quickly. Definitely will be my choice moving forward!

My sons bike was giving us issues after he had a wreck. So I came here for advice and hoping to have it fixed. We went inside and spoke to the man and explained to problem. He said it needed a tune up. I asked if he could look at the bike to make sure. He refused to look at the bike saying he knew the problem. It would cost $60.00 and take a week. We left and went to a different place and they looked at it a d found the problem within 5 min. It cost $15.00 and we went home with a fixed bike in less than 10 min. IT DIDNT NEED A TU E UP AT ALL.

FIVE STAR SHOP !!!!!!!I didn’t even know this shop was literally 3 miles from my home . I purchased a new 2020 Specialized Fuse this week and Collin made all the necessary changes to fit the bike to my style . Collin is great ! Very meticulous with his mechanical abilities. Suburban Cycles is now my go to store for all my family’s cycling needs. .
