Honestly... Its not my favorite Barnes & Noble. I really dont care for the layout. It doesnt feel like a high end store when I walk in. The fact that the debris from outside makes it all the way up the escalator and stays there on the floor backs up my feelings.

Plenty of parking since it is at Mall of GA.It is two stories, bargain books and best sellers/staff picks on the first floor. Clearance items (toys, stationary, books) and wide variety of books on the second floor. If you can think of it you can probably find it here!We found a Rick and Morty monopoly board game on clearance for $20!Lots of children books for your little ones to browse as well.We also stopped by the cafe on the second floor. Tried the new coconut banana cake and trix cookie.Coconut banana cake: not too sweet and a nice consistency on the banana cake. Would recommend!Trix cookie: we did ask for it to be warmed. The consistency was nice, slightly chewy. But way too sweet.

Everything is mostly clean and organized. They have a decent selection of books and other media. Minus one star for prices. Honestly, I often hesitate going in simply because I know I can buy what I want online for much better price. Its a nice place to wander around and kill time, but thats about it.

My grandson treated me to a birthday bookstore date before lunch. It was amazzzzing. We both love books/bookstores and this Barnes and Noble was perfect. I hadnt been in one ever since the one near our old home in Marietta shut down. Loved the ability to lay my hands on books, loved the selections, loved the hand sanitizer placed around, loved the friendly vibe. And for my birthday my grandson had me choose a book. I love adding to my childrens books, so I chose a Halloween book. Fun experience!

I love this 2 floored bookstore. They have a great selection of collectibles and books; plus they have the only Starbucks still open in the area.

Up until now, we were ardent supporters of Barnes and Noble. Today was a terrible experience. We waited at the information desk for an extended period of time with no service or acknowledgment of our presence. An employee in a crop top (very unprofessional attire) walked by without interacting with us at all. She went straight to the checkout line to assist another employee with the backlog of customers. That is not the issue. The issue is that we were never spoken to and there was a line behind us as well. We ended up leaving without ever speaking to an employee, although they did glance our way several times, they never actually interacted with us. Sadly, I may have to stop shopping at Barnes and Noble if this is how their customer service is going to be.

They have a greater amount of selection. Attentive staff, which are helpful. It has a soothing atmosphere and its peaceful.

We left a book out for a second to go to the restroom. And there was this glasses wearing employee who was so rude about how we left the book out. No need to be so uptight about it. I get times are tough but that attitude isnt good for business especially for a dying industry. Take note managers of Barnes and Noble.

By far the biggest barns and noble Ive been too, 2 floors of pure joy totally worth it.

I went to Avia Nails next to Sophora.Let me just say this, Ive had my nails done for over 30 years and I believe Kara is definitely in the top 2 nail techs I had the pleasure of meeting this evening at the Mall of Georgia. Kara is an artist. A nail artist! Beautiful acrylic fills shaping my natural nail unbelievably quick. Finishing with Ferrari red and shine. Thank you Kara, see you in 2 weeks:)

3⭐ for good selection but overpriced products & overpriced loyalty program. This is a pretty typical B&N. With 2 levels, this Mall of Georgia store is large for a B&N with a great selection of magazines & books & good selection of my geek stuff. As a SF-fantasy-comic book-gaming geek, I love their good selection of games, comics/manga, collectibles, books & such. I cant stand their full retail prices (or Blurays 50% off but still above Target/Walmart) & overpriced ($25 per year) loyalty/discount card (for the privilege of 10% off their overpriced merchandise). I visit & browse a few times a month but rarely buy.

Thank you Barnes and Noble for always being here every time I come to visit Buford! Great seeing new titles and the display tables with awesome selections for me. Their planners and calendars are the most colorful and inventive I’ve seen out of all the major bookstores. I also enjoy browsing through the nifty bookmarks. Stay gold.

The store was organized well, and the staff was extremely helpful about finding and reserving a copy of a newly released book. They even gave me daily updates on the status of delivery. Who needs Amazon anyway?

As good & atmospheric as almost any Barnes & Noble youll find still standing in this day and age. Great layout. As always theyve got an in-house Starbucks which offers actually a fair bit of seating in its own right, with a bar-type setup back by the windows as well (with plentiful outlets)

This is my go to bookstore. Love the selections and have been going their for years now.

Big store, not as big a selection though. Respectable staff makes for a higher star rating. The Mall of GA is awfully dead for a place as well publicized as it is. Went there around New Years one year and not a lot of foot traffic, using up the holiday gift cards and all.

This store is lovely. Ignore the reviewers who are mad about masks - almost every store requires it for safety reasons, get over it.The only issue with this location is the lack of seating. Its so popular that its hard to find a chair or couch to read in! Their cafe is always well maintained with very friendly staff, and books are usually organized exceptionally well.

They still seem really paranoid. Shorter hours, and now you have to wear a mask to enter. Just a few days ago this was not the case. I walked in today and knew exactly which book I was intending to buy. Some guy stopped me and said everyone inside the store had to wear a mask, so I turned and exited the store, so I guess they lost that sale. Ill just purchase the book off Amazon. Grow some balls, management. Youre just hurting your own business at this point. Ive been a very loyal customer for many, many years. Not anymore.
