I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my foot properly. Myles is the manager in Buford and has gone above and beyond helping me find my perfect fit shoes!. If they dont have your size you can have it shipped to your home. Easy returns, no hassles. Oh and did I say- great prices!!! If you havent been in a while give them another try. You will be happy you did!

I’m so upset! Your Buford, GA store tried to tell me my card was declined, refused to give me the four pairs of shoes I bought, even though I showed where it posted to my account, and had my bank speak to her. The store manager Michelle was so rude and talked down to me. She caused a scene refusing to give me a paper that stated that they would not give me the shoes. It also happened to the customer behind me. The amount was posted to my account and I want my money back. I recorded the interaction with her. She was so unprofessional!! It’s crazy I paid 254 dollars and did not receive one pair of shoes!!! I left a message for the district manager to call me two days ago and I still have not heard back!!

This chain has some great shoes! Its hard to choose between em when I go.

Under new management! We are very low on inventory right now... Everyone got their stimulus checks and came and bought A LOT of shoes!! But no worries!! We will try to restock as fast as possible...In the meantime we can always order sizes and ship them to your home for free... Store in good shape. Associate was nice. Just a very poor selection of mens dress shoes. Not a single black shoe in wide width.

Great selection of name brand shoes at a good price. Nice staff. We had to go back to the store because one of our shoes was defective we had them a couple of weeks and they exchanged them no problem great store and great manager.

Didn’t allow me to return shoes I got a day earlier For my wife’s birthday because there was a speck of dirt on them. Very arrogant individuals and were not problem solvent. I over paid for the shoes for them to not even fit correctly/comfortably. Seems like they are cheap stakes, don’t come here; the place is not worth your troubles. The shoe selection is horrible also and the lady and young man at the front were extremely rude and non associating. Will be calling corporate to report these issues.

Extremely rude lady at the front. Brought back a pair of boots to see if I could exchange for a size down as they were uncomfortable and because they were worn, she says What happened? I cant take these back. Would you buy these? In a very rude manner. I wasnt aware of their policy about not being able to exchange for a different size if they were worn (even though I had bought them the night before and wore them for a couple of hours the next day). I would have been fine if she politely explained the store policy but instead was extremely rude. Poor service!

Rack Room shoes always have great deals they will most likely have your style what you need or want

Great prices and excellent quality but...... Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!! The girl who was working (it was a very “different” name starting with a T) was more worried about her looks and herself, than helping me- a paying customer. When I was ready to cash out and she asked if I found everything ok, I let her know that I did in fact find what I needed but had she been a little more helpful, it wouldn’t have taken me forever. She instantly got defensive and extremely rude. Will be calling corporate as soon as I can figure out the girls name. I suggest if you’re actually looking for help and assistance do not go during a weekday unless it’s in the evening.

Worst experience ever, three hours just to purchase shoes. The rewards are a scam, and customer care is of no help at all. They can keep my 15 dollars, its the last they will ever see from me. Horrible, horrible place. Avoid them at all costs!!!!
