Charme Bridal and it’s employees were the BEST and most professional services we received while looking for my daughters Bridal Gown. With an upset bride coming in, they calmed her nerves and she ended up leaving so happy and calm. Amy was able to work us in at the last minute. She took the time to show my daughter several dresses (as many as she wanted to try on) and was very patient. We found the perfect dress!We had the dress hemmed and Bustled which was absolutely perfect. Maggie removed all the lacing at the bottom, hemmed it, and hand sewed it back on with-in 2 weeks time. You can’t even tell!!! Maggie was able to work us in at the last minute as well during a very busy wedding season and we couldn’t be happier with her services. The bustle was also a perfect addition (she used 7 clear buttons) and they could not be seen!!. They held up the heavy lace dress and were very sturdy. Thank you to Charme Bridal and Prom, Amy, and to Maggie for helping to make Amanda’s wedding perfect. She was a beautiful and happy bride.

Had a great experience looking for my wedding dress here! Fiona was our consultant and did an amazing job! She helped us throughout the whole process, from initial experiments (it was my first time dress shopping) to accessorizing the one once we found it.While trying on dresses, she listened to my thoughts on each one and made future recommendations based on what I did and didnt like. She made notes of the dress, veil, and accessories I decided I liked the best from my first appointment and had them ready to go for my second appointment. (I shopped around a little after the first one just to make sure I really loved the dress I had found here.)I didnt feel pressured to make a decision and/or purchase while here and really liked the selection of dresses they had available. Overall, a great experience! I cant wait for my dress to come in!

Please do not shop here, I had the absolute worst experience. I picked out a dress it was too big, the sales lady said it can be altered. I paid the alteration fees and waited three weeks to pick up the dress, when I went to get the dress it was dirty not ironed and also did not fit and I had to pay another alteration fee. I would never shop here again. David’s bridal was way better!!!

I literally walked in and told the saleswoman (Fiona) what I wanted in a dress. Less than a minute later, she walks around the corner holding almost the exact dress I had in mind! I tried on a couple of gowns and ended up falling in love with a black/red one which was on sale for $198. The customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was so nice!

Although it looked like they have a variety of wedding dresses, there is little for the alternative bride. I had emailed to be sure they had black wedding dresses, and make an appointment. There was a miscommunication on my end that there was only one (gorgeous) black dress. I had listed a price range that was too low for this dress, and I had mentioned being open to looking at prom dresses (since I had the appointment, and I wanted options.) As soon as that was said, my experience became completely different. I felt like I was no longer a bride and to be, that my wedding wasnt worthwhile to this shop. I was made to browse the prom racks myself, having to pull down my own dresses and ask if each could be reorderd in my size or if it comes in black. I had to ask to bring them into a dressing room. I was not even kept in the wedding area, with the mirrors and larger dressing rooms, but shoved into a smaller one. I found my dress, but wish my experience could have been all around better.

Awful experience at a bridal appointment! Made an appointment here for my best friend. Dress selection was subpar and the sales lady (didn’t catch her name but the one with the broken leg/boot on her leg) was extremely condescending and cold. We told them we found a dress at another place and they tried to be messy and get us to order it through them. The specialist also couldn’t help but comment on my friends “melanated skin”. Don’t come here.Edit to add - and on top of that they don’t allow pictures. Even the more high end boutiques we went to allowed photos.

My assistant at Charme was beyond patient and helpful. She gathered an assortment of different styles, helped me in and out, offered fantastic privacy, and no pressure. Although I did not purchase my dress from Charm, the customer service was phenomenal. Jenna was my consultant and made me feel so confident despite how much weight I’ve gained due to quarantine. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. The only reason I did not purchase from here is because my wedding date is only 90 days away and I was restricted with what could be ordered on such short notice. I found more variety in my size elsewhere but wish the customer service was as delightful as Charm!

Amy was extremely professional and helpful during my appointment. I had a very clear vision of what I was looking for and she managed to find it for me! I couldn’t be more happy. I went to Charme Bridal in search of a wedding gown. Walking into the store is was very neat, clean and organized. I set appointment and I arrived about 30 minutes early and they brought me in immediately. My consultant was Dina! She was amazing! Her first step was to address my wants and needs. Immediately after she was on the hunt for gowns that fit the description of what I wanted. Dina went out of her way to find other gowns that may fit my criteria, she went out of her way to accessorize and she was very patient with me. I went back and forth between 2 dresses for about an hour and did not rush me nor did she leave my side. She made me feel like it was all about me and I was very comfortable! This was the last of 3 stores I had planned to visit and ended up saying yes to the dress at Charme Bridal.

My experience was so great with Charme. Kimber was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and knew the inventory so well. I only had to try on 4 dresses and she took everything I loved from the first 3 and pulled the perfect dress that had everything I wanted. 100% recommend!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my wedding dress at Charme Bridal & Prom! Vickie and Riley were so attentive to my interests, and they picked up on trends that I didnt even notice in my preferences. They were not pushy at all, and they were very respectful of my budget. Only at the very end when they felt there was one that I simply needed to try on, they ended up picking out the dress that was THE dress. They were so professional, thoughtful, and intentional with their assistance. They made sure my guests and I felt comfortable. Best experience I could have hoped for!

No words are sufficient enough to describe how great of a bridal consultant Shunda is. During my appointment, she was patient, supportive, and always had my best interest at heart - all things a bride could dream of in a consultant. The other staff also helped me with decisions and pulling dresses and it really felt like a team effort. 5 stars does not even seem enough for Shunda and this store. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time coming here! Although the sales associates helping my bridesmaids were polite, the overall experience at this boutique was very unprofessional! I have 4 bridesmaids in my wedding next year and I decided that I wanted each bride to have a different style dress, one that will fit their body best! Therefore I came with 2 of the 4 to try on the dresses they wanted at separate times according to their availability . When I came with my second bridesmaid, I accessed the collection I wanted through their website in order to pull up the dress my bridesmaid had on in the color that we needed so that we could get a better idea regarding how the dress would look . When I was on the website, I noticed the dresses on their website were cheaper then the ones in store! So I asked the sales rep about it And they said they are not connected with their online items! Their website was linked to the Designers page which was selling them cheaper then the they were in store ! And it wasn’t just a weekend promotion! Naturally my 2nd bridesmaid decided to order hers online. Today, at lunchtime I received a call to confirm my appt with my 3 rd bridesmaid, which I did, And 3 hrs later, I received an email stating that they have concluded that all my bridesmaids will be purchasing all of their dresses online and they cancelled my appointment with the 3rd bridesmaid without even a phone call. The crazy thing is that my other bridesmaids didn’t even know that the dresses were cheaper online!! They just jumped to the conclusion And canceled the appointment ! That is extremely unprofessional and rude! And as far as having the designers page connected directly to their website, that sounds more like their own personal problem ! There’s plenty of boutiques around my area carrying that designer and they websites are not linked so they can actually sell their items at the store price ! But then again, I guess if I never would have come here, I never would have known that my bridesmaids can actually get their dresses cheaper 🤷🏻‍♀️and I’m sure they will be happy to know that !

I went there looking for another dress because I had already purchased one and lost a lot of weight and the place that I did buy it from said they could size it down but it’s not gonna look right that I should find another dress. So I left and went to Charme Bridal and Abby was so awesome. She spent hours helping me find a dress. It looks almost like my original dress and I wanted to modify it to make it look like my dress and they told me to find another seamstress because they can’t fix my dress and make it exactly what I want instead of me buying two dresses. I was so happy with their customer service that I went and got my dress accessories like the crinoline from them. They actually care about the bride and what she wants. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome experience at a bridal shop.

Such a great experience! Vicki was my consultant, and she listened to what I liked and made a couple picks herself. Ironically, the one she picked was one that I would have never looked at. But it ended up being my dress!! Vicki was so sweet and patient with me, and I’m so glad she was the one helping me. Every dress I tried on was such good quality with a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend coming here and asking for Vicki!

Had the absolute best customer service ever today! Took my daughters Wedding dress to be cleaned and preserved. They took the time to explain the process and gave me many options for insurance personalization, they made sure to cover all of the details. I also was able to see how the dress would come back in the type of box with the window so we could see the dress. If anybody is looking for a prom or wedding dress I would definitely go here!

I went to so many bridal shops and found myself coming back to Charme. The service that Amy gave me was absolutely amazing and I quickly learned that it was better for her to pick our dresses for me than I could for myself. She found the perfect dress for me that was under my budget and it even had pockets! Also, the fact that I can get my alterations done there too is extremely convenient. I’m so grateful for her and the team at Charme.

Save your money and your time. I would not recommend purchasing a dress from this place at all. The consultants do not know how to measure women. I, along with several other bridesmaids purchased our dresses from here with the mindset that we will be getting exactly what we paid for and we literally received dresses that don’t fit and overall that they don’t flatter us when we tried it on originally. Even though they claim they are following a size chart it is clearly an issue when all of the dresses we ordered from there don’t FIT, it’s either too small or literally falling off. We are truly disappointed in this place and it seriously was a waste of money.

I’m giving them one star only because I don’t have a zero star option. We went because the experience we had with my first daughter was awesome but this time it was totally opposite. They were rude and screwed up our order royally. I will never purchase from them again. I was told my dress was in pink and I received a purple dress of poor quality not a dress worth the 500 that I paid. My oldest daughter had to pay an additional amount because the consultant advised her to purchase a plus size dress even though the original dress size fit her perfectly. When she received the dress she had to pay for alterations because it was several sizes too big. One of the bridesmaids received a different style dress and when we called we were told to calm down that we had picked several dresses and that the bridesmaid was at fault. All the bridesmaids dresses were small although Charms consultant took the measurements. The owner (or manager) was rude and had an attitude the entire time we were there. I don’t recommend Charms Bridal to my worst enemy.

Charme Bridal went above and beyond to ensure that there was a sample of the gown I wanted in their store for my appointment. They were able to get a sample from the designers loaner program for a small fee that went towards the purchase of my dress. This particular designer is only available at 2 locations in Georgia. Charme completely met my expectations and made sure I had an enjoyable experience. My consultant was Vicki and she was WONDERFUL! I ended up purchasing my gown, belt, and veil and I could not be more satisfied with my appointment at Charme! They really made the process seamless and totally worth the LONG drive to get there!

I worked with several salespeople when choosing my mother of the groom dress. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. I even choose to do alterations with their person because they were so helpful and nice. I would not go anywhere else.

We made an appointment to try on dresses, this was our first experience at a bridal store. Dina was our consultant and she was great! She listened to us and helped accommodate our wish list. We were there for a few hours, tried on several dresses and found the perfect dress! We had a great experience at Charme Bridal and would highly recommend them!

I live 6 hours out of town and have a wedding to be a part of in Atlanta. I sent over my measurements and they called me to verify my sizing. I expressed to them I wore a size 4/6 dress. They informed me that that the particular designer ran small and sent me a size 12 dress. I tried one of the other bridesmaids dresses on which was a size 6 and it fit perfect. Now, I am having to pay almost $200 for alteration fees after paying almost $300 for the dress to get the size 12 dress back down to a 6. That is because Charme clearly has unprofessional customer service. Not only was it myself but 3 other bridesmaids had the same issue. The only two dresses that fit our party was the two that lived in town to try it on. Should that not tell you that the size chart is clearly wrong because they initially put them in a larger dress as well. You would think if this many people out of a party had sizing issues that you would fix it to keep your customers happy. So Charme, would you like to pay for my alteration fees?

Incredible place! I found my wedding dress here on the first day of going. The people are very good and attentive and they always know exactly what you are looking for. They also have a good selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I highly recommend it to any to be bride trying to look for dresses and needing guidance. This people really help!

After going to 4 bridal stores and trying on nearly 40 dresses, I didnt think I would ever find the one. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by my consultant Michelle and helped immediately. She was very accomadating because more of my family came than I had previously expected (4 versus 1 like I had told them). I had tried on a dress at a different shop that I fell in love with but wasnt ready to say yes to yet. I showed her a picture of it and she immediately knew what it was and told me they had it. Sure enough, she comes back with the dress in her hand. She pulled a couple of dresses just based on what I had already picked out for myself and everything was beautiful.When I tried on the dress again that I had previously tried on, I knew it was the one. Michelle brought me out to the big mirror, put a veil on me, and everyone was in tears. However, she never once rushed me to make a decision and wanted to be 1000% sure I knew it was the one. I could not be happier with my decision and I will definitely be recommending Charme Bridal and Michelle to everyone I know. Thank you.

Charme Bridal is the absolute best! I went here for my sister-laws dress shopping and my own! Each time they were amazing! They have so many different styles and designers. They helped me find out what I really wanted in a dress and were determined to find the perfect one for me and they did!! They also have a huge selection of bridesmaid, mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses! It was my one stop shop for all of my bridal party! I went in and tried on a 5 dresses, fell absolutely head over heels for the last one and purchased. They are absolutely wonderful. I bought the sample dress and it is was just put on the floor as I needed a dress right off the rack. Alterations are reasonably priced as well. Great prices, great staff and great selection!

This was the 6th store we went to for my daughters prom dress. We were scared we would never find a dress. Dina made it the perfect experience! We had so much fun and found the most perfect prom dress!!!! I will never go anywhere else again for prom and then (eventually) bridal. Thanks so much Dina and Charme for an awesome experience.

Charme was my second stop after my first initial appointment at Affordable Bridal in Buford, GA. They are very different in initial impression and inventory. At Charme Nicole was my consultant, and she was super nice and helpful. She was very professional and involved in my search for my wedding dress. At Affordable Bridal I wasnt initially greeted or told what to do, and I did have an appointment. Bottom line is I personally had a much better experience at Charme vs. Affordable Bridal.

Ive had numerous experiences with Charme Bridal & Prom and every single one has been wonderful! My first experience here was picking out our bridesmaid dresses for my brothers wedding and the staff was helpful, friendly and patient with all 7 of us :) Next, I got to shop for my own bridal gown and the experience was like a fairy tale! Vicki totally got my vibe and helped guide my bridesmaids to selections that fit me like a glove. My dress was a vision of beauty!!! Next, I came back to get my bridesmaids suited up and the amazing staff patiently helped another group of ladies get into gowns everyone loved. Recently, I was back at Charme Bridal to help my mom pick out her gown for my brothers wedding and everything from picking out the dress, to the alterations, to the final fitting was easy and professionally done. Special kudos to the alteration department - they do quality work!!

I got a same day appointment here and I was quite satisfied. My consultant paid attention to what I said I liked and disliked and she was friendly.I found some beautiful dresses all at different price points. I would say that some of their accessories (veils/belts) are a bit pricey compared to other stores I’ve been in.Their bridesmaids selection is decent. And honestly some of their prom selections would make just as good bridesmaids dresses!

Do not buy your bridesmaids dresses here! For my sisters wedding, the store measured the bridesmaids and ordered dresses that were 2-3 sizes too small. Because none of the dresses fit, they had to be altered and the tailor had to completely change the style of the dress to modify the size. The bridesmaids dresses were $250 each. In addition, they ordered the wrong dress for one of the bridesmaids. When I called about the dress, they asked me why she ordered the wrong dress. I asked how she could be responsible if the dress she received was the dress they ordered for her. They told me that I needed to calm down and that I should have told them about their mistake sooner. They did not apologize and their service was terrible.

Charme was the first bridal shop I went to and it was an amazing experience. Vicki was great and I highly recommend you see her if you can! She was so sweet and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. I wouldnt have found my dress without her help! I went to another shop after and had a terrible experience so I knew I wanted to go back to Charme and purchase my dress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My daughter and I had an appointment for a wedding dress. These girls are exceptional. Tori was helping us and she did an exceptional job. She listened to what my daughter was saying and she went and picked a dress for her. My daughter fell in love with the dress immediately. I was amazed. Its very hard to be able to read people and know what they are looking for and actually get it. Very good customer service. Thank you girls. I have another daughter and I will come back.

I had an awful experience shopping for my wedding gown at this bridal shop. The manager is very condescending and completely unhelpful. My friends have also had negative experiences here, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad decision. I called Affordable Bridal as soon as we left, got a better price for the SAME dress and ordered it over the phone on the spot. I will say, our sales rep was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and sweet.. but when it comes down to spending thousands of dollars on your gown, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with the women in charge (including the owner). Save your time and go somewhere else.

I wish that I could say that the Charme consultants helped me find the perfect wedding gown, but that wasnt the case. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. My friends and I went in to check out some different styles. We were there for probably 3 hours, never offered anything to drink which is awkward by the fact that they called themselves a boutique. After the last dress I tried on the consultant pressured me into buying a dress right there and then - saying that it takes 5-6 months for the dress to come in and I didnt have time to wait. Everyone in the store knew that I felt uneasy but still pushed me into ordering a dress that day. 5 months later the dress comes in, I go to try on and it didnt fit right, my cleavage is falling out of the dress. I am super embarrassed to wear this dress in front of people. The consultants response was I look better then the day I tired the dress on. I hate this dress, they wont work with me at all. I was pressured into signing consent documents, now I am told sorry, its our policy for whatever reason and plenty of brides have 2 dresses. Wow, thanks a lot for helping me find the perfect dress for the best day of my life.All I can do is warn other brides to spare huge headaches, extra stress, and the biggest mistake of their wedding planning experience.This is supposed to be a great experience an it was quite the opposite.

Wish there was a way to give 0 stars for this shop! Horrible customer service, all the ladies there (except 1 sweet employee) had the “I’m better than you” snooty attitude and look on their face. It was a very uncomfortable experience!! I called not quite a month later with a problem and was supposed to recieve a call back from the owner on the situation but only got a generic email with no care/emotion from the said “owner”. Definitely would not recommend even wasting your time at this place. I would check out David’s Bridal or Affordable Bridal first for sure!

I went to multiple dress shops with absolutely no luck finding a wedding dress or bridemaids dresses. The selection of dresses and sizes were very disappointing. Plus the customer service wasnt the greatest. That all changed at Charme Bridal and Prom. The customer service was amazing. They had a good selection of wedding dresses for me to try on. I actually found 2 I liked but one was IT!!! Everyone loved it and my past disappointing shopping experiences were over! I had finally found the one.Shunda was incredible! She was so helpful and patient with me in all my requests. She then proceeded to help us find bridesmaids dresses that I love! I cant recommended this place enough. START your search here!!

We were very happy with Charme Bridal and had purchased a wedding gown, veil, shoes, two bridesmaid dresses, another dress, a flower girl dress and mother of the brides shoes. Also having the wedding gown altered. The bride, my daughter, bought shoes there and asked about having them dyed black. She was told not to go to the place in the Mall of Ga. as they had some complaints. So she went somewhere else. Well, the shoes were labled as silk, are really made out of polyester and the black dye comes off all over the foot. The bridal shop suggested a shoe repair place that might be able to fix them and that place said they dont even dye shoes anymore. When my daughter went back to the bridal shop to see if they could help her with the cost of buying another pair, she was told that they COME IN BLACK! The bridal shop refused to offer ANY money off the cost of ordering another pair. I could maybe see them not helping out because of the dye, but why didnt they know their products and tell her they came in black in the first place?!! She spent $57 on the shoes and another $20 to dye them and now has to purchase another pair because the dress has been altered based on these shoes. We still have two more dresses to be altered and will most likely go somewhere else to get that done. It is a shame that customers do not matter to this business.

LOVE THE SHOP!I went into the store in April and found the most wonderful wedding dress. I spoke with the sales person before I got there and let her know what I was looking for so she already had dresses pulled for me which made it easy right off the bat. After trying on the 4th dress I decided that was the one. I bought the dress that was on the floor so I did not have to order it but I did have to make payments. I understood that I would not be getting my money back due to all sales being final ( just like deposits for the wedding flowers, the DJ, the Venue, the cake, the invitations, the photographer, or for every other thing in a wedding!). They made 2 arrangements with me for the remaining balance, and I paid those on time and was able to pick up my dress after. I cannot thank Charme enough for making this upcoming day so much more exciting to plan with such a beautiful dress in mind!!NOTE: I went into planning a wedding, and buying my dress with a reasonable budget that I was able to afford instead of going in there picking a dress that exceeded my budget OR picking TWO dresses to purchase.

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. Walked in to BUY the dress for my maid of honor, instead of a warm welcome they made me feel like they didnt want my business. The first words out of the consultants mouth was Are you buying it from here ? before she could even try the dress on. She made us feel like we were not serious purchasers. Never did she make an extra effort to truly help us, always too busy to pay much attention to the needs of my maid of honor. To top it off when I mentioned I wanted to try on veils she never pulled one off the rack for me to try. She didnt try to find to find a simple cathedral veil for me to try on. Only told me the price and moved on to the next one. The terrible customer service made us change our minds on purchasing a $300 dress from this company. What a disappointment.

Went in to Charme Bridal and was immediately assisted and shown around. I worked with Kim, who was very sweet and helpful, and we found the perfect dress! The atmosphere was also great-- it was calm and peaceful, I didnt feel pressured or rushed, and they made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend Charme Bridal to anyone.

**Black Buyer Beware**** Do not spend your money at this store. Today was a special day of Prom Dress shopping for my daughter, we walked into the store and after standing for 5 minutes, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. We walked over to the prom dresses and saw a few pieces, then I noticed the visible signs throughout the store saying “No Pictures of Prom Gowns”. I see a white family clearly taking several pictures of their daughter in one of the prom gowns, when asked if I could take pictures of my daughter she said “No.” Then I asked why is that family allowed to take pictures? She responds by saying “They have a school restriction and need pictures for approval”. Then I said... “That doesn’t make any sense”, the white saleswoman refers me to the owner who was ringing up a transaction at the cash register, I walk over and asked why I couldn’t take pictures of my daughter in her prom dress and that family could, the owner responds “because they purchased their dress.” I then said, Your saleswoman said something different and your No Picture sign doesn’t say that either.” The Owner didn’t care of my concern and we happily walked out and drove to Girlie Girl Prom store. DO NOT BUY HERE. THEY ARE RACIST!

The staff is friendly and patient, with an emphasis on patient. They do not push sales on the customer and make it all about you. I bought my wife jewelry for our wedding and they remembered me and what I was looking at from the last time I was in there. They have a lot of accessories that range from low to high pricing and many options for tuxes, dresses and other attire for occasions. I would definitely go back and do business with them.

My daughter bought a prom dress from Charme and I was pleased with every aspect of the process! From finding the perfect dress all the way through alterations the level of customer service was high and the quality of their services are outstanding. I will come back to Charme when my other daughter goes to prom this upcoming spring!

Ive bought a dress at Charme Bridal Hamilton Mill and it was a SAMPLE DRESS, INCLUDING EMBROIDERY SAMPLE IN LARGE LETTERS.The store owner has refused to exchange it. When I questioning her if she would use a dress with Sample embroidered on it at her daughters wedding, the answer was that many people would buy it, so I informed her that I would not buy if I knew.By treating their customers this way, I am sure this store will not be in business very long.

DO NOT RENT A TUX HERE! As I’ve seen several reviews regarding the tux rental from Charme, I must agree. This is strictly about tux rental, as I have no experience with the dress side. The overall experience was very confusing and felt half-hearted. Upon my first consultation, I was shown pictures of tuxes to which I chose an ultra-slim option. Upon measurement we were fitted with an incredibly unflattering, baggy suit and were told “don’t worry, this is not what the final suit will look like”. I get that, but it’s still unsettling when the appearance for the most important day of my life is at stake. When asking specific sizing questions and seeking professional suggestions, I was met with vague responses such as “we’ll do whatever you want”. Again, super unsettling. As the groom, my tux was “free” except not. I had to pay $40 for the shirt and shoes...when I asked what would happen if anything didn’t fit or if I needed adjustments or anything, I was basically told they charge to make changes and they would do what they could to get replacements. Again, extremely unsettling.We decided to use another tux rental company that specializes in tuxes, in which the service was exceptional! At this point we’ve purchased 3 tuxes through charme, literally 2 days ago. We called to inquire about their refund policy and they’d only refund 50% of the tuxes, and wouldn’t refund ANYTHING to me for the shirt and shoes. The manager told us “you’re going to lose half your money so you might as well stay with us” instead of, ya know, maybe “how can we make it right” “how can we help”. I am in a profession which is customer service based, and their reaction was very disappointing. They didn’t even seem to care and explained that it was just their policy. I understand that, but it’s a bad policy when you lack knowledgeable, professional staff and procedures. In my line of work, if a customer doesn’t like a product they purchased, we swap it out or refund 100%. We bend over backwards to make absolute sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Charme does not have these same standards and for that I would NEVER refer anyone to them for tux rental. At the expense of maybe 15 minutes total of their time, they made $300 off of me and my groomsmen. Yet honestly at this point, losing $300 to have peace of mind with a much better company was well worth it!

My daughters and Granddaughters bought our dresses,from Charme. Kim assisted us in finding our dresses and she was very helpful. They were not pushy. They have a excellent inventory of wedding dresses. Ive been to Davids bridal for my daughters wedding. Their customer service does not compare to Charme. Their alterations dept. (davids bridal) is awful. They messed up on my dress for my daughters wedding . They took up the lining when they altered it and had the nerve to tell me I had gained weight. So you will enjoy your experience with Charme.

After having a not-so-great experience at a different bridal boutique, I was SO thrilled with my experience at Charme! I found my dream dress within an hour and Gina surpassed all my hopes, dreams, & expectations AND she kept me UNDER my budget! I couldn’t be happier!

This review is limited to Tuxedo review only. I cannot comment on the dress purchasing experience. DO NOT RENT A TUX FROM THIS PLACE. They know nothing about tux rentals. My son had a wedding party rent from Charme but the experience was awful. The suits you try on are not true to size. You will not get the size you order. The quality of the tuxedos is subpar and not worth anything near the $180 they charge. The suits didn’t come in until closing time two days before the event making exchanges nearly impossible. Pick up your tux the day before and you are screwed if you need an exchange. There was fitment issues with almost every tux. The entire day was spent in extremely uncomfortable ill fitting suits. Do yourself a favor. Go buy yourself a real tuxedo or get a group discount on nice tailored suits you can wear after your event. STOP wasting money on rentals and for heavens sake at least rent from a reputable menswear clothing and not some Bridal shop trying to take advantage of the Groomsmen during a time that should be fun! Owner couldn’t care less about customer service. I spoke with her and asked her to refund a portion of the rental to the groomsmen as a small token but she refused Her only offer was to explain the rental policies to each groomsman I told her that was unacceptable.
