Front desk seems permanently bored and uninterested, no over the phone sales, you cannot pick up material even a day later, and the quality of material isnt any better than HD.. but they do seem to keep more material in stock than most so I guess it makes them an option. Too bad they wont strive for more than that. This is coming from a fencing and decking contractor

Made a quote request from their web page and surprisingly Nate replied the next morning, placed my order in person and the next day my lumber was delivered. Fast and priced competitive to big box.With that said, I will note that though the #2 Spruce had a lot of rough edges the lumber was much straighter than the whitewood I can find at big box. I had next to none that couldnt be utilized as a stud.Very pleased with their product and service.

Extremely unprofessional, lazy service and rude. Recently remodeling a home and I was trying to match my existing doors that were bought from them. Simply asked for help on identifying the door style so that I could purchase more doors from them. Talked to 3 different people and they all gave me the run around: one said they could not pull PO# invoices from less than a year ago, one person said they would check and call back but never did and the last person told me to Google it (seriously? Like I didn’t think of or try that.). It all just seemed shady or like they wanted to get rid of me. Only other thing I could think of was I gave them a foreign sounding name when they asked and perhaps they didn’t taking a liking to that. Who knows, I have no idea why a company would not want to help a costumer buy MORE materials from them.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. they dont stand by there product and will sell you something to get your money when you clearly are looking for help. wont accept any return or store credit of something they just sold (with receipt). not the way to run a business. now me, a single dad of 3, is stuck with a bad window I was sold. no good here. Ill try another small local business or order online. thats why the destruction of todays brick and mortar are happening.
