River Street Sweets never disappoints! My mother-in-law loves your bear claws and pralines, so we drove up to Buford to get some for her birthday! I’m totally guilty of pilfering a bear claw from her box! 🤫

River Street Sweets is fantastic, they do not disappoint. Amazing sweets, fair prices, great selection. We had the oreo white chocolate covered pretzel, and the white chocolate butterfinger covered marshmallow. It was delicious.

This place is absolutely amazing and always has our favorite treats! We come here about every other day to get m&m covered pretzels that are delicious and they always make very substantial treats so you get what you pay for. Lisa was very helpful and serves with a smile as soon as the store opens!

The rude nature of the owner unless you are spending $50 on their rotten candy ruined the whole experience. Over priced and not the greatest sweets period.

Terrific sweets I love all the gourmet candies makes me feel like I’m reliving my childhood again. This place is the best and always has the aromas coming through the mall and friendly staff.

I went to River Street Sweets today in the mall of georgia. The customer service is really terrific there now. I was helped by Alison who explained the different treats and also provided warm samples. I have gone there in the past and was not treated as well and stopped going for almost a couple of years eventhough i loved some of the products. Seems like things have changed and i am happy to say ill be visiting now more regularly! I love their pralines!

On February 8, 2020, I visited the Mall of Georgia location. Upon my arrival, the store was closing. However, Alison was so very kind to allow me to enter and make my purchase, as I had driven a long distance to get there. Her kindness, professionalism and assistance was so awesome and greatly appreciated. Thanks Alison; you made my day!

One taste of the pralines made here and you will be hopelessly addicted! I love that they ship and have used them to supply clients gifts for over two decades. Clients always remark on the Pralines and truly enjoy them.

Of course, their sweets are delicious, but I want to take a minute to talk about customer service. I came to the Buford GA store (more than an hours drive!), and I know I called beforehand to make sure the drive was worth it. I had been used to going to the Phipps Plaza location, but since it closed down, I knew I had to make the drive.I got to the Buford store and Oscar really helped me out. I knew precisely what I wanted in terms of candy design and arrangement, and he made sure he handled everything really well. He and his colleague had impeccable customer service, even though it was at the end of what was a very long day for them. Thank you so much!This was on July 30, 2018 during the closing shift.Yet another excellent experience:I went on Friday, October 19, 2018. I had some corporate folks from when I worked in another city come into town unexpectedly, so I wanted to remember our time together with a memorable gift. I literally had 2 hours to go and come back, so I was already cutting it close. As I mentioned before, its quite a drive, so I called ahead to see if there were any specials. I spoke to the manager, Sean, who told me he would probably be gone by the time I arrived but that he would prep Lisa, his replacement, to help get my order situated. When I walked in, Sean was still around, and even though it was way past his shift, he stuck around and helped manage my order, and he helped me package everything beautifully. I didnt have to buy extra packaging. Of course, I hit Atlanta traffic on the way back because it was a Friday, but walking in to dinner and gifting everyone with deliciousness was a huge hit. Thanks, Sean!

The pralines here are incredibly perfect. Also, you have to try a white chocolate bear claw... irresistible! Just be prepared to spend some money. For a pound of pralines (around 6) and a free quarter pound of either fudge, pralines, or bear claws ran me $23.

The snacks up here are to die for, and the girl who was up there, Alison, was so sweet and attentive to my sister and I. She made us the best Rice Krispy dessert, and her customer service was astronomical. Ill definitely be going back.

Absolute best customer service ever. We went later in the day today and they were all out of specialty apples. I was bummed because I seriously love candy apples. I asked Alison if they had any left that I wasn’t seeing and she said no, but she could dip me one! I described that I was specifically wanted an apple pie caramel apple. She knew exactly what I was talking about and had it done in 10 minutes. This made my whole day.

Don’t recommend getting cheesecake shipped. It was terrible and tasteless!

Amazing! Amazes me everytime I go there. Nice employees, great sweets, and great memories of when I went with family members. I hope others get the same experience as I always have at there!

A impromptu stop because my 3 year old LOOOOVVVEESSS sweets lol we got a giant white chocolate coverd in M&Ms rice crispy. It was great for a family treat for all of us.

Would like to see some sugar free options displayed. The cashier said they had a small selection of sugar free stuff was dismissive and didnt offer to show the selections.

I worked there for 4 years as a manager and K Lesa she is a horrible store manager and very cruel and crazy to her employees. Reported her to Corp and of course they didnt do anything. Her sister Rochel was a much better store manager for 10years. Lesa does not train employees the right way candy gets hand touched by employees in the back where u cant see. Bugs and a dead rats very un clean

Way over priced and the candy was very stale. The gummies were almost rock solid

I used to work there (shift lead) and had to leave because the general manager made me show her my phone to look through my messages with other co-workers because she thought we were conspiring against her. I tried to complaint to corporate but they did nothing.

Everything tasted delicious but I broke a piece of my peppermint fudge off and a hair was cooked right into it. Gross! The employees at the counter dont wear hair nets but I would assume they are supposed to while making the food in the back!
