I really wish I could give five stars just because staff is always friendly and attentive but EVERY TIME I come buy a vape here it’s very inconsistent…sometimes they’re fine. Most of the time they are either leaking, minimum flavor, or defective. Not to mention the prices are way too high for the quality especially when most of the time they are defective.

Overpriced, rude attitudes, they watch you like hawks as if you are a criminal, and the kratom (that they bag themselves in a contaminated facility has made me sick. I literally found some type of mite (bug) in one of their bags)! I would recommend this place to no one…. Right next door is native trunk (attached to native nugs) not only will they beat oz in pricing anytime, they will special order anything that you need at a fair price (which oz will not) Oz marks their items up to 400% which is criminal! I recommend trying native trunk or Leo’s smoke shop (smoke shops with integrity and actually know what they are talking about)! Oz will try to sell you items in which they have no idea of (stones and crystals) I’ve had many bad experiences with them and will never go back 👎🏻 If I could give them a negative 5 star rating I wouldn’t hesitate to do so!

Bought an e rig from here that was broken. Took it back and he opened another and it was broken and proceeded to tell me thats just how they come. Part of the design is what he said. Dont waste your time here.

Called earlier and asked what time they closed they told me 9 on Fridays. I was here at 8:30 and store was closed. I passed other store to go to this one. Shun

High quality products because of their discerning buyer! Beautiful glass pieces, all at very good quality and at a fair price. Staff is always very friendly and helpful! No tobacco wraps or hemp wraps though, main focus is on glass, smoke accessories, vape and cigar

Best prices you’ll find anywhere and the products are top notch. Brian is very knowledgeable about all the products he carries and then some. Theres a lot of original pieces you wont find at any other shop, and tons of vape stuff. I was told that the huge cigar selection they had was destroyed and had to be thrown away due to issues from the sewer system, but it looks like the cigars will be re-stocked real soon.

I HIGHLY recommend Oz Smoke Shop!! Brian has excellent customer service. I purchased an expensive water pipe, after some use it started to leak due to a faulty weld seem on the bottom of the piece. I brought it back to Brian and he went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations to make it right. I will continue to do business here and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Overcharged, no support, no product knowledge, and if you need a refund, wait for Brian cause Patrick or Buddy are not allowed and will say you have to come back when Brians here. BTW Brian may be there 3 days a week.Now this guy Brian will fast talk you rapidly. Claiming to give big discount, but check the prices vs total. No where near what he says the discount would be.Still awaiting a resolution.

This was my first time visiting OZ smoke shop. Enjoyed my visit. Very clean place. Brian was very informational and helpful. Bought a tank that he recommended and I love it. He was using the same tank and spoke highly of it. He also recommended some juice. I bought three 15 ml of their house juice. Loved them all. My favorite is the Tropic Thunder. I highly recommend that flavor. I would definately recommend any smoker or vapor go check this place out. I will definately be going back.

Bryan and his employees are top notch! All the brands he carries are tested and lagitamit. This is the only smoke shop Ill ever go to.

Never very good customer service at all.walked in and didn’t have a word said to me for like 4 mins so I just decided he didn’t want my business and I walked out. Never has good selection. Been there multiple times cause it’s closest to me and it’s never a good/fun experience nor have I ever bought anything there cause there is Never any selection lol. Will never be back to any of Oz smoke shops.

Guy there has always been nice and helpful. I read another review about no product knowledge but most of it is pretty self explanatory if you ask me. Keeps hours that make this shop readily available for me, and is even offering to get me a full 320ml bottle of the jusice I like so I dont have to worry if he is sold out. I have no complaints. Brian seems like a helpful and caring individual

Went into this place for the first time today looking for a new MOD. Prices are high and got no help. As a matter of fact the only employee there was sitting in a chair facing the TV... SLEEPING!!! I have the picture to prove it. If I could give 0 stars I would. There 3 shops a stones throw away, try one of those instead.

Used to be the best. I have been customer here for years started too long ago to remember back when pizza and video to go was still around. Past few times I have seen Brian and the relationship just isnt there. He acts like Im a total stranger. He sold me a pen that was supposed to be the bomb called it a honey stick he persuaded me to by it over the regular pens w ceramic wrapped coils. I soon realized I was had when I got home and found how crappy it was I called to see if I could exchange or even advice on better use. Brian wasnt there and the guy said he had no clue what I bought and never heard of it. really? nice Brian thx for up selling me dick. anyways like a idiot I went back yesterday in search of a new water pipe. After dissapointed look around at the very limited selection of way overpriced items I settled for a crush glass on glass standard style w ice catcher. no perks or thrills just basic but of course wants 75 for it. I was hoping for the OG discount but he gives me crap and said its hard to work w you on the cheap stuff and if u pay cash Ill wave the tax. I thought about telling him my mind right than but I but my tounge. Well man I was wrong I stoped by starship today and same exact type of piece was 49 and the guy even said he would do it for 10% less and I have never even met him. So much for sticking somewhere for the hospitality and good relations just means you get ripped off and taken advantage of. Really sad how this place has gone from what I was to the empty whole in the wall it is now. I wont be back I realize now this is a dying business and Ill be enjoying the newer style items for a lower price from my new buddys at starship and Bees smoke shop. Goodbye Brian
