I am more than astonished by my experience at this store. The associates were more than willing to help, they showed an abundance of patience, very kind and courteous! The atmosphere is clean, friendly, nice, and well organized. There was no pressure in buying. Any questions I had, they answered. I can go on and on at how they exceeded my expectations. It all started with my phone call before arriving to the store. A special thanks to Cheyenne! You rock girl! Im DEFINITELY coming back.

I like the store, even though I didnt buy anything service was good. The sales lady was nice, I didnt want to waste the sales lady time, so I let her know I was just admiring the products and not looking to buy anything. My bills wont allow me the satisfaction to buy anything without a price tag. I didnt even ask the price of the things I like, I just look and kept it moving. But if you not like my broke pockets and have money to spend, well they have nice things to spend on.

I bought my wife a surprise gift of handbag from Mall of Georgia Location and about the same time my wife bought similar handbag from North Georgia Premium Outlet which is 90 minutes away. Salesrep. of North Georgia Premium outlet advised my wife that she can return/exchange from any outlet or regular store if she needs to.My wife decided to keep my gift and return handbag bought from outlet store. But Mall of Georgia Salesrep. refused and claimed that Salesrep. lied to my wife and the ONLY way to do a return/Exchange is to drive 90 minutes to do so. The Salesperson was firm and unhelpful.So, I called North Georgia Premium Outlet and spoke to Salesrep. who advised me that Mall of Georgia is lying to me and Michael Kors policy was changed on 6/1/21 to allow return/exchange to any store. I am not sure why return policy is not clear and communicated between store employees and customers.Michael Kors should have a clear policy that is communicated to its employees and customers.A policy that requires customer to return to same store would be fatal to North Georgia Premium Outlet as this outlet is not convenient to many customers.I withheld names of all sales associates as not to embarrass anyone.

Great location, they are very helpful but most importantly to me was NO Pressure to Buy, I’m a huge window shopper and I always return when treated well. Definitely recommend you buy MK products here and they have Better discounts then other retail claim to have!

You know how you can tell someone is new money? They carry a big ole Michael Kors bag. Hahahaha Its true, you know it is. This store is clean, cool, and depending on the day the workers are friendly or they think their shizzz dont stink. I went because my friend drug me in so we could see what all the hoopla is about the bags and I just get the craze.

Excellent customer service

Not very helpful they were more into their own private conversations then asking us if we needed help. When I said Excuse me the blonde looked at us as though we interrupt her conversation and seemed unwilling to help. The commerce outlet is so much more welcoming and wanting to sell.

Very nice awesome shoes and handbags very pricey but i also love Michael Kors products so i buy them and good quality products

I can here to pick up something for my wife, since it was our I Anniversary. I came in after work, so I was still in my work clothes. I guess the worker there didnt think I could afford anything. So she didnt really help me. Its too bad, because I am aware of the prices, and can definitely afford it. It was a Caucasian woman with Glass, just terrible service.

They dont warranty scratches and scuffs. When you bought the bag it was in perfect shape and it was something you did that caused that scuff. The warranty covers defects in stiching, hardware etc... The warranty doesnt cover normal wear and tear. If I buy a Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Gucci, anything and I scratch the car or item is it their fault? Hell no....its my fault. Be responsible for your own actions. God bless!

Horrible experience! Manager is rude and very unprofessional! She sold me a demo watch and when I drove the hour ride back down there to exchange it, she was rude and told me she had no more in stock and tried to get me to exchange for a watch I didnt want. After I asked for a refund, she told me they could not give a refund over $200 after she was the one who sold me the demo watch to begin with!!!! I will never, ever buy another product from Michael kors and I recommend not ever going to the Michael kors at the mall of Georgia!!

Disappointed that there was not any acknowledgment upon entering the store nor when i clearly had 2 shoes in my hand to tryon before purchase. Left feeling extremely disappointed.

Sadly, the employees were very rude. One guy was talking about his boyfriend and how he can’t stand when male “heteros” come into the store. We walked out... It makes sense now that the entire front of the store was covered in rainbow outfits and flags. Won’t ever buy another item from MK.

Love my backpack from the store. Grey with sliver studs. Was told whole bag was under warranty for a yr. Had a scuff in the leather 2 months later and now, the warranty doesnt apply?!?!? Would not recommend buying anything from here. They dont stand by their store policy. Macys had same bag, and can return if need, no questions asked.

If it were me and I pd. $$$ like that...I wouldnt stop with the stores decision. I would personally go over their head and take to the district mgr. and work my way up to the president of the company, if need be! Id refuse to stop there with an answer like that--with what one pays at that storw--especially if we as the customers are the ones that keep them in business and pay their paychecks. These big companies & their employees like that KILL me and the bad thing about it is.......Michael Kors a great but EXPENSIVE product and Its not usually the company itself thats being that way--its the employees--with their holier than though attitudes and high & mighty acts bc they have a little authority at a store--a store that we DONT HAVE TO SHOP AT--I MIGHT ADD!!! Thats why I personally, would take it to corporate--Good Luck To You!!!

Customer service is gone. I wanted to return a wristlet but bc i didnt have the price card. She said no. Tried to included another customer in our conversation. She talked to me like I was stupid and incompetent. Michelle is rude! I was a big michael kors buyer I wont be back after this experience.
