Awfully horrible customer service. They are not about customer satisfaction. My order was estimated to be ready at 6:58pm. I get there ten mins after the estimated time and they tell me theyre still working on my drink. Im waiting another ten minutes until they realize the drinks in front of them are mine and were already made. They want to go ahead and hand me over two melted slushies. One of the drinks wasnt what I had ordered, so I ask for a new one and theyre arguing with me about not wanting to make it when I this point the drink is basically melted. After five minutes of waiting on whether they want to make me a new drink theyre still running their mouths about it. Honestly, probably the last time I go there. They need better training, especially; the manager. I expected more from them.

I ordered a Thai tea. What I got was definitely not Thai tea. Thai tea is orange. This tea was tan. And it didnt taste like Thai tea. Not sure what kind it was.

Had the Caribbean passion slush with boba and it was delicious. The quality of the tea here is much better than Quickly although more expensive. Quality drinks here you wont be disappointed.

Best bubble tea in Lawrenceville/Buford. They have a large selection and very reasonable prices. It tends to get very busy, so expect a wait. Inside seating is not available right now, so it is take out only.

This place was absolutely amazing. The honey milk tea is my favorite and is so pretty! The popping boba is really good to. The cup is so cute with the dragon on it. The price is a little high but definitely worth it. I would 100% go back there.

Unhelpful staff, they made me a chai tea and it taste horribly, I complain it doesn’t taste good so I want a different one and they charge me for another one .paying double for one. Bad customer service . Will not recommend

Great drinks but terrible customer service. Its only a pleasant experience if nothing goes wrong. Otherwise, they dont know how to handle issues of any kind. Im a black belt in their app...we order plenty and have never gotten good service when our drinks where wrong.

I try to treat my daughter to bubble tea once a month for good grades, every time we come here it almost feels like I’m punishing her. The staff is rude, this is the slowest tea shop. They were rude to my child when she asked what lychee was. Never again!

Honestly their tea is just ok. The management and crew do not seem to be happy. Asked them if they could blend a drink better because it had large chunks of ice last time. I was told no. They do what they need to, to get by and only that. They dont allow you to use the restroom, even with little children. Honestly if your looking for a good tea place try One Zo. They are awesome.

Good atmosphere, clean and chill and not too busy in the afternoon. I got the honey oolong with tapioca pearls and it was delightful. Kind of on the pricier side, but if youre craving good bubble tea you wont be disappointed.

Taro Milk Tea was a step ahead of the other Taro Milk Teas offered by competing boba places. I’m not sure what they put in it but its absolutely out of this world.

Awesome. Great boba milk tea. Had the classic Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. Macaroons were great too.

This is my favorite place to get boba. I am celiac and lactose intolerant and I have never had an issue comsuming their drinks! They label their menu with allergens and they are always so helpful when I have questions about ingredients. If you have dietary issues I definitely recommend this place!

A Must Try, no dissappointments here. Definitely happy to have them here in Buford, it saves me a drive to Duluth. Im a frequent visitor here and enjoy the wide selection & variety. This business draws a crowd and is bringing life back to the plaza. Thankyou Kung Fu Tea!!

My favorite drink is the strawberry yogurt lemonade! It’s amazing.

Been here a few times now and it is excellent everytime. Customer service is always great and the drinks are great. My sister loves the Peach Oolong and I love the Cocoa Creme Wow which is a lactose free milk drink which is great. Highly recommend for boba and cold tea lovers.

Or rather, lack there of.I saw your reply and Im not entirely sure how to add an additional response there, but please be advised that if you intend to go by CDC guidelines as you stated, you should also know that the CDC says fully vaccinated people can now safely gather indoors, in small gatherings with other people who are fully vaccinated – no mask required. Since your establishment had Z-E-R-O patrons in the building, we abided by said guidelines. We stated that we would stand back at the door to order since you were so concerned, alas, not good enough. So, if you dont need our money, then we will gladly not give it to you. Good luck on all your future endeavors.

Ive been a fan of Kung Fu Tea for years! Now there is finally a place near me. Always fast, exceptional customer service and high quality drinks! I love that I can customize it however I want to.My favorite drink: Thai milk tea (which is usually always so sweet at regular Thai restaurants) little sweet, less ice, with boba. 😍And when Im in the mood for something fruity: Orange green tea, less ice, with nata jelly.This location has great atmosphere with plenty of seating too!One thing that I wish they could improve: larger size drinks. Like...a gallon! Because by the time I get to my car I only have half a cup left.

Favorite quick pick me up spot

Gave the appearance of handling things well. Three of the five folks behind the counter were taking good precautions. Three were great. Two folks working without mask or gloves. Sad to see. No second chance for first impression. Disappointed ☹️

Ive had Kung Fu Tea before but had never been inside of one until this visit last week! Looks fairly new, or at least maintained well, and the tea was so fresh! I ordered a black tea with milk cap, and my boyfriend had a wintermelon milk tea. You could taste how fresh the tea was and it was delicious! Service was great and our orders came out quickly for the amount of people in front of us. This location is great!

Chicken nugget cost $5. size is too small.

The slushie was good. It had a twist that actually worked well. They put cinnamon in a taro flavired slushie. Youll like it. The prices are good as well.

I love coming here. I come all the time with my husband and we love just sitting in the environment and enjoying our tea. Weve brought many friends here and they all love it. I recommend the cocoa cream wow with a milk cap for anyone thats new here

I was in a bad mood. Tired and cranky. Then we went to Kung Fu tea. The whole place was clean and shiny and upbeat, with a fun menu and delicious, refreshing sweetness.

Staff was courteous and my drink was made quickly. It wasn’t crowded and I was pleased to see that social distancing is being encouraged and masks are required.

The interior is very cool. I would love to come and sit here during the day to just hang out. The tea is great too. They are quick with their service and very friendly as well. I like how they provide sweetness levels as well for their drinks so if you dont want a ton of sugar/sweetner you can get a half sweet drink.

Good food wait isnt too long

A complete waste of time. I placed an online order for a coca cream wow at this store and when I left I noticed my drink didn’t taste right. So I called the store to tell them that there was no milk cap and it didn’t taste like the drink I ordered. They told me to come back to the store... so I did even though I was already about 10 min away. When I arrived they told me the drink was watered down and everything melted because I took too long to come to the store.... so they just wasted my time and gas just to tell me my drink was melted and they can’t do anything about it??! They couldn’t at least tell me this over the phone?!? It’s unacceptable when a business cannot realize they’ve messed up an order.

Its pretty alright as far as tea places go, pretty good drinks and food.

The production was quick and the service was great, however, there was some inedible item found in one of my drinks.

Their drinks are super addictive. My wife and I really like the winter melon green tea drinks. I recommend trying the drinks with less sugar. You can get more sugar too if you got a real sweet tooth.

Great tea and even better customer service! Love all the customization allowed, especially the sugar amount. I’ve ordered here several times and each time has been great. My last order via Uber Eats was never delivered (caught the driver via my video doorbell), I called Kung Fu Tea to see if there’s anything they can do. Even though they couldn’t do anything, they tried to help, called me back to check on me and offered to give me Uber Eats phone number. Above and beyond!

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had! Bubbles sweet and firm. All the tea come in a variety of ways to prepare. Really fun environment.

Im highly addicted to their milk teas. Everything Ive tried is delicious and I go everyday faithfully. The staff is very helpful especially Penny at the Buford location! I visit them all depending on what area Im in! Buford is my favorite location! Please try the Taro milk tea its the best around

Cute, cozy. Lobby is very well lit and clean. Bathrooms are dimly lit and clean. Plenty of seating for groups. Nice vibe and lots of outlets for charging phones or laptops.Thy don’t have Thai tea, but they have other teas worth trying like coffee milk or taro!

I’m obsessed with milk tea and this place has some of the best boba I’ve ever had. I’ve only tried one flavor, the “Kung Fu Milk Tea”, and it’s so good.. though my favorite it Thai Milk Tea and it’s disappointing when a place doesn’t have it. Especially because they had a sing up for a long time when they first opened saying there wasn’t Thai Tea yet, and they claimed it would come to their store eventually and it never has. The tea I get is amazing though! And good service.

I would not recommend this place for Thai tea and my drink has a tan color almost like a coffee color versus an orange color. Saigon Cafe has better Thai tea.

The reason I am giving it 4 stars is, why can you ONLY pay with the app? What if you from out of town or dont have your phone on you to pay. I believe if your card is already connected to the app... you can pay.Update: the girl at the cashier told me wrong! I called the manager at the store and she informed me that I can pay by card, I can still get my bubble points if I send a copy of my receipt to the corporation.
