Pay attention when they ring you up. I bought a blind box keychain here and bought another one less than an hour later and was charged a completely different amount. I pulled out my receipt from before to show the cashier the difference and he simply said “I wasn’t on the register before so I don’t know anything about that.” and completed the transaction anyways. I honestly didn’t know what to say. I told him again that I was charged two different amounts for the same item and he got someone else to talk to me. The other associate told me that “the item wasn’t in the system before” (less than an hour ago) and that “everyone did their job right” implying that I was raising hell by simply telling them I was rung up incorrectly. Instead of offering to fix the mistake he told me I could take some hi-chew to make up the difference. I didn’t press the issue because it was only a couple of dollars but it was extremely rude of the first employee to completely ignore what I said and the second employee to belittle me by acting like I was being unreasonable and telling me to just take some candy instead of fixing the issue.The receipt doesn’t show any items, only the total. So if you are rung up incorrectly there isn’t much you’ll be able to do unless you catch it immediately. Even if you do, there clearly still isn’t much you can do.

This place is great if you are looking for pop culture /nerdy merch. My little brothers and I come here all the time for model kits. The employees are great too!

It’s alright. Nothing outstanding or anything really. It has anime, k-pop, and marvel/dc merchandise but they don’t really bring in anything ‘new.’ It’s disappointing every time I come in and I still see the same old stuff from months ago. When they do restock, it’s usually the exact same Deku figurine that you can get online for $30 less or keychains from who knows where. I do definitely think their merchandise is better than hot topic or lunch box for most fandoms.

Once a great place to pick up anime and geek culture merch but the last year has taken a toll in shelf space and product diversity.

Poor service, asked for a price check on an item in display case was told I would be assisted but the sales person began a side conversation with someone, patiently waited for 15 minutes but then said forget it and left.

I hate when cashiers dont place the money in my hand. Its rude if my hand is out.

Had an amazing experience in the store today. Picked up a pop doll for a giveaway im doing and they had an awesome selection. The super cute girl behind the counter was wonderful. I took my 7 year old daughter with me and the cashier was nothing but lovely to her. My daughter loves to ask questions and of course asked her a million questions. She was nothing but patient with her and gladly answered all them for her. Fantastic customer service and ill definitely be coming back for my next giveaway purchase.

I always enjoy perusing the selection of Gunpla (Gundam Plastic Model Kit) here. I always look forward to the restocks too! I love how I’m recognized since I come in once in a while. It’s a welcoming place. Give it a visit!

Enjoyed exploring the store until the young attendants (and their friends who were loitering in the store) proceeded to speak incredibly ignorantly about sensitive topics in front of customer with no empathy to the individuals in the store. Will never return or recommend.

Must go to store for all anime and japanese treat needs. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Some items are pricey, but definitely a must hit.

It is a great store to get all anime type trinkets that you can find nowhere else, like specialized figurines. They are very pricey. However I have noticed with the new store they have points where they dont have very much product at all for long periods, also, they do not have as wide variety.cool little Oddities and trinkets. its becoming more generic but still a great store a little pricey but thats to be expected just maybe on the stuff thats obviously low-quality.

Was visiting the area as a tourist of sorts and wanted to go to this store. I was not disappointed. I love the selection they have here and I left the store with plenty of new merchandise.

We always make it a point to visit this place. Love the atmosphere and employees. My daughters birthday was coming up so I was trying to semistalk my daughter as she fangirled over certain things, and the employee helped me hide the things I picked out behind the counter until we were done. He made sure she wasnt looked and tried his best the make sure she couldnt see in the bag. 😁 She had a great birthday 🎂

My cousin and I always stop by there for some stationary and kpop merchandise every time we take a trip to the mall. I just wish they had a bigger variety of kpop merch because I mostly find BTS, Blackpink, Got7 and MonstaX. But overall everything they sell is extremely cute and reasonably priced.

I love that Character World has grown from the small location in the corner to a a prominent location with a beautifully lit sign. I always love perusing their pens and kawaii merch. I like that they also stock Asian snacks at a moderate price.

Another store in metro Atlanta that sells anime/comic book/Asian themed merchandise. What really sets this place apart from the others is the customer service tends to be excellent and the merchandise often consist of the newest items available to coincide with things like new anime shows still airing in Japan. Whoever does inventory for this location really understands what their customers want.

Looooove this place! We always take family outings here to see whats new in collectables and toys. Always reasonably priced too.

The employees here get in rare chase edition funko pops and only sell them to friends and preferred customers for 150% mark up. Stores like this take the fun out of collecting. They also blatantly lied to me when I asked to purchase an in stock pop they had in the store. Told me it was already sold. I cannot recommended shopping here as they commit unethical and dishonest actions.

Great store and customer service

This is a great place. Mouth dropped immediately and I was immersed into my favorite world.

Walked in today and the employees were complaining about personal problems in their life and then began cussing and being very rowdy while children were in the store. I have shopped here for years and will not be going back due to the blantant unprofessionalism the employees had. One of which i believe was the owners son based off what he was saying. As a parent i would be embarrassed and as an owner i would be furious.

Just ok they need more selection

The wide selection of stuff is like oh my god its got all these nerdy type stuff! Also, there is this person I really like that works there who is a caucasian overweight male with glasses (I think) and his name is David and he would not shut up about Star Wars. I gave this store a 5 just cuz of David cuz hes my boy! Just take pride in your work and follow your dreams and your passions whether its ancient Greek and Roman architecture or even Star Wars.Overall: A+ love you David!

They have the biggest variety of Gundam Scale models that I have seen. Extremely good costumer service and very friendly. Its my new store for everything that is anime related.

Best place for anime lovers

This place has a lot of cool anime and video game stuff, great places for Otakus. I love how they are often playing anime songs in it once they were playing the original Teen Titans theme song in it and while not technically anime its still great.I got an Okami wall scroll from this place.

Good product, but your much better off buying anything literally any where else they are way too over priced, but if you dont care about how much you spend its a nice place.
