My kids love these cookies but they’re on the expensive side. They have raised their prices again but i guess u get what u paid for since these really taste good. Our favorite flavors would be Birthday cake and sugar cookies. We are trying the chocolate chip cookies again to see if we like it but seems like we are still going back to our favorites😋

Hello,Ive been the general manager of the upper level GAC in the mall of Georgia for 2 years, and have been with the company for over 5 years. Melody has never worked for us, and her review is false. As Bryce had mentioned in his rebuttal towards Melodys comment, we take pride in the cleanliness of our stores, and would never allow such things go on in our work place. Our Georgia department of agriculture scores reflect that. See attachments below for more information.

I went to this location with my 2 kids yesterday and placed an order and asked for a cup of water. Shaniyce refused to give us a cup of water. Restaurants are required to provide customers with a cup of water free of charge. She gave us a cup but said she wouldnt put water in it. Are you kidding? As we started to walk away there was another employee and I asked him, can you really not give customers a water? He said they charged for the cup. I showed him that I had a cup, just needed the water now. So he gave us some water. This was the worst customer service or lack thereof that I have ever experienced. These kids need some serious training. When I called the manager he didnt seem to care about customer service either. Just said thanks for calling. This company has lost a customer for good.

If you’re looking for a birthday cake go elsewhere or make sure to tell them you need the cake ready an extra day or two early because it won’t be ready on time. I was an hour and a half late to my brothers birthday and so was the cake because they failed to make it in time. The ice cream in the car also melted because we had to wait in the parking lot for an hour and a half for them to make the cake. Managements response to the ordeal was “hey here’s a couple of free cookies.” This was a 70 dollar cake and the thought the two hours of my time wasted and and late arrival to the party was worth a free cookie. Employee John Carlos was incredibly nice, did the cake as quickly as he could and maintained grace during the situation. We could tell he felt bad about the and tried to help but I will not return due to managements lack of responsibility and care for customers. Take your money elsewhere.

For the lower level (in the food court) location... Melissa (asst mgr) did an AMAZING job making my sons 4th birthday cake super special. She was extremely helpful and patient while we ordered the cake (a soon to be 4 year old wants very specific details and has the attention span of a gnat!). We did not order from one of their pre-designed cakes, and she simply said she would make sure it was great. When I picked it up and showed him, he lost his mind! It was perfect and really made his day wonderful. Thank you so much Melissa!! This is the perfect example of how customer service should be! Thanks for making us feel like family. 😊

I ordered the biggest cookie cake you can get online around 9:30 AM (They let you order before open) and was able to pick it up at 12:30 PM. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The cookie was delicious and the decor looked great!

We have been ordering cookie cakes here for a long time and have never been disappointed! We visited the Braselton location once for a cookie cake, and we were extremely disappointed. We will definitely be returning to this location. The place is always very clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! Cookie cakes always look amazing!

Let me start by saying I have always loved great American cookie company since I was little. My mom would take us there every time we went to the mall.I ordered a cake last week and paid for it while I was there. I had a girl at the time that was brand new but was being helped by others so I thought I was good.I returned tonight to pick up my cake and was told I did not pay for it. I had my 3 kids with me (5, 2 an 1). I told her I did pay for it and she asked for my receipt. Well I did not have it. She then asked me to go home and get it. Are you kidding me? I then was told I could not take my cake without proof of purchase. I then took my kids down to the sprint store and they let me print a receipt from my credit card and then I went back and showed my proof. This entire thing took around 40 min to pick up a cake I had already paid for.The staff had no empathy and I will never shop at this location downstairs again. They told me people steal cakes all the time and don’t pay for them. Well I have a idea to solve all of this...why would you let people order a cake without paying? Let’s make people pay up front. Then honest people like me don’t gave to suffer to prove we bought a cake. Or another suggestion would led be to write paid on the piece of paper you wrote the order on. The best part of all of this was the girl remembered us from the week before when we ordered the cake and still could not help. Not sure who was in charge because no one stepped up. Asked for corporates number and they gave us the malls number. I would never suggest this particular location after my experience tonight. Terriable customer service.

Open at noon on Sunday. I’m standing in front of them talking to them about what cookies my three small kids want at 11:40am. All the cookies are done and sitting behind the glass. Kids get all excited and figure out what they want. Go to pull out my wallet and the girl with 0 customer service abilities states “We ain’t open until 12”. Congratulations on being a terrible representative of your company. I appreciate you talking to me and getting my kids hyped up about the cookies they won’t be getting from you. Please enjoy your seat there until noon when you will try and make your bottom line. Giant waste of space in this mall.

I ordered a cookie cake for my sons 5-year-old birthday from the lower level GAC at the MOG. My son loves M&M cookies so, I requested that they be added to his chocolate chip cookie cake. Melissa took the order and and made the cake. It was amazing! The decorations and the taste were wonderful. Since he is not like traditional cakes or cup-cakes, we will be ordering a cookie cake from GAC every year!

I am writing this review in reference to the location downstairs at the Mall of Ga near the Starbucks.I had a buy one get one free cookie coupon for being a member so long and wanted to inquire about getting my daughter her birthday cake from here (for September 16th). Larry was the associate who helped me and unprofessionally at that. He informed me that it clearly stated that the coupon needed to be printed and that they did not have a scanner to scan my coupon so it HAD to be printed. He had already put the cookies in the bag. Honestly had he been friendly about it I would have paid full price for both cookies, but rather he chose to be rude and yell at me and continue to reiterate the fact that I had failed to print this coupon. $1.79. Thats what you were fighting and arguing with me over.Needless to say, I walked away with 0 cookies while GAC just ate the cost of the two cookies that had already been taken out of the case. I will not be returning.

Dont know why I have a rewards system with them none of them take the points. They were not very friendly.
